With the Handicap Door Pull 119 you are able to get a closed fist behind the pull, which makes it a great ADA Door Pull. Also known as the Double Arm Pull it is constructed of aluminum, brass or stainless steel stock.   It measures 8-1/2" overall length and has 5-1/4" centers on the mounting screws.  The flat bar stock is 3/8" x 1", and the round mounting post is 3/4" diameter.  Shipped with screws and finish washers. Door Finger Protector - Exterior Pull Side

This model is specifically designed for exterior doors on the pull side of the door. This patented Finger-Gard product is designed for both exterior and interior doors and thus will operator in very cold and very hot tempetures. Flexible to minus 40 degrees. Floor Door Stop / Holder FS446

The Ives FS446 Door Stop and Holder is a modification of the FS444, which is the non holder version.   It is considered a manual type floor holder, because you have to manually latch the holder for it to hold the door open.  It is constructed of cast bronze or brass, and is no longer available in a cast aluminum.  It is designed for doors with up to 2-1/2" of undercut, meaning the distance between the finished floor and the bottom of the door. It measures 3-3/4" overall height with a 2-1/2" diameter, and the distance from the base to the center line of the rubber non-marring stop is 2-1/2".  This stop is packed with expansion shield and lead shield.

The Yale Door Closer 51 Series has been around since the early 1970's.  With the advent of the aluminum framed storefront doors, this door closer was a perfect fit.  The 50 series is a non-sized, non-handed closer that can be mounted on the push (parallel arm), pull (regular arm) or top jamb.   A Grade 1 closer certification, means it is one of the more heavy duty closers out there.  Older models may be stamped with Scoville or Eaton, which are the companies that used to own Yale.  We some times find 20-0054-4001 or 20-0254-4001 stamped on the back of the closer.   Ships with all mounting screws and a parallel arm bracket.  The hole spacing is 3/4" by 9-1/16".

Detex EAX-300 Installation Instructions

The Door Pull Offset 3/4" Diameter #29 is constructed of either solid, Aluminum, Brass or Stainless Steel. The handle 3/4" diameter tubing with a 2-1/2" projection and 2-1/2" offset.  We find these on narrow stile aluminum framed glass storefront doors.  It comes standard with thru bolts and finish washers, but can be special ordered if you would like the handle mounted back to back or surface mounted. Also known as a Door Handle or Door Grip.

ADA Sliding and Barn Door Push/Pull Set. Pull handle is 3/4" round stock with 6" center to centers and 2-1/2 inch clearance.  The flush pull is 4" x 7" x 1-1/8 inch ADA.

The Falcon / Doromatic Door Closer SC81 is an affordable, higher quality, standard template closer.  This closer offers adjustable closing, latching and back check speeds, along with adjustable spring tension.  It has the ability to be mounted on the push, pull or top jamb and is non handed.  This closer is considered a Grade 1 closer, which is the highest grade you can get.  The hole spacing is 3/4” x 12”, which is the same hole spacing as the Norton 8301, 8501 and the Yale 3301, 3501 Door Closers.  We ship the SC81 Rw/PA.

The Hands-Free/Foot Door Pull BM46 can be used as a ADA compliant hands-free door pull when mounted 42" above the finished floor. Or as foot pull when mounted at the bottom of the door. The Pull is 4" x 5" and is made of .090 thick stainless steel. Ships with sex bolts and screws for 1-3/4" door. Available in Brushed Stainless Steel, Flat Black Powder Coat and Dark Bronze Powder Coat.

The 459 Flush Door Pull measures 3-3/8 x 4-3/4 x 1/8 inch.  The opening size is 1-3/4 by 3-1/2 inches.  The mortised pocket would need to be 3-3/4 by 2-13/16 and 11/16 deep. The flush pull ships with mounting screws in the matching finish.

Another feature is their well constructed shoe can be adjusted down as the rubber wears making the holder last way longer than their competitors. Another use for them is as a door floor lock if mounted on the other side of the door. Once kicked down there's no entry possible unless you slide a flat item under the door to lift the door holder leg out of the way and push the door open. The Handicap ADA Hands-Free Door Pull BM4511 is an ADA compliant. You can hook your forearm/wrist into the open end to open a non-latching door. The pull is constructed of stainless steel and is available in brushed stainless steel, powder coated flat black or powder coated dark bronze. The plate measures 4 x 16 inches and the grip is tack-welded to the plate and also has a 5/16-18 thread for thru bolting. The grip is 1-1/4 diameter by 8 inches. Ships with 6 mounting screws and one 5/16-18 thru bolt with finished washer in matching finish.

The Door Sweep 1-9/16" Long Brush is one of the longest brush sweeps we offer.  The brush is 1-9/16" long, with the mounting strip being 1-3/16".  The mounting strip is constructed of extruded aluminum, and the holes are slotted for adjustment.  The mounting screws, which are #6 x 3/4" stainless steel sheet metal screws are included.  This product is easily cut down in the field.

The 594 is constructed of solid brass. The latch bolt is 5/8 inch half round with a 9/16 inch throw.  The bolt ships with mounting screws and strike. The latch bolt has a chamfered end to draw the door in.

The Yale Door Closer 3301 is constructed of a cast aluminum alloy.  It is considered a Grade 1 Closer, which is the highest grade possible.  The closer features an adjustable spring tension, and separate closing, latching and back check intensity valves.  The slim line plastic cover is standard on this closer.  This door closer replaces the older 3301BF closers. The new version is Barrier Free Complaint.  The hole spacing is 3/4" x 12", the cylinder is sometimes cast 20-3301-1001 on the back of the cast aluminum cylinder.  This closer ships with all of the mounting hardware and parallel arm bracket.

Floor Dome Door Stop 1" Height FS436

We ship the H.B. Ives FS436 Floor Dome Stop, another product made by Ives that has been around for 50 plus years.  Take a walk around a school made in the 1960's and you will probably find this door stop, or the hole were it used to be.  This Dome Stop is used on doors without thresholds that have a bottom of the door to floor clearance of less than 5/8".  The are constructed of cast aluminum or cast bronze depending on the finish you are looking for.  The rubber stop is non-marring and replaceable.  The stop has a base that is 1-3/4" x 2" oval, an overall height of 1" and a base height of 3/16".

Floor Door Stop / Holder FS42

This floor mounted door holder has been around since the 1960's. It used to go by the name Glynn Johnson GJF42A or F42A, and was brought over to the H.B. Ives line in the 1990's and now goes by the part # FS42. Many schools and hospitals have this door holder in use today. It features: Automatic door holders ideal for heavy-traffic situations that require a simple, fool-proof, Hold-Open device. Forged from brass. Unit is activated automatically when door is opened. A firm pull on door releases the mechanism. Strikes accommodate different door to floor clearances. Model numbers are determined by strike/door-to-floor clearances. The Sargent Door Closer 1331  is a standard template closer with the 3/4” x 12” hole spacing.  This closer is a great replacement for the Norton 8000 Series or Yale 3000 Series Door Closers.  The closer is constructed of a cast aluminum body and has a heat treated steel pinion and rack.  The 1331 has the ability to be mounted on the push, pull or top jamb, and is non handed.  We stock the aluminum finish, but also have the dark bronze finish, it just might take an extra day or so.  We ship the 1331-JUO.
