The International Door Closer 9001-TP Series is a relatively newer closer.  This closer features fully adjustable spring tension, closing and latching speeds and back check.  The narrow design allows for mounting on the top jamb of store front doors without a drop plate.  The closer is non handed, and can be mounted on the push, pull  or top jamb positions.  It meets all ADA requirements and is a Grade 1 closer, the heaviest rating possible.

The BB82 half Mortise 4-1/2” Door Hinge is a specialty hinge. The hinge fastens to the standard mortise slot on the door and the other leaf mounts on the face of the door frame. These are five knuckle, two bearing with square edges. They are constructed of 10 gauge (.134”) steel that is then plated to the desired finish. We ship in boxes of 3 hinges with the wood and machine screw.

The Dor-o-Matic 1690/1990 Top Rod Latch Assembly PB130 is also used on the 1390, 1490 and 2390.  This latch has been around since the 1970's,  and is usually the issue if your bottom rod is dragging on the floor.  Although we are calling it Dor-o-Matic, it is actually known as a Falcon SU Top Latch due to a name change 5 or 6 years ago.  This latch rolls over when the device is pressed in and then locks in that position.  When the door closes, the 'U" channel of the latch flips over to a vertical postion and drops the rods.  This latch always uses the PB48 Strike, our part # G199034.  The Dor-o-Matic Panic Devices have been around since the late 1960’s, but have most recently been known as the Falcon Panic Device from a name change they had in about 2008.  They are basically the same device, with the same parts, just a different name plate.  Falcon part # PB130 or 4270101806.

The Ives Surface Bolt 8" SB453 has a 1-3/16" throw.  The bar has a cross section measurement of 3/4" wide by 1/4" thick.  It features a strong tension springs to prevent the bolt from creeping.  The bolt is shipped with all of the fasteners and a universal top and a standard mortise strike.  It is constructed of heavy duty steel that is then cadmium plated.

The Ives Roller Bumper Straight Arm 6" RB472 are ideal if you have situations where doors meet each.   They are constructed cast brass or bronze and are then plated to the desired finish.   The arm projects 6" and the base has a 2" diameter.   The device was just like the Glynn-Johnson RB6 or GJRB6.

The Ives Roller Bumper Offset RB470 are ideal if you have situations where doors meet each.   They are constructed cast brass or bronze and are then plated to the desired finish.   The arm projects 5" and the base has a 1-11/16" x 2-1/4".   The device was just like the Glynn-Johnson RB3 or GJRB3.

The 9400 series is a slim-line, surface mounted electric strike designed to accommodate rim exit devices with a 1/2" throw Pullman latchbolt. All components are completely encased within its 1/2" thick stainless steel housing, so no cutting on the frame is required for installation. Simply place the electric strike on the surface of the frame, align it with the exit latchbolt, and install. An 1/8" spacer plate is provided to accommodate varying door gaps. The 9400 exceeds Grade 1 standards for strength and performance. It is field selectable for fail secure or fail safe operation, and for 12 or 24 VDC. The Ives Wall Door Stop WS443 has been a staple of the Ives product line for at least the last 45 years.  The stop features cast brass construction and then plated the the desired finish, which makes it ideal for interior or exterior use.   The rubber tip is a non marring rubber, that can be replaced and we keep in stock.  The stop has a 2-1/4" base diameter and a 3-11/16" projection from the wall.  This product ships with an expansion shield and lead shield.

The Ives Wall Door Stop / Holder WS20 is another door holder from Glynn-Johnson.  The Chicago based manufacture made these for 40 plus years.  When they were purchased from H.B Ives and merged into there line they became the WS20.  This holder is constructed of cast brass and then plated to your desired finish.  The hinged holding clip can be released by a gentle pushing on the door, which causes the clip to flip up and release the door.  The piece ships with wood screws and anchors.

Our Dark Bronze Oil Rubbed Bronze Door Kick Plates (US10B) are a baked on powder coat on brass base metal. We switched to this finish 5 years ago due to color variations in the US10B Oil Rubbed Bronze finishes. The US version was much lighter than the Asian version, which is where most the door hardware is made these days. The cost of Oil Rubbing was going through the roof and many platers were having issue with the environmental impact and EPA regulations in the United States. Our Oil Rubbed Kick Plates are 16 gauge (.050″) thick.

Kick Plates can be mounted by screws, two way tape, and they can be glued to the door. Our plates come standard with screw mounting. The manufacture sends #6 x 5/8″ Oval Phillips Undercut dark brown screw. The number of holes on the screw mounted plates is determined by an industry wide standardize template. A height between 6-10″ will have 10 holes for plates up to 33″ and 12 holes for plates between 33 and 40″.

You can order these plates with tape mounting, but on larger plates, it is not recommended. Large plates are too heavy and they most likely will not stick. We can also ship them with no holes, if you want to drill your own holes. You can glue them on, I would recommend liquid nails, and some C Clamps with the door on saw horses.

The Ives WS402CVX Wall Door Stop is our heaviest duty wall stop of this design.  They are constructed of a heavy duty cast brass base that is then plated to your desired finish.   The wall stop is 2-1/2" in diameter and has a 1" projection.  It features a special retainer cup that makes the rubber tamper resistant.  This stop ships with screw and drywall anchor.

Need extra brackets for your Secuity Latches, you can order them here.  The are sold individually.  Constructed of welded steel and this then powder coated black.

The Clear Plastic Door Kick Plates are constructed of .125" thick acrylic.  We recommend screw mounting on these  plate, because you can see right through them, and would be able to see the Tape Mount or Glue.  We have the more common sizes listed, but If you need a custom size they run about $0.22 per square inch.

The Door Pull Plate 5025 is a solid .050" wought plate of solid aluminum, brass or stainless steel depending on the finish. The Door Pull GHE25 has 6" centers and is constructed of solid aluminum, brass or stainless steel, and is 3/4" in diameter, handles come with thru bolts. The plate come predrilled with counter sunk holes and sheet metal screws in matching finiish.  This is one of our most popular plates sold.

Anodized Aluminum Door Kick Plates are the most cost effective, least expensive. The aluminum plates are 16 gauge, or .050″ thick and have a brushed or satin finish. They have an anodized finish to resist corrosion and we find these in many commercial buildings through out the United States.

The Door Pull Plate 5020B is constructed of .050" wrought metal, in either solid aluminum, brass or stainless steel, with Door Pull GHE20 -8" center. Handles come with thru bolts, finish washers and the plates come with sheet metal screws that fit the countersunk holes.

The Door Push Plate 50 is the most common push plate we find out in industry today.  It does not matter what type of commercial building you go into, you will find this style and thickness plate.  The are offered in standard sizes, that are shown below, and can be made to custom sizes.  The plates are 16 gauge metal (.050 thick) and are shipped with 4 beveled edges.   The matching finiish screws are shipped with each plate.
