Adams Rite 8800 Panic Device

The 8800 features the Starwheel locking bolt that interlocks door to the door frame.  The 36" version is in stock, we can also get the 30", 42" and 48" devices, lead time is 2-3 weeks.  This device is used exclusively on aluminum framed glass storefront doors.  Replacement parts are available.

The Von Duprin 98 Rim Panic device has been around since the late 1970's and has gone through a couple of improvements.  One of the great things about the 98 is the availability of replacement parts.  Even when the device is upgraded, the upgraded parts will work with the older versions that can be close to 40 years old.  This device is for all types of single and double doors with mullions.  The device is UL Listed for Panic Exit Hardware and is considered Grade 1, the heaviest duty rating possible.  The Von Duprin 98 device has a smooth mechanism case and the Von Duprin 99 device has a grooved case. The rim device is non-handed, meaning it will work on Left and Right hand doors.   Ships with all the mounting screws and the 299 Strike.

The Wall Door Holder/Stop 531 features cast brass or bronze finish which is then plated to the desired finish.  This is considered a manually operated door holder, because it does not latch automatically.  It features a 2-1/2" base with 3-5/8" projection, and ships complete with all of the needed fasteners.

Back to Back mounted handles constructed of 3/4 inch round stock.  One handle will be threaded and the other will have a stud mounting that is secured by a set screw. Yale 794 Bottom Strike

Optional floor strike for fire openings using threshold or flush floor mounting.  For use with the 7100 and 2100 devices.  Used as the Bottom Strike.

The Door Pull Offset #39 Handle is constructed of either solid aluminum, brass or stainless steel. The handle is 1" diameter tubing with a 2-3/4" offset and 2-3/4" projection. This is the most common type of handle you use today.  Just about every aluminum framed storefront door has a version of this handle. This handle is available in 8", 10", 12" and 18" centers on the mounting holes. The back to back mounting is for Metal or Wood Doors that are 1-3/4 thick. Included fastener is threaded into one of the handles, and the Stud End has fits into the inside handle and is held in place by a set screw on the handle.

Package includes two offset pull handles and fastening hardware. Shown in Polished Stainless Steel with 12 inch centers.

The Falcon Doromatic Adjustable Mortise STrike STK70 is used on their mullions.  This is the strike that fits in the tear drop shapped mullion. They measure 2-3/8 inches tall by 1-7/16 inches wide and are 1" thick.  They are sold in sets, enough for 1 mullion.

The Falcon/Monarch 25 Series Lever Trim 510L is used on the 25 Series Devices.  The Escutcheon measures 2-3/4" x 9-3/4.  The Lever is field reversible.

The Corbin Russwin 188F03 Quik-Install Mounting Bracket is the standard bracket shipped by them for the past 40 years.  This replacement bracket will work on the older Corbin 100, 110, and 120's, and the Russwin 2800, 2810 and 2820's.  Along with the DC3210 and DC6210 Door Closers.  This bracket is what you mount on the door or door frame and the door closer cylinder mounts to.  Corbin Russwin part # 188F03.

The Adams Rite EX88 Interlocking Rim Exit Device is designed for heavy duty use on narrow stile aluminium door applications. The EX88 has a unique latch bolt design that interlocks with the frame of the door. Monarch 19 Series End Cap Bracket

This steel bracket holds the hinge side of the panic bar on the door. The end cap then fits over it for a finished look. Bracket measures 1-5/8" tall by 1-1/4" wide with a 15/16" projection. Sometimes shipped with a mounting barrel nuts and screw.

Jackson Exit Device 2085/2095 End Cap

The Jackson Exit Device 2085/2095 End Cap measures 3-1/8" high, by 1-1/8" wide, and has a projection of 1-15/16". The mounting lugs are 1-3/8" on center and project out 1".

Black plastic end cap measures 2-1/16" high by 1-5/8" wide with a 1-7/16" projection. Cap mounts on to the two mounting holes fo the End Cap Bracket which are about 9/16" on center.

New for 2024 the Falcon MEL 47867200 Mechanical Latch Retraction. Retrofits all 1690, 1790, 24 and 25 Series devices to Mechanical Latch Retraction. This new system uses the PS902 Power Supply.  The benefits for the MEL Series over the Older EL series are lower power draw (1 amp verse 16 amp), and more flexible power supply location, longer wire runs and thinner guage wires.

Jackson Panic Device 1285 Push Pad End Cap Package

The Cal-Royal 6600 Rim Device is a Grade 1 exit device.  It is designed for doors that have at least a 4-1/2 inch stile width. The 36 inch device has a 32 inch actual length and can cut down 6" (24 inch actual). The Falcon / Dor-o-Matic Panic Device 2090 / 1790 Standard Strike is the strike shipped with all new Falcon 2090 and 1790 exit devices.  The strike measures 1-3/4" high, 1-3/4" deep and only comes in a Black Matte color.  This strike was known for a long time as the Dor-o-Matic SD36 Strike, but after changing there name to Falcon in about 2008, it is know known as the Falcon SD36 Strike.
