The Von Duprin 2227 Bottom Vertical Rod 109362 has a length of 33-1/4" to 33-1/2" that is set at the factory.  All the bottom rods are the same length because of ADA standards. The top rods are field adjustable.

Falcon 650387 Bottom Bolt Guide Assembly

The Falcon Monarch Bottom Bolt Guide Assembly 650387 is used the 19-V, 24-V, 25-V and the XX-V Bottom Rod.  The Guide Assembly measures 1-7/8" tall by 1" wide and projects 1-9/16" at the widest projection.   The Bottom Bolt Guide is made of zinc plated steel.

Doromatic 2390 Moving Pushbar End Cap

Doromatic 2390 Moving Pushbar End Cap is the piece that fits on the end of the pushbar. The Endcap is 3-3/8" high by 1/4" thick, with an 1-7/8" projection. The Pushbar End Cap is constructed of die cast metal that is painted black.

The Von Duprin Strike 299F is used on the 22, 88, 98, and 99 Fire Rated Rim Devices (no hex or cylinder dogging). The 299F strike measures 1-1/4" wide by 2-7/8" high with a slotted hole spacing of 2-1/8". The roller projects out 13/16". The non fire rated version would be the Von Duprin Strike 299.  Ships with shim and mounting screws.

The Von Duprin 107765 Plunger Release Bracket is used with the Fire Rated 8827-F Top Latch.  When the door closes, the Release Pin on the 88VR10-F (050462) hits the post and releases the latch from the retracted position.  Once the top latch is released, it drops the bottom latch into the floor.

The Cal Royal GLS7700 Rim Device is for use on Aluminum Framed Glass Doors when the Stile width is 1-3/4 inch or more.  The exit device ships with wood and machine screws, along with the Strike plate.  The stainless steel latch bolt has a 3/4 inch throw. This device is a Grade 1, which is the heaviest duty rating.

The LCN 159 Arm Screw is used on all of the LCN Closers to hold the arm on the Spindle of the Cylinder.  This screw goes by the number 4040-159, 4110-159, 4020-159, 1260-159, 1260-159, 4040-159 and 4040SE-159.   This is the screw that holds the arm on to the Door Closer Spindle (Shaft).  The screw has a 3/4" diameter head, 1/2" high with a 1/4" diameter shaft with 20 threads per inch (1/4-20 screw).

Doromatic 2390 Exit Device

The Cal-Royal 6660 Surface Vertical Rod Device is a Grade 1 exit device.  It is designed for doors that have at least a 3-3/4 inch stile width. The 36 inch device has a 32 inch actual length and can cut down 6" (24 inch actual). The 48 inch device has an actual length of 44 inches and can be cut down 12 inch (34 inch actual).  Devices ships with 938 Strike and all the mounting screws.

The Von Duprin 5654 Aluminum Mullion 7'2" comes prepped for two of the 299 strikes.  The removable mullion also ships with the 154 Mullion Stabilizers.  Mullions are 11/16" wide on face closest to the door and 2-3/8" at the widest point. The depth is 3-1/8" with a wall thickness of 1/8 ́ ́.  The 5654 is constructed of aluminum.  Everything is included, except the the 299 strikes.  The taller ones are also available, please call for pricing.

The Von Duprin 990DT Trim is known as a Dummy Trim.  This plate mounts on the exterior of the door, and the welded on mounting studs line up with the 99 device on the interior of the building.  If you have a different manufacture or a different Von Duprin series on the interior, it will not line up.  On the back of this plate we usually find the number 990 stamped on it.  The plate shown here is for the Rim and Surface Vertical Rod 99 and 98 devices.  If you have a Mortise or Concealed Vertical Rod, call us and we will order that model.  The plate measures 3" wide by 14-3/16" tall.  Order here for the 990DT-R&V.

The Glynn-Johnson 79 Series Overhead Door Holder Surface Mounted are constructed primarily of Brass and 300 series Stainless Steel substrates, with several components fabricated of Steel treated to resist corrosion. The 9400 series is a slim-line, surface mounted electric strike designed to accommodate rim exit devices with a 1/2" throw Pullman latchbolt. All components are completely encased within its 1/2" thick stainless steel housing, so no cutting on the frame is required for installation. Simply place the electric strike on the surface of the frame, align it with the exit latchbolt, and install. An 1/8" spacer plate is provided to accommodate varying door gaps. The Von Duprin 9927 Top Latch 050091 used on all the Von Duprin 9827 and 9927's. Replaces and updates all 9827 and 9927 bottom latches to the new style, if your device was installed before October 1998. If your device is newer then October 1998, then use the G050400.  This is usually the problem if your bottom rod is dragging on the floor. Latch measures:   1-1/16" wide x 4-5/16" long (less latch bolt) x 1-7/8" projection at the highest point.  Includes screws.
