The Von Duprin 98 Rim Panic device has been around since the late 1970's and has gone through a couple of improvements.  One of the great things about the 98 is the availability of replacement parts.  Even when the device is upgraded, the upgraded parts will work with the older versions that can be close to 40 years old.  This device is for all types of single and double doors with mullions.  The device is UL Listed for Panic Exit Hardware and is considered Grade 1, the heaviest duty rating possible.  The Von Duprin 98 device has a smooth mechanism case and the Von Duprin 99 device has a grooved case. The rim device is non-handed, meaning it will work on Left and Right hand doors.   Ships with all the mounting screws and the 299 Strike.

The steel paddle is photo-luminescent sign providing managed security and a 100 decibel alarm for secondary exits. The device features a single point 1" dead bolt, attack resistant design withstands over 2200 pounds of outside pull force and is non handed. Locking and unlocking the dead bolt always arms and disarms the alarm.  Rim Cylinder is not included.

The International FG-1200 Flushbolt Guide is the piece that fits into the top or bottom of the door and acts as a guide for the Flushbolt Rod.  The piece measures 1-3/8" x 1-1/2".  The square hole in the piece is a 1/2" square.  The manufacture part number is FG-1200.

Von Duprin 9875/9975 mortise lock device for all types of single or double doors, UL listed for Panic Exit Hardware. Devices are ANSI A156.3 – 2001 Grade 1. The Adams Rite 8800EL Electric Latch Retraction Panic Hardware is the same as the 8800, but with an internal solenoid to retract the latch-bolt.   This is a very popular device in the Hotel Industry and is usually used in conjunction with a card reader. 

The 8800 features the Starwheel locking bolt that interlocks door to the door frame.  The 36" version is in stock, we can also get the 30", 42" and 48" devices, lead time is 2-3 weeks.  This device is used exclusively on aluminum framed glass storefront doors.  Replacement parts are available.

The Jackson Exit Device 2085/2095 End Cap measures 3-1/8" high, by 1-1/8" wide, and has a projection of 1-15/16". The mounting lugs are 1-3/8" on center and project out 1".

The Doromatic 1790 rim device is typically used in applications where maintenance is a concern because the rim device has fewer parts and pieces than current exit devices. The result is less maintenance and adjustment. The streamlined design has no openings for chains, reducing the risk for code infringements and offering increased building security by eliminating the possibility of tampering and forced entry through the use of coat hangers and other tools. The Von Duprin Panic Device 8827 Center Case 050415 is for use on the non fire rated 88 surface vertical rod.   You can tell the difference by the dogging screw.  If you have a Dogging Screw on your device, then this is the correct part.  Includes the internal pieces, including the Rod Control.

The Doromatic Exit Device 2090 Active Case is for use on the 1090 and 2090 panic hardware.  This device has been around since the early 1970's, and is now called the Falcon 2090 Active Case, but it is the same piece.  Includes all of the interior hardware. Just unscrew or loosen the three set screws and remove your old case and install and tighten the three set screws. Housing measures 7-1/2" long by 1-3/16" wide, mounting studs have a 6-1/4" center to center distance.

The Von Duprin 106222 Racket Release Kit is used on the 3347, 3547, 9847 and 9947 Exit Devices.   The pin that projects from the block releases the top latch when the door closes, and locks the door shut.

This Von Duprin Panic Device 7500 Mortise Body Only is used on the Von Durprin 8875, and Von Duprin 98-9975 panic hardware. The body measures 5-7/8" high by 4-1/2" deep and 1" thick. This is the body that has been used since about 1977.

Cal Royal 7000 Alarmed Exit Device

Same as the Cal Royal 7700, but with these added features"

Alarm unit has internal horn. When the push rail is depressed, the horn sounds to provide an audible means of signaling that the door has been opened and violated. The unit has changeable 2 minute alarm cutoff or manual reset. Preset at factory for 2 minute alarm cut off. The key switch to turn alarm off is a standard 1 ¼” cylinder with “C” keyway. The alarm operates on one standard 9 volt transistor battery. When battery is weak the horn will emit an intermittent signal. Alarmed units are supplied with a switch that monitors push rail only. Unit includes “EMERGENCY EXIT ONLY • ALARM WILL SOUND” decal for application on door or unit.
