The Von Duprin 090039 is used in the push bar assembly to return the latch. It is known as the Base Plate Latch Return Spring or Latch Return Spring. It is used on the 22, 33A, 35A, 98 and 99 Devices. The spring is 2-1/4 inch long with a 3/8 inch diameter.

The Dorma 8832 Top Arm with Channel for RTS88 is for use on Double and Single Acting Doors.   We usually find this arm on wood doors.  This arm is 10-5/8" long by 1-1/2" wide at the widest point, and is 5/8" thick.  It is the standard arm in the RST04, RST05 and RST06 packages.

This Barn Door Pull Set features back to back handles that are thru-bolt mounted for a hassle-free setup.  The Grip is 6 inches on centers and is constructed of 3/4 inch round stock, and projects out 2-3/8 inch. The flush pull face dimensions are 2-1/2 by 7 inches. The mortise size of the flush pull are 2 x 7/8 deep x 1/4 inch.

The handle 3/4" diameter tubing with a 2-1/2" projection and 2-1/2" offset.  We find these on narrow stile aluminum framed glass storefront doors.  It comes standard with thru bolts and finish washers, but can be special ordered if you would like the handle mounted back to back or surface mounted. Also known as a Door Handle or Door Grip.

Dorma 8000 Series End Cap comes with the two plastic pieces and the mounting screws.

The Handicap ADA Hands-Free Door Pull BM4511 is an ADA compliant. You can hook your forearm/wrist into the open end to open a non-latching door. The pull is constructed of stainless steel and is available in brushed stainless steel, powder coated flat black or powder coated dark bronze. The plate measures 4 x 16 inches and the grip is tack-welded to the plate and also has a 5/16-18 thread for thru bolting. The grip is 1-1/4 diameter by 8 inches. Ships with 6 mounting screws and one 5/16-18 thru bolt with finished washer in matching finish.

The Dorma Surface Vertical Rod Top Strike 426 is used on the 8400, 8400F, 9400 and 9400F devices. Shims and mounting screws included.

The Von Duprin 55EO Rim Exit Device is used primarily on aluminum framed glass doors, otherwise known as Narrow Stile Doors.   It is one of the most heavy duty cross bar devices made, and has been in production since at least the 1970's.  It will fit on Stile widths of 1-3/4", and ships with all the mounting screws, dog key and the 1409 Surface Strike.  The device is also non handed.

Back to Back mounted 1 inch diameter stock.  One handle will be threaded and the other will be a female fitting that snugs the handle with a set screw.  The standard Stud that ships with the handle is for an 1-3/4 thick door.

The Von Duprin 88 End Case 050435 is also known as the hinge case, meaning it is on the hinge side of the door.   This End Cap is used on all of the Von Duprin 88 models, which include 88, 8827, 8847 and 8875.   This piece does all the lifting of the cross bar, so it is an important component.  The case includes the all of the internal workings and springs.

This package connects to the rods on the Dorma 9400 Surface Vertical Rod Devices. Plate measures 3/4 x 1/2 inch, finger sticks up 3/4 of an inch. Package includes 2 plates and 2 screws.

The LCN Door Closer Spring cush Arm 3077SC is an optional arm offered by LCN.  The arm features a solid forged steel main arm and forearm with a spring loaded stop in the soffit shoe, which makes this arm ideal for abusive parallel arm applications.  Specify your current closers model number when ordering. The 590 is made of solid brass and ships with matching screws.  The faceplate measures 1 x 6-3/4 inches, the strike is 15/16 x 2-1/4 inches and comes standard with a 12 inch rod.  The mountng screws are 1 x 6-1/4 inches on centers.

The Door Pull Offset #39 Handle is constructed of either solid aluminum, brass or stainless steel.  The handle is 1" diameter tubing with a 2-3/4" offset and 2-3/4" projection.  This is the most common type of handle you use today.  Just about every aluminum framed storefront door has a version of this handle.  This handle is available in 8", 10", 12" and 18" centers on the mounting holes.  If you have a 9" centered handle use the PH-4000.   It comes standard with thru bolts and finish washers, but can be special ordered if you would like the handle mounted back to back or surface mounted. The Von Duprin Strike 1409 Blade Stop is used on just about every Von Duprin Rim Device when door frame protection is needed.  We see this strike on many Narrow Stile door setups.  The strike measures 1-7/8" by 1-3/4" outside dimension. The strike has a projection of 1/2".  The strike is constructed die cast metal and the blade is made of stainless steel.

The Push Bar w/Handle 422X26 is usually found aluminum framed glass store front doors.  It is constructed of 1" diameter solid aluminum, brass, bronze or stainless steel, depending on the finish.  The handle or grip will have either a 8", 10", 12" or 18" center to center screw spacing.  The push bar center to center length is determined by you, we can do any reasonable size.  Establish the center to center dimension by subtracting the width of one stile from the width of the door. On solid doors, subtract 5" from the width of the door.  All the fasteners are included, and are determined by the material your door is made of (wood or metal).   Please allow 3-4 weeks on the Dark Bronze and Aluminum, and 2 weeks on the other finishes.

Finishes

All PR80 Closers are UL listed and warranted for ten years. Parallel Arm Brackets and mounting hardware are included with each closer permitting universal installation for regular, top jamb or parallel arm applications. The closer is supplied with a standard plastic slim style cover.

The closer is sized for 2 to 5 spring tension and will work on doors 24" to 54" Wide and 33 to 264 Lbs. This closer has a hole spacing of 3/4 x 9-1/16 inches.

The PBB Horizontal Floor Spring is similar to the Boomer 7811.  Available in Black, Dark Bronze, Stainless Steel, and Satin Nickel.

The International Door Closer 5001P Series Adjustable Spring Power is a great closer to use as a replacement for the many 3/4" by 12" mounting holed closers.  This door closer is fully adjustable with sweep, latching and back check adjustments, a long with an adjustable spring tensoin control.  This closer can be adjusted to less then 8-1/2" pounds of resistance to meet ADA standards.  You can install this closer on the push, pull or top jamb, we ship the regular arm and a parallel arm bracket.  This closer has the same mounting holes as the Norton 8000 and Yale 3000 door closers.
