Falcon/Monarch 19 Series Hex Dogging Assembly and Cover have been changed.  As of April 12, 2022 the kit now includes a new style dogging assembly also.

We know this kit will work on the 19/24/25 Series, and are not sure if it will work on the Monarch 17/18 Series Dogging Cover goes over the dogging mechanism on the hinge side of the exit device. Sometimes when the end cap goes missing, this cover plate also disappears.

Size is the width of the Device, a 36 inch device is usally only 32 inches wide, a 48 inch device is usually about 42 inches wide.

The BB82 half Mortise 4-1/2” Door Hinge is a specialty hinge. The hinge fastens to the standard mortise slot on the door and the other leaf mounts on the face of the door frame. These are five knuckle, two bearing with square edges. They are constructed of 10 gauge (.134”) steel that is then plated to the desired finish. We ship in boxes of 3 hinges with the wood and machine screw.

The Ives Wall Bumper Stop WS407-CVX our economically price convex wall bumper.  The metal ring is a wrought stainless steel, otherwise known as stamping.  It features a concealed tamper-proof mounting, and is shipped pre-assembled to the back plate is reduce installation time.   Installation is easy, just insert the screw driver through the pin hole in the rubber and tighten.  The bumper is 2-1/2" in diameter and projects out 1".

The Cal-Royal 9800 Rim Device is a grade 1 Heavy Duty Exit Device.   The 9800 has the same template as the 8800 and 9800 with escutcheon lever trim. The 36 inch device will be 32 inches wide and can be cut down an additional 2" to fit doors as narrow as 30 inches.  The 48 inch will be 44 inches wide and can be cut down to fit doors 36 inches wide. The device is non handed, meaning it will work on a left hand reverse or right hand reverse door. Strike and mounting screws are included.

The Plunger Door Holder / Stop 582 is constructed of cast aluminum.  The stop measures 6-1/4" by 1-1/2" with a 1-5/8" throw.  The rubber shoe is gray.  It will ship with matching finish screws.  These are sometimes called pop-up or push down door stops.

The Adams Rite EX88 Interlocking Rim Exit Device is designed for heavy duty use on narrow stile aluminium door applications. Detex EAX-500W Weatherized Battery Powered Door Exit Alarm

The Detex EAX-500W Series is designed for applications requiring a battery-powered alarm on secured doors. The alarm, with approximately 100dB, will sound when an unauthorized exit occurs. The Corner Guard 310 are a great way to protect corners in areas of high traffic and high abuse, such as warehouses and hospitals.  Fabricated from 16 gauge (.050") thick metal they measure 3-1/2" on both arms, and can come in any length.  Standard lengths are 36", 42" and 48", but we have the capability to modify to your specifications. They come standard with screw mounting, but other options are available.

The 533 Automatic Wall Type Holder and Stop is a commercial grade door holder.  The holder is mounted on the wall and strike is mounted on the door. It is constructed of cast brass, and measures 2 x 2-1/2 base and 2-1/8 inch high. Currently it is only available in brushed chrome.
