The Dor-o-Matic 1990 and 2090 Set Screw PB38. This set screw goes in the housing to secure it on the mounting studs.  There is 3 of these screws on each housing, two on the left and right side toward the top, and one on the bottom.   The manufacture is now Falcon.

The Dor-o-Matic Falcon 1690/1790 Hinge End Cap Kit PB314 includes both pieces and the mounting screws.  It is made of die cast metal that is powder coat painted to a black color.  This piece is mounted on the hinge side of the door.  Doromatic / Falcon part # ECAP.130 or PB314. The 590 is made of solid brass and ships with matching screws.  The faceplate measures 1 x 6-3/4 inches, the strike is 15/16 x 2-1/4 inches and comes standard with a 12 inch rod.  The mountng screws are 1 x 6-1/4 inches on centers.

The Norton Door Closer Regular Arm is the standard arm that is shipped with the 9300, 1600, 8301, 8501 and 7500 door closers.  It will also work with the Yale 2300, 50, 3301, 3501 and 4400 series door closers.  This arm has had a bunch of different factory numbers over the years, including 1620-1, 7701-1 and 400-1.

The Door Pull Handle 12 has a 5-1/2" centers hole spacing and is 6" overall. It has 2" projection with 1-3/8" clearance and the base is 5/8" x 1-1/4". Also known as a Door Handle or Door Grip. Shipped with thru bolts and finish washers.

The Dor-O-Matic 1690/1790/1990/2090 Cylinder Bushing BUSH.102 fits around the Pinion gear to take up slack and reduce friction.  This piece is now known as the Falcon Panic Hardware BUSH.102, but for many years was called the Dor-o-Matic PB46.

The Falcon TD35 Roller Strike is used with the Dor-o-Matic Falcon 1590, 1790, and 2090 panic device where you are trying to protect the frame when the door closes.   The strike has been manufactured since the 1970's.  This part is also known as a Kawneer 133479 strike.  The strike ships with mounting screws in a painted black finish.   This style of strike is also known as a Blade Strike.

This Von Duprin Panic Device 7500 Mortise Body Only is used on the Von Durprin 8875, and Von Duprin 98-9975 panic hardware. The body measures 5-7/8" high by 4-1/2" deep and 1" thick. This is the body that has been used since about 1977.

The LCN 159 Arm Screw is used on all of the LCN Closers to hold the arm on the Spindle of the Cylinder.  This screw goes by the number 4040-159, 4110-159, 4020-159, 1260-159, 1260-159, 4040-159 and 4040SE-159.   This is the screw that holds the arm on to the Door Closer Spindle (Shaft).  The screw has a 3/4" diameter head, 1/2" high with a 1/4" diameter shaft with 20 threads per inch (1/4-20 screw).

The Dor-o-Matic 1690/1990 Retractor PB35 has been used since the 1970's.  The manufacture has changed names in the last 5 years and now goes by Falcon Panic Hardware. This piece is used the 990, 1690 and 1990 devices.  The pinion rides inside this bracket to raise and lower the internal rods. Parts used with the retractor are the Pinion (G199005), Traveller (G199028) and the Pinion Bushing (G199046). Retractor measures 1-7/8" long by 7/8" wide by 1/4" thick.

The Corbin Russwin 704F66  ED4000/5000 Series End Cap is their newer impact resistant cover.   The package ships with the End Cap, Bracket and Mounting Screws.  The new bracket my not fit your existing holes, but this end cap is a substantial improvement over the previous versions.  Our image shows the Stainless Steel version.  This end cap is known as the 704F66 for Corbin Russwin, and ECK7 for the Yale version.

The Von Duprin 050130 Fitting Set is for the 5654 / 5754 Mullions.  Set includes top and bottom fittings, all of the mounting screws.  The Fitting measures approximately 11/16" wide on face closest to the door and 2-3/8" at the widest point. The depth is 3-1/8".

All PR80 Closers are UL listed and warranted for ten years. Parallel Arm Brackets and mounting hardware are included with each closer permitting universal installation for regular, top jamb or parallel arm applications. The closer is supplied with a standard plastic slim style cover.

The closer is sized for 2 to 5 spring tension and will work on doors 24" to 54" Wide and 33 to 264 Lbs. This closer has a hole spacing of 3/4 x 9-1/16 inches.

Kawneer Style Intermediate TH1121 Hinge

Male mounting bracket measures 1-5/16” wide by 2-3/16” high, with a hole spacing of 13/16”.  Female mounting leaf measures 1-7/16” high by 1-9/16”, with a hole spacing of 3/4” center to center. These hinges are non handed.

The Barracuda Model DSO is for Out Swinging 36" Doors and provides up to 550 pounds of security.   It is constructed of heavy duty steel with a durable powder coated finish.  The bar goes across the door frame and grabs the lever or knob set with an adjustable clamp.  To secure the door, simply turn the handle until it is secured.  They currently offer two models, one for jambs up to 5-3/4" and one for jambs greater than 5-3/4".  This device ships with all of the hardware and a wall mounting rack for storage.

Full Mortise Double Swinging Spring Hinge

Used mainly for commercial kitchen doors,  or any commercial double swinging door.   Sold in sets of 2 hinges, they will handle doors up to 75 lbs that are 1-3/4" thick.   If you door weighs between 75 and 107 lbs, you should use 3 hinges.  The door flange is designed for a standard 4-1/2" x 4-1/2" template mortise.   Hinges ship with wood and metal mounting screws. They come in a standard Painted Primed Finish Gray.

The jamb flange is .100" thick, the door flange is .134" thick and the barrel diameter is 1.18".

This strike is used when we have a double door application without a center post. By using this strike we can have one door with a surface vertical rod and one door a rim device, which will save money because vertical rods are usually expensive. This strike can be used with the 1590, 1790 and 2090 Rim Devices. The strike base measures 1-5/16" wide by 3-1/4" high, and 1/4" thick. The three slots are 1-1/4" on center. This strike ships with the mounting screws.

The International Door Closer 8730S is designed for narrow stiles. The minimum stile width is 2-19/32 inches. It will not work on a true narrow stile door witch is usually 1-3/4 inch. The 36 inch version is 33-15/32 inches and the 48 inch version is 44-3/4 inches. The device is rated Grade 1, which is the highest rating. Rods are 1/2 inch diameter tubular with rod guides. The Von Duprin 050390 Bottom Mullion Fitting is the Bottom Fitting for the 1654, 4754, 4854, and 4954 Von Duprin Mullions. The 050390 measures 5/8" thick by 2" wide and 3" long excluding the flange the projects out the one end.   We find the number 961040-70  ESE cast right in the fitting.  The mounting holes are 2-1/4" on center.  Mounting Screws included.

The 4311HSA SENTRONIC is an electrically controlled closer/holder designed to provide easy passage for groups of pedestrians through high traffic doors. Pedestrians, moving through the doorway, trigger the built-in scanner. When the door is opened to 80° or more, the door is electrically held open to minimize wear and tear on applied door hardware. After the last pedestrian in a group passes through the doorway, the system timer releases the hold-open, closing the door under control of the heavy duty closer.
