The Falcon 600293 E Trim Solenoid PKG is used on the 25 Series Electrified Lever Trim.  The unit can be used for Fail Safe or Fail Secure applications, depending on how the unit is installed.  The piece measures 3/4" diameter by 1-1/2" long, with a 3/4" hole spacing.  We sometimes find the numbers 661375-00 and 610306-00 on a stick on this piece.  The package ships with two mounting screws.   This unit is called the FSA/FSE Solenoid Kit on their parts breakdowns and in their price book.  The Falcon/Monarch part number is 600293.

The International Door Closer 8051-TP Series is an ideal replacement closer for just about any Store Front Door. We recommend this closer because it will fit any size door, and you can adjust the spring tension to make it easier for the elderly, smaller children and the handicapped. The International Door Closer 883P Series is a common closer we see on a lot of storefront aluminum framed doors.  This is one of the last closers out there to still have sizing.  By sizing I mean each door closer has a spring size of different tension so the closer is selected depending on door size and wether it is interior or exterior.  These days we usually use this door closer as a replacement of existing doors.   The closer features three adjustment valves for closing,latching speeds and one for back check.  The cylinder is constructed of precision cast aluminum.   It ships with a regular arm and parallel arm bracket.  This door closer is for use on doors up to 32” interior or 28” exterior doors.

The Von Duprin ALK Alarm Kit converts the Von Duprin 22, 33A, 35A, 98 and 99 Devices to an alarmed exit device.   When you exit the 85 decibel alarm will sound.  Powered by a standard 9 volt battery and is controlled by a Mortise Cylinder with a straight cam.  When battery is low, the alarm will beep.

The Norton / Yale Door Closer 7701-3 Hold Open Arm is the standard hold open arm shipped with Norton and Yale Door Closers.   It is known as a Friction Hold Open, because as the arm rotates it tightens down two plates together.   Adjusting the large hex bolt on the Hold Open Assembly determines where the arm will hold open.  This part has had a couple of numbers over the years 7701-3, 1620-3 for Norton and 400-3 for Yale.

The International 8600 Series End Cap is used on the hinge side of the the exit device.  This cap includes the mounting bracket and the mounting screws.   It is constructed of a die cast metal for years of service.  The piece measures 2-3/8" by 2-1/4" by 1-1/2".  This end cap is used on the International Door Closer models, 8510S, 8610S, 8710S, 8810S, 8620S, 8530S, and 8650S devices, along with the same devices ending in F.

This Yale Latch Assembly is used on fire rated panic devices. A fire rated panic is a device were you can not lock the latch in the open position. It is used on doors were the engineers want the door to latch every time it closes to contain a fire.

The Dorma RTS88 Door Closer is an overhead concealed closer for both single and double-acting doors.  It is one of the more popular overhead concealed closers on the market today.  The RTS88 will consist of a steel cam, rollers, and springs housed in a compact cast iron body.  Closers will be capable of being installed in minimum 1-3/4" x 4" headers. RTS88 will have maximum door opening to 90º or 105º, trim conditions permitting. Sweep and latch speed will be controlled by two noncritical adjustment valves from 90º or 105º to closed. Built-in pressure relief valve will protect the closer from abuse caused by forced closing. A mechanical backcheck combined with a positive stop at 90º or 105º will be provided to protect the door and frame. The RTS88 closer will be available with hold open at 90º or 105º, or without hold open. The product shown here is just the replacement cylinder.

The Full Mortise Heavy Duty Hinges are standard butt hinge.  They are designed for heavy weight doors with a high frequency of usage.  These are ideal for exterior doors in schools, hospitals and other commercial venues.  The hinge offers four bearings, one between each leaf of the knuckle.  They are constructed of 7 gauge (.180”) steel that is then plated or paint primed.  We sell them in boxes of 3 hinges, and they ship with machine and wood screws.

The Von Duprin 47273111 Converts the E996L to the new M996L.  The difference between the two the later is a motorized version which is more robust and draws less current.  The kit includes the M996 Motorized Module and Slider Assembly.  They are offer two version one for the Rim (Rim), Surface Vertical Rod (SVR) and Concealed Vertical Rod (CVR) Exits, and one for the Mortise Lock Exits.
