The SEM7830 LCN Electro Magnetic Door Holder features a die cast metal housing that is surface wall mounted. Tri-voltage design works with 12, 24 or 120 volts, with 35 lbs. of holding force. The magnet housing measures 2-13/16" wide by 4-5/8" high. The armature (door mount part) is 1-11/16" wide by 2-3/8" high with a 1-7/8" diameter. The armature projects out 1-5/8". The total projection of both pieces is 4-1/8". Available in an aluminum or dark bronze color.  Armature extensions are available, along with replacement covers, magnets, and armatures.

The steel paddle is photo-luminescent sign providing managed security and a 100 decibel alarm for secondary exits. The device features a single point 1" dead bolt, attack resistant design withstands over 2200 pounds of outside pull force, and is non handed. Locking and unlocking the dead bolt always arms and disarms the alarm. Rim Cylinder is not included.

The Ives Wall Mounted Door Stop WS33 is another hold back part from the Glynn-Johnson door stop era.  I can not remember the Glynn-Johnson part #, but when Ives purchased them, they changed it to WS33.  This stop is constructed of cast brass that is then plated to a brushed chrome finish.  It features a replaceable rubber bumper with offset shoulder screws into cavity on body to prevent loss or theft.  And a sloping design that discourages vandalism.The base height is 3" with a width of 2-1/4", and a projection of 3-3/4",  WS33 is furnished with wood screws for drywall mounting.

The 459 Flush Door Pull measures 3-3/8 x 4-3/4 x 1/8 inch.  The opening size is 1-3/4 by 3-1/2 inches.  The mortised pocket would need to be 3-3/4 by 2-13/16 and 11/16 deep. The flush pull ships with mounting screws in the matching finish.

Dome Door Stop 1-5/8" Height 521

The 521 is a larger version of the other dome stops we offer.  It offers forged brass construction with a gray rubber bumper.  The base measures 1-3/4" diameter x 1-5/8" High, with a 1/4"  thickness.  That this point only US26D-Brushed Satin Chrome is available.  It ships with wood screws and machine screws  and floor anchors.

The Jack Nut is used on hollow metal doors to fasten door closers, door closer arms, exit devices and continuous hinges.

The Ives Wall Door Stop / Holder WS45 was introduced about 50 years ago as the Glynn-Johnson W45A or GJW45A.  When they were purchased by H.B. Ives, it became the WS45.  They are constructed of cast Brass or Bronze and then plated to the desired finish.  This door stop is unique because the wall does not have to be parallel to the door for it to latch and hold the door open.  Spring loaded roller rides up the face of the strike, seating itself on the strike, holding the door firmly in the open position.  A heavy rubber pad cushions the shock and absorbs the sound.  With unit mounted on door and the strike on wall, vertical adjustment is available on body.  The strike is adjustable 45 degrees left or right, both adjustments easily accomplished at time of installation or at a later date.  WS45 strike is furnished with wood screws for drywall mounting.

The Push Bar W/Offset Grip PP-2000 is what we usually find on most aluminum framed glass store front doors.  This particular set can usually ship within 24 hours, and comes in grip sizes of 9", 10" and 12" centers.  The push bar has 33-1/16" centers.   It is constructed of 1" solid aluminum that is anodize clear (aluminum) or dark brown.  It ships with all of the hardware needed for an 1-3/4" thick door.  At this time we are not able to sell the fasteners separately.

The Corbin Russwin Regular Arm for 2800 is the standard arm shipped by them for the past 40 years.  This replacement regular arm will work on the older Corbin 100, 110, and 120's, and the Russwin 2800, 2810 and 2820's.  Along with the DC3210 and DC6210 Door Closers.  The arm is non handed and can be used for regular, parallel and top jamb mount.  Corbin Russwin part # 688F95.

Finishes

The Brushed Stainless Steel Door Kick Plate 18 Gauge .037 is the lightest duty stainless steel plate we offer .  Stainless steel offers one of the best material for commercial applications. They are very hard, and do not dent easily. The also offer the best corrosion resistances out there.  This plate is ideal as a replacement for Brushed Chrome kick plates. Brushed Chrome Kick Plates are usually a bronze plate that is chrome plated. The problem with bronze is it is a soft metal and dents easily. The stainless steel plates are a lot harder and more resistant to dents. Brushed chrome looks identical to brushed stainless steel.  We only use type 304 stainless.

 Stainless Steel Kick Plates can be mounted by screws, two way tape, and they can be glued to the door. Our plates come standard with screw mounting. The manufacture sends #6 x 5/8″ Oval Phillips Undercut Stainless Steel screws. The number of holes on the screw mounted plates is determined by an industry wide standardize template. A height between 6-10″ will have 10 holes for plates up to 33″ and 12 holes for plates between 33 and 40″. 

 You can order these plates with tape mounting, but on larger plates and especially plates with a stainless steel base metal, it is not recommended. Stainless Steel plates are too heavy and they most likely will not stick. We can also ship them with no holes, if you want to drill your own holes.  Stainless Steel is very hard and a drill press would be recommended. You can glue them on, I would recommend liquid nails, and come C Clamps with the door on saw horses.

The Dor-o-Matic 1990/2090 Cross Bar CBAR is used on the 990, 1090, 1990 and 2090 Dor-o-Matic and Falcon panic hardware.  The bar is 41" and 48" long and is easily cut in the field with a chop or hack saw.  The bar is constructed of extruded aluminum and then anodized to the correct finish.  The slot where the screw threads in is not threaded, but the screws, sold separately, are thread forming screws. The 41" bars are in stock, the 48" bars have a 3 week lead time

The Dark Bronze Cross Bars are a very dark bronze and will be closer to black.

5" Kickdown Door Holder FS555

The H.B. Ives FS555 Kick Down Door Holder has been a staple in schools for many years due to its heavy duty construction and inexpensive price.  It is constructed of durable cast iron, which has great strength characteristics.  The shoe is made of a non-marring rubber, which is replaceable.  The shoe is also held in place with a screw, which makes it a great option in schools and area of high vandalism.  This holder will work on door to floor clearances of 3" or less.  The hole spacing is 7/8" x 1-9/16".

The 8800 features the Starwheel locking bolt that interlocks door to the door frame.  The 36" version is in stock, we can also get the 30", 42" and 48" devices, lead time is 2-3 weeks.  This device is used exclusively on aluminum framed glass storefront doors.  Replacement parts are available.

5" Kickdown Door Holder FS452

The H.B. Ives FS452 is another classic kick down door stop.  It features a simple hold and release, activated with a touch of the foot, and is constructed of cast bronze or brass depending on the finish you are ordering.  A simple stainless steel spring clip holds the stop in the up position.  The non-marring rubber shoe is replaceable, and they have a corrugated bottom to prevent sliding on the floor and a secure grip.  This stop is shipped with matching finish sheet metal screws.   The 5" model is for door to floor clearances of 3" or less.  The hole spacing is 19/32" by 1-47/64".

The 524T has 1-1/4 inch diameter by 2-1/2 inches tall. It is constructed of brass and then powder coated flat black or brushed chrome plated. This stop ships with a lead anchor, 12-24 x 1 inch machine screw, #12 x 1-1/2 inch SMS with plastic anchor.

4" Kickdown Door Holder FS455

The H.B. Ives FS455 is what people think about when they say Kick Down Door Stop.  This design has been around for almost 50 years and is try and true.   Durable and ascetically pleasing to look at.  This door holder features a simple hold and release, activated with a touch of the foot.  They are constructed of cast brass or aluminum depending on the finish that you are looking for.  The rubber tip is a non-marring and is corrugated on the bottom so it will not slide on the floor, and is easily replaceable, look under related products for the replacement shoe.  This holder is for door to floor clearances of less than 2".  This is an ideal door holder for the home, office, church or school.

The Plunger Door Holder / Stop 582 is constructed of cast aluminum.  The stop measures 6-1/4" by 1-1/2" with a 1-5/8" throw.  The rubber shoe is gray.  It will ship with matching finish screws.  These are sometimes called pop-up or push down door stops.

The Cal Royal Escutcheon 4400 Lever Trim is non handed (easily field reversible), thru-bolted, rigid non clutch lever for the 4400 Rim Device. The key locks or unlocks the lever. The Escutcheon measures 2-3/4 by 8-1/2 inches, the lever length is 4-3/4 inches. Ships with a 6 pin solid brass "C" keyway Rim Cylinder.

The Door Push Plate 65 is a 16 gauge (.050")  plate made of aluminum, stainless steel, bronze or brass.  The plate offers the antique look, and measures 3" wide by 15" tall.   The package includes matching finish mounting screws.
