The Jackson Panic Device 1085 And 1095 Dogging Pin is the piece that keeps the hardware in the open position during business hours.  It is activated by pressing the crossbar and then turning the flat head screw driver head.  The pin is held in the housings with a screw, which is located on the back of the housing.  This pin has been used since about 1988 or so, the old style are no longer made, but they had a roll pin that was used to hold it in place.  This package comes with a new spring, set screw and the pin.  The Jackson part number on this is 30-1115.

Von Duprin 33A Exit Device Only

33A and 35A for all types of single and double doors with mullion, UL listed for Panic Exit Hardware. Devices are ANSI A156.3 – 2001 Grade 1. The 35A has a smooth mechanism case and the 33A has grooved case. 33A/35A fits door stiles as narrow as 1 3/4". Newly designed device has a one piece center case cover.

The Von Duprin 990TP Trim is known as a Thump Piece Trim.  The key cylinder locks and unlocks the thumb piece, key cylinder sold separately.  This plate mounts on the exterior of the door, and the welded on mounting studs line up with the 99 device on the interior of the building.  If you have a different manufacture or a different Von Duprin series on the interior, it will not line up.  On the back of this plate we usually find the number 990 stamped on it.  The plate shown here is for the Rim and Surface Vertical Rod 99 and 98 devices.  If you have a Mortise or Concealed Vertical Rod, call us and we will order that model.  The plate measures 3" wide by 14-3/16" tall.   Order here for the 990TP-R&V.

The Detex ECL-230X Panic Device is a single point deadbolt device. One size fits 36 to 48 inch doors. The dead bolt has a 1 inch throw and is saw resistant. The Barracuda DSO-PB is for use on Out Swinging 36" Doors with Exit Devices.  It is constructed of heavy duty steel with a durable powder coated finish.  The bar goes across the door frame and grabs the mounting cleat with an adjustable clamp.  To secure the door, simply turn the handle until it is secured.  They currently offer two models, one for jambs up to 5-3/4" and one for jambs greater than 5-3/4".  This device ships with all of the hardware and a wall mounting rack for storage.

The Von Duprin 99 Cover Plate 050114 is for use on the  33A, 35A, 98 and 99 devices.  Covers the dogging assembly on the hinge side of the door. The usually fall off when the End Cap is not on the exit device.  Von Duprin is only shipping a 20-1/2" cover plate now, which will work on 3' and 4' doors, you will have to cut more off if you have a 3' device with a hack saw or chop saw.

The Doromatic Exit Device 2090 Active Case is for use on the 1090 and 2090 panic hardware.  This device has been around since the early 1970's, and is now called the Falcon 2090 Active Case, but it is the same piece.  Includes all of the interior hardware. Just unscrew or loosen the three set screws and remove your old case and install and tighten the three set screws. Housing measures 7-1/2" long by 1-3/16" wide, mounting studs have a 6-1/4" center to center distance.

The Von Duprin 2227 Panic Only surface mounted vertical rod exit device for all types of single and double doors, UL listed for Panic Exit Hardware. Devices are ANSI A156.3, 2001, Grade 1. The Von Duprin 98 Rim Panic device has been around since the late 1970's and has gone through a couple of improvements.  One of the great things about the 98 is the availability of replacement parts.  Even when the device is upgraded, the upgraded parts will work with the older versions that can be close to 40 years old.  This device is for all types of single and double doors with mullions.  The device is UL Listed for Panic Exit Hardware and is considered Grade 1, the heaviest duty rating possible.  The Von Duprin 98 device has a smooth mechanism case and the Von Duprin 99 device has a grooved case. The rim device is non-handed, meaning it will work on Left and Right hand doors.   Ships with all the mounting screws and the 299 Strike.

The Adams Rite 8800EL Electric Latch Retraction Panic Hardware is the same as the 8800, but with an internal solenoid to retract the latch-bolt.   This is a very popular device in the Hotel Industry and is usually used in conjunction with a card reader. 

The 8800 features the Starwheel locking bolt that interlocks door to the door frame.  The 36" version is in stock, we can also get the 30", 42" and 48" devices, lead time is 2-3 weeks.  This device is used exclusively on aluminum framed glass storefront doors.  Replacement parts are available.
