LCN Sentronic Door Closer 4310ME

Standard LCN Sentronic Door Closer 4310ME series closer shipped with a 24V or 120V cylinder (please specify) on a mounting plate, metal cover, Swing-Free arm, track, track roller, and wood and machine screw pack. The SEM7830 LCN Electro Magnetic Door Holder features a die cast metal housing that is surface wall mounted. Tri-voltage design works with 12, 24 or 120 volts, with 35 lbs. of holding force. The magnet housing measures 2-13/16" wide by 4-5/8" high. The armature (door mount part) is 1-11/16" wide by 2-3/8" high with a 1-7/8" diameter. The armature projects out 1-5/8". The total projection of both pieces is 4-1/8". Available in an aluminum or dark bronze color.  Armature extensions are available, along with replacement covers, magnets, and armatures.

The International Door Closer 8730S is designed for narrow stiles. The minimum stile width is 2-19/32 inches. It will not work on a true narrow stile door witch is usually 1-3/4 inch. The 36 inch version is 33-15/32 inches and the 48 inch version is 44-3/4 inches. The device is rated Grade 1, which is the highest rating. Rods are 1/2 inch diameter tubular with rod guides. The exit ships will all screws and strikes need for instillation.

The 460 ADA Flush Pull measures 5 inches by 5 inches  and is made of 1/8 inch material.  The opening size is 3-1/2 inches by 3 inches. The pull is fastened to the door with 10-24 by 5/8 inch security torx with barrel nuts.  The pull is designed for 1-3/4 thick doors, please specify if your door is thicker than 1-3/4 inches.  Available in Brushed and Polished Stainless Steel and also Powder Coated Flat Black and Dark Bronze.

The Cal Royal 4400 Rim Exit Device has a Grade 2 rating. The device features a 3/4" Latchbolt, Roller Strike and a 1" diameter Crossbar. The device comes in a brushed chrome and dark bronze finish, and comes with either a 36" or 48" crossbar. You would need a 4-1/2" minimum stile width. 

The Door Pull Handle 17 has an overall length of 10". The base diameters are 2" with three holes each. The handle projects out 2-1/4" and has a clearance of 1-1/2". Also known as a Door Grip or Door Handle. This handle ships with 6 wood/sheet metal screws.

The Door Pull Offset 1" Diameter PH-4000 is usually used on aluminum frame glass doors. This handle offers three different mounting options, one is surface mounted, where the handle is mounted over a mounting stud and then you tighten the set screw to hold the handle in place. The second method is thru bolted, the bolt goes all the way thru the door. And the third is back to were you have two handles mounted back to back.  This handle projects 3-1/4", has a 2-1/4" door clearance, comes in 9", 10" and 12" centers.  One of the most popular handles we sell.

The International Door Closer 44CI Adjustable Spring Power is one of there heaver duty closers.   It is designed to line up with the LCN 4040 hole spacing at more than half the price.  It features a rugged cast iron body with a forged steel arm.  It also uses all weather fluid, is non handed and is non sized, meaning you can adjust the door for any size door.  The door closer we are selling here come with a regular arm and parallel arm bracket, so the closer can be mounted on the left or right, push, pull or top jamp.  The closer has 4 adjustments, closing, latching, and back check valves, a long with a spring power adjustment.

Straightens bent full mortise hinges. Slide cylinder over the butt of the hinge and rotate. Extra long handle provides the torque to bring the hinge back inline. t measures 19-1/2" long, with barrels on each end of 3/4" and 1" diameters.
