The Cal Royal TAIL1 is an extender for the ENTOOL Lever Trim.  The extender works on doors up to 2-1/4 inches thick.  The TAIL1 includes two longer screws, two set screws (not shown), allen wrench, and hub adaptor.

The Ives Plunger Door Holder / Stop FS1153 is manufactured by H.B. Ives and features a contemporary yet economical method of positive Hold-Open.  This was another one of the Glynn-Johnson door stops that was merged in the H.B. Iver product line in the 1990's, and went by the 1153 part number.  This door stop is constructed in sturdy cast aluminum for years of service.  The spring operated plunger activates with minimal pressure, releasing instantly with a light tap on the plat-form lever.  The stop has a 1-5/8" throw or projection for all types of doors.  The ribbed non-marring rubber shoe is securely fastened to unit with a screw and is easily replaced when worn.  These are sometimes called pop-up or push down stops.  Ships with mounting screws.

Von Duprin 33A Exit Device Only

33A and 35A for all types of single and double doors with mullion, UL listed for Panic Exit Hardware. Devices are ANSI A156.3 – 2001 Grade 1. The 35A has a smooth mechanism case and the 33A has grooved case. 33A/35A fits door stiles as narrow as 1 3/4". Newly designed device has a one piece center case cover.

Series 7300 Rim Panic exit devices are used with Narrow, Medium and Wide aluminum door and Hollow Metal and Wood Door applications. Series 7300 is non-handed, Field Reversible for LHRB or RHRB doors. The Push Bar W/Offset Grip 422X39 is usually found aluminum framed glass store front doors.  It is constructed of 1" diameter solid aluminum, brass, bronze or stainless steel, depending on the finish.  The handle or grip will have either a 8", 10", 12" or 18" center to center screw spacing.  The push bar center to center length is determined by you, we can do any reasonable size.  Establish the center to center dimension by subtracting the width of one stile from the width of the door. On solid doors, subtract 5" from the width of the door.  All the fasteners are included, and are determined by the material your door is made of (wood or metal).   Please allow 3-4 weeks on the Dark Bronze and Aluminum, and 2 weeks on the other finishes.

Finishes

The Dor-o-Matic 1990/2090 "E" Ring RRing.109 is use to connect the concealed rods to the Traveller Assembly (G199028, PB88, or 4270100013).  The rods fit through the traveller and rod bushings, and the Retaining Ring holds them in place.  This piece has a diameter of 1/2".   This item is now under the Falcon name plate.

Detex EAX-500 Installation Instructions

The LCN Sentronic Door Closer Roller - 3034 is used on all of the LCN Track Closers, and Sentronic Closers. Nylon wheel is 1-1/16" diameter by 3/8" thick. The shaft is has a 1/2" diameter by 1-1/8" long.  However in November of 2015 they started shipping the roller with the Slider 168 attached to it, with a retaining ring. LCN Started using this Roller Assembly in December 2018.
