Jackson 30-2674 1285/1295 Cover Package

Jackson part # 30-2674-313 and 30-2674-628 Cover Plate for use on the 1285 and 1295 devices..  Plates measure 2-11/16" x 7-1/2 and 2-11/16" x 2-1/8", two plates in each package.

The Dor-o-Matic 1690/1990 Top Rod Latch Assembly PB130 is also used on the 1390, 1490 and 2390.  This latch has been around since the 1970's,  and is usually the issue if your bottom rod is dragging on the floor.  Although we are calling it Dor-o-Matic, it is actually known as a Falcon SU Top Latch due to a name change 5 or 6 years ago.  This latch rolls over when the device is pressed in and then locks in that position.  When the door closes, the 'U" channel of the latch flips over to a vertical postion and drops the rods.  This latch always uses the PB48 Strike, our part # G199034.  The Dor-o-Matic Panic Devices have been around since the late 1960’s, but have most recently been known as the Falcon Panic Device from a name change they had in about 2008.  They are basically the same device, with the same parts, just a different name plate.  Falcon part # PB130 or 4270101806.

Von Duprin 9875/9975 mortise lock device for all types of single or double doors, UL listed for Panic Exit Hardware. Devices are ANSI A156.3 – 2001 Grade 1. Fits stock hollow metal doors with 86 cutout and door stiles as narrow as 4-3/4" (121mm). The Von Duprin 9875 device has a smooth mechanism case and the Von Duprin 9975 device has a grooved case. The Jackson 1095 30-1247 / 30-1248 Lever Arm.  Replacement Lever Arm for the Jackson 1095 Active Housings.   This arm will only work on the 1095 Active Case!  The difference between this arm and the 1085 arm is the Pin in in the top of the arm.   The pin fits into the triangular linkage clip, which actuates the latch bolt.  Handing is determined by standing inside and looking out, if the arm in on the right hand side of the door, it is a right hand lever that you would order.

The Von Duprin 990TP Trim is known as a Thump Piece Trim.  The key cylinder locks and unlocks the thumb piece, key cylinder sold separately.  This plate mounts on the exterior of the door, and the welded on mounting studs line up with the 99 device on the interior of the building.  If you have a different manufacture or a different Von Duprin series on the interior, it will not line up.  On the back of this plate we usually find the number 990 stamped on it.  The plate shown here is for the Rim and Surface Vertical Rod 99 and 98 devices.  If you have a Mortise or Concealed Vertical Rod, call us and we will order that model.  The plate measures 3" wide by 14-3/16" tall.   Order here for the 990TP-R&V.

The Jackson 20368 is used with the 20330 Door Closer offset arms. Track measures 25/32 inches tall by 29/32 inches wide and 14 inches long.

The Doromatic 1990 Panic Device has a long history of reliable performance.  Although it is now called the Falcon 1990, they are the same device.  This device is non handed, meaning it can go on left hand or right hand door.  The standard included 41" crossbar will work on doors up 3'8" wide, and the stardard rods will work on a 7' door.  It is equipped with hardened steel latches and adjustable strike to ensure safety, security and quiet operation.  The package includes all of the mounting screws and strikes.

This Von Duprin Panic Device 7500 Mortise Body Only is used on the Von Durprin 8875, and Von Duprin 98-9975 panic hardware. The body measures 5-7/8" high by 4-1/2" deep and 1" thick. This is the body that has been used since about 1977.

Falcon Doromatic 1690, 1790, and 2390 replacement dogging assy. The dogging assembly is used to dog the door in the open position, so people can enter the building without having to unlatch the door for the inside or with a key on the outside.  The KIT.1197 comes complete with mounting screws.   Some of the earlier version where riveted into the rail, so you might need to drill out the rivets, the screws shipped with KIT.1197 have self tapping thread forming screws.

Adams Rite 8800 Panic Device

The 8800 features the Starwheel locking bolt that interlocks door to the door frame.  The 36" version is in stock, we can also get the 30", 42" and 48" devices, lead time is 2-3 weeks.  This device is used exclusively on aluminum framed glass storefront doors.  Replacement parts are available.

The Von Duprin 98 Rim Panic device has been around since the late 1970's and has gone through a couple of improvements.  One of the great things about the 98 is the availability of replacement parts.  Even when the device is upgraded, the upgraded parts will work with the older versions that can be close to 40 years old.  This device is for all types of single and double doors with mullions.  The device is UL Listed for Panic Exit Hardware and is considered Grade 1, the heaviest duty rating possible.  The Von Duprin 98 device has a smooth mechanism case and the Von Duprin 99 device has a grooved case. The rim device is non-handed, meaning it will work on Left and Right hand doors.   Ships with all the mounting screws and the 299 Strike.

The Jackson 201129 Track is used with the offset arms of the 20330 Door Closer.  The track measures 1/2 inch thick by 1-9/32 inches wide by 12-7/8 inches long. We can no longer get just the track.  This item will now include the arm.

International 7100 Concealed Vertical Rod Device

Modern flat touch bar Concealed Vertical Rod Device Panic exit device. This series offers durability, safety and meets the security demand and access control needs of today. Series 7300 Rim Panic exit devices are used with Narrow, Medium and Wide aluminum door and Hollow Metal and Wood Door applications. Series 7300 is non-handed, Field Reversible for LHRB or RHRB doors. The Barracuda DSO-PB is for use on Out Swinging 36" Doors with Exit Devices.  It is constructed of heavy duty steel with a durable powder coated finish.  The bar goes across the door frame and grabs the mounting cleat with an adjustable clamp.  To secure the door, simply turn the handle until it is secured.  They currently offer two models, one for jambs up to 5-3/4" and one for jambs greater than 5-3/4".  This device ships with all of the hardware and a wall mounting rack for storage.

The Von Duprin 22 Panic Only 22EO is part of the economy series.   Even though is it the least expensive Von Duprin, it is still a very heavy duty panic device.  It is for all types of single and double doors with mullion, for door stiles as narrow as 3-13/16”.   All 22 Series exit devices are UL listed for Panic Hardware or Fire Hardware, and are certified to ANSI A156.3, Grade 1.  The Von Duprin 22 ships with the 299 standard strike, dog key, and all of the needed mounting fasteners.  Even though it is the least expensive, they offer all the replacement parts, just like there other models.  We stock all of the replacement parts Von Duprin has to offer on the 22 and 2227 series.
