The Barracuda DSO-PB is for use on Out Swinging 36" Doors with Exit Devices.  It is constructed of heavy duty steel with a durable powder coated finish.  The bar goes across the door frame and grabs the mounting cleat with an adjustable clamp.  To secure the door, simply turn the handle until it is secured.  They currently offer two models, one for jambs up to 5-3/4" and one for jambs greater than 5-3/4".  This device ships with all of the hardware and a wall mounting rack for storage.

All PR80 Closers are UL listed and warranted for ten years. Parallel Arm Brackets and mounting hardware are included with each closer permitting universal installation for regular, top jamb or parallel arm applications. The closer is supplied with a standard plastic slim style cover.

The closer is sized for 2 to 5 spring tension and will work on doors 24" to 54" Wide and 33 to 264 Lbs. This closer has a hole spacing of 3/4 x 9-1/16 inches.

The Norton Door Closer 7700 Series Power Track combine the functions of a single point electromechanical door holder with the proven reliability of a 7700 Series Door Closer. The track assembly contains an arm slide and solenoid operated hold open mechanism and is available with or without an integral smoke detector. The closer is mounted on the door. The Power Track and hook-up box are mounted to the frame face for pull side installations or the frame soffit for push side installations.
Two versions, the Master Unit (PTDO) and the Support Unit (PTO). The PTDO has an integral smoke detector. The PTO can be plugged into the PTDO or into your existing fire alarm system. The Sargent Door Closer 1431 is also known as the Powerglide.  This closer meets ADA requirements and has a capability to be mounted on the push, pull or top jamb, and is non handed.  This closer can be used as a direct replacement for the older version 1230 or 1231 Sargent Closers without having to re drill the mounting holes.  This closer has been the replacement for the 1230 since about 2000.  It is manufactured of an aluminum alloy.

In April of 2023 Norton Yale have discontinued the 2300 and 9300.  The Norton 1600 will be sent in place of the 2300.   Same Hole Spacing, but adjustable spring tension.

The Falcon / Doromatic Door Closer SC61 is an affordable, higher quality, standard template closer.  This closer offers adjustable closing, latching and back check speeds, along with adjustable spring tension.  It has the ability to be mounted on the push, pull or top jamb and is non handed.  This closer is considered a Grade 1 closer, which is the highest grade you can get.  The hole spacing is 3/4” x 9-1/16”, which is the most common mounting template out in industry today.  They used to be know as the Doromatic SC60, but in about 2008, they changed it to the Falcon SC61.  We ship the SC61 Rw/PA.

The Yale Door Closer 4400 has been around for quite a long time, and was designed to replace the older 400, which are still made. The beauty of the 4400 is that is can be mounted left or right, push, pull or top jamb, were as the 4200 you had to specify all those attributes, which made stocking them a head ache. This is a Grade 1 closer, and is extremely durable. If you are looking for a 4400BF, the barrier free version, the new 4400 is barrier free, and will do the trick. This closer has a 2-3/8" x 6-3/4" hole spacing.

The LCN Head and Tube 78H and 78HL comes in two versions.  One is 5-3/4" long and the other is 8-5/8".  The square hole is 5/8".  The head and tube usually breaks where the cast ring attaches to the tube.  This part usually goes by the part number 4040-78H, 4040-78HL, 4040XP-78H, 4040XP-78HL, 1260-78H, 1260-78HL, ect.,.

Detex EAX-500W Weatherized Battery Powered Door Exit Alarm

The Detex EAX-500W Series is designed for applications requiring a battery-powered alarm on secured doors. The alarm, with approximately 100dB, will sound when an unauthorized exit occurs. The LCN Sentronic Door Closer Roller - 3034 is used on all of the LCN Track Closers, and Sentronic Closers. Nylon wheel is 1-1/16" diameter by 3/8" thick. The shaft is has a 1/2" diameter by 1-1/8" long.  However in November of 2015 they started shipping the roller with the Slider 168 attached to it, with a retaining ring. LCN Started using this Roller Assembly in December 2018.

The Jackson Door Closer Offset Arm  20-900-LC is used with the 20-330 concealed closer for single acting offset mounted doors.  The arm measures 12-15/16" long by 1/2" thick with a 1.012" offset.  The track measures 25/32" deep by 29/32" wide by 14" long.  The track includes the nylon slide, pin and retaining clips.

The LCN Sentronic Door Closer 4040SE-168 Slider used to be just the slider, the metal part.   In October of 2015 they changed the part so the roller is now included and they are held together by a snap ring or E-clip.

The slider is not longer sold separately, it is sold with the roller.  You have to take the Assembly apart to get just the slider.

The Jackson Door Closer Offset Arm 20-1134LC is the arm and track assembly for the 20-330 concealed closer.  The arm measures 12-15/16" long with .919" offset, and the track measures 1/2" thick by 12-7/8" long by 1-9/32" wide.  The track includes the nylon slide, pin and retaining ring.
