Ives line in the 1990's and now goes by the part # FS42. Many schools and hospitals have this door holder in use today. It features: Automatic door holders ideal for heavy-traffic situations that require a simple, fool-proof, Hold-Open device. Forged from brass. Unit is activated automatically when door is opened. A firm pull on door releases the mechanism. Strikes accommodate different door to floor clearances. Model numbers are determined by strike/door-to-floor clearances. The Falcon 712L Lever Trim is used for the XX-C, 18-C, and all 24 Series Falcon Devices.  The XX-C and 18-C are the obsolete concealed vertical rod Monarch Exit Devices. The Trim is non handed or field reversible. The Key locks or unlocks the Lever. The escutcheon measures 1-3/4" wide and 7-1/4" long.

The Dor-o-Matic Falcon 4758959 Soleniod is used on the EL1690, EL1790, and EL2390 Electric Latch Retraction exit devices.  The Solenoid measures 4-1/8 inches long including mouting flange, and has an 1-3/4 inch diameter.  The mounting screw spacing is 1 inch on centers. The Plunger is included and has a 7/8 inch diameter and is 2-15/16 inches long.  We find the number 971687 on the solenoid.

The Falcon 1590 Retractor RTR10 is one of the components you need to convert a Exit Only device to a NL or HB device.  The RTR10 along with the 159CA-NL or 159CA-HB is all you need, along with a Key Cylinder.

Monarch 19 Series End Cap Bracket

This steel bracket holds the hinge side of the panic bar on the door. The end cap then fits over it for a finished look. Bracket measures 1-5/8" tall by 1-1/4" wide with a 15/16" projection. Sometimes shipped with a mounting barrel nuts and screw.

The Falcon F570 Strike for 19-R and XX-R Devices is used on the Fire and Non Fire Rated Devices.  This is the same strike that was used on the Monarch XX-R, 19-R, 17-R and 18-R devices.

Falcon 650387 Bottom Bolt Guide Assembly

The Falcon Monarch Bottom Bolt Guide Assembly 650387 is used the 19-V, 24-V, 25-V and the XX-V Bottom Rod.  The Guide Assembly measures 1-7/8" tall by 1" wide and projects 1-9/16" at the widest projection.   The Bottom Bolt Guide is made of zinc plated steel.

Falcon/Monarch 19 Series Hex Dogging Assembly and Cover have been changed.  As of April 12, 2022 the kit now includes a new style dogging assembly also.

We know this kit will work on the 19/24/25 Series, and are not sure if it will work on the Monarch 17/18 Series Dogging Cover goes over the dogging mechanism on the hinge side of the exit device. Sometimes when the end cap goes missing, this cover plate also disappears.

The Falcon 650388 Latch Cover is for use on the Monarch and Falcon 19-V Series.  The latch is made of high impact black plastic and ships with the mounting screws.  The manufactures part number is 650388, the old Monarch part number was 3781.
