The Von Duprin 88 End Case 050435 is also known as the hinge case, meaning it is on the hinge side of the door.   This End Cap is used on all of the Von Duprin 88 models, which include 88, 8827, 8847 and 8875.   This piece does all the lifting of the cross bar, so it is an important component.  The case includes the all of the internal workings and springs.

These hinges are no longer handed, you can select right or left, but the hinges will work both ways.

The Von Duprin 88 and 55 Cross Bar 967738 has been in use since the 1950's.  The bar is 1" in diameter and is 42" long and can be cut down in the field.  One side of the bar will be cut for the wedge tite screw opening.

Floor Dome Door Stop 1" Height FS436

We ship the H.B. Ives FS436 Floor Dome Stop, another product made by Ives that has been around for 50 plus years.  Take a walk around a school made in the 1960's and you will probably find this door stop, or the hole were it used to be.  This Dome Stop is used on doors without thresholds that have a bottom of the door to floor clearance of less than 5/8".  The are constructed of cast aluminum or cast bronze depending on the finish you are looking for.  The rubber stop is non-marring and replaceable.  The stop has a base that is 1-3/4" x 2" oval, an overall height of 1" and a base height of 3/16".

The control link pin is the connector pin, that connects the latch head assembly to the push bar assembly. When the push bar is pushed in it retracts the latch bolt and the pin connects the two pieces. This Control Link Pin is used on the Von Duprin 22, 33A, 98 and 99 Panic Devices.

The Door Pull Offset #39 Handle is constructed of either solid aluminum, brass or stainless steel.  The handle is 1" diameter tubing with a 2-3/4" offset and 2-3/4" projection.  This is the most common type of handle you use today.  Just about every aluminum framed storefront door has a version of this handle.  This handle is available in 8", 10", 12" and 18" centers on the mounting holes.  If you have a 9" centered handle use the PH-4000.   It comes standard with thru bolts and finish washers, but can be special ordered if you would like the handle mounted back to back or surface mounted. The Von Duprin Panic Device 230NL Trim is for use with the 22 Rim and 2227 Surface Vertical Road devices.  The key locks and unlocks the panic bar. The plate measures 3" wide by 12-1/16" high and has a plate thickness of 3/32".

The Surface Mounted Glynn-Johnson 90 Series Overhead Door Holder are the most rugged models available for heavy-duty applications. The channel is surface-mounted to the door, most often with barrel nuts, and the jamb bracket is surface mounted to the jamb, requiring minimal door and frame preparation.

The Von Duprin Strike 385A is used on the floor for the Von Duprin 2227, 8827, 9827 and 9927 Surface Vertical Rods. Von Duprin recommends this strike if you are mounting the bottom strike in wood.  The strike face plate outside dimensions are 2-1/4" x 2-1/4" with an inside dimension of 1-1/8" by 1". This floor strike features a bolt that can be cemented into the floor.  This is an optional strike when added security is needed.  Zinc plated finish.

The Adams Rite 31-0265-01-IP is used on the current versions of their devices for Cylinder Dogging. Cylinder Dogging is when you have a Mortise Cylinder to lock the device in the unlocked positions (Dogged). Very similar to the Hex Key Dogging Assembly, but the mounting plate is longer.

Von Duprin NL Drive Screw 090074

The 090074 NL Drive Screw is used on the Von Duprin 22, 98 and 99 Exit Devices to control the rotation of the key cylinder cam. This small set screw, screws into the back of the chassis assembly next to the receptor for the Rim Key Cylinder. The set screw measures 5/16" long by 3/16" diameter. Note: When the NL drive screw is left in back of device, the outside cylinder will function only as a Night Latch. The Night Latch function means the door can only be opened, but not dogged open with the key cylinder.
