The 4590 Deadlatch Paddle is constructed of extruded aluminum and anodized to clear 628, dark bronze 313 or black 335. This CRL Jackson® Exit Deviceblends the reliability of the time-proven 10 Series Crossbar Device with the sleek, contemporary style of today's modern push-pad exit device. Available in a Rim, Concealed, and Surface Vertical Rod versions, this device is suitable for use with 1-3/4" (44.5 mm) narrow, medium, and wide stile aluminum, wood, or hollow metal doors. The base is easily trimmed for field sizing, and the vertical rods are shipped to fit up to 84" (2.13 m) tall doors. Extensions or longer rods for taller doors are available. This Exit Device features an easy-to-use dogging system, and is also available with keyed cylinder dogging.

The 1200 Series touch pad with "Soft-Touch" insert requires slight pressure anywhere on the bar insert for instant release of the locking mechanism. Overall projection is only 2-7/8" (73 mm) from the door surface, and mounting hardware is concealed. Active outside trim and other panic accessories are available.

The Norton Door Closer 7700 Series Power Track combine the functions of a single point electromechanical door holder with the proven reliability of a 7700 Series Door Closer. The track assembly contains an arm slide and solenoid operated hold open mechanism and is available with or without an integral smoke detector. The closer is mounted on the door. The Power Track and hook-up box are mounted to the frame face for pull side installations or the frame soffit for push side installations.
Two versions, the Master Unit (PTDO) and the Support Unit (PTO). The PTDO has an integral smoke detector. The PTO can be plugged into the PTDO or into your existing fire alarm system. The Stainless Steel Engraved Push Plate is newer to our product line, but has been a very good seller.  This plate is constructed of 16 gauge (.050") thick stainless steel, and comes in two different sizes, the 3-1/2" x 15", and the 4" x 16".  The black engraved "PUSH" is 3/4" tall.  We can only get this is stainless steel at this time, and the mounting screws are included.

The EL Dogging Rod connects the Solenoid to the Push Bar Bracket. The 4' designates the model it is used on. The 4' model is used on doors 48" down to 36". The Rod measures roughly 17" long. This rod is used on the 33A, 35A, 98 and 99 Exit Devices. Use part # G050531 if your door is equal or under 36".

The Barracuda DSI is designed for In Swinging 36" Doors.  The user places the deive on the floor and slides the metal plates under the door.   Then pushing outward on the handles engages the plates to the exterior door jamb.   Then you simply install the locking pin to barracade the door.   The device is manufactured of heavy-duty steel that is then coated in a durable powder coat paint.   It will work on just about any door and comes in 6 different versions depending on your jamb width.   It is lightweight and comes with a storage mounting rack, along with all the the needed hardware for installation.

The Norton Rod and Shoe 7701-11 and 7701-11A come in two different lengths, 8-7/8" and 12-1/2".  The length is measured from the end of the bar to the center of the eyelet.

The Jackson 1095P Paddle Panic Hardware is an alternative to the cross bar or push pad style panic hardware.  The device is the same as the Jackson 1095, but with a paddle instead of the cross bar.   This device is for use on aluminum or steel doors only.   The device is mounted on surface studs that are tapped into the door.  On a wood door they will pull out.

Doromatic 2390 Lift Bracket

This cadium plated bracket attaches to the concealed vertical rods. When the push bar is depress, it raises and lowers the brackets and the rods. The bracket measures 2-7/8" long by 5/8" wide and has an overall projection of 3/4"

The Von Duprin Panic Device 230NL Trim is for use with the 22 Rim and 2227 Surface Vertical Road devices.  The key locks and unlocks the panic bar. The plate measures 3" wide by 12-1/16" high and has a plate thickness of 3/32".

The Von Duprin Dogging Hook 090044 is the piece that grabs the push bar mechanism and keeps it in the dogged position.  The does wear out, but it takes a long time.  This piece is used on the 22, 33A, 35A, 98 and 99 series devices made after 1997.  We sell this part individually and it is #5 on the diagram.

The 80 Series Push Plate is similar to the 70 series, but has a round bevel on the top and bottom of the plate. There is no bevel on the sides. These plates are  an 1/8 inch thick and are available many different finishes and size.  Custom sizes are available, and they ship with the matching finish mounting screws.
