Lifetime Satin Nickel PVD Door Kick Plate

The Satin Nickel is a popular finish we have been seeing the last 15 years. These plates are 16 gauge or .050″ thick.
The Lifetime Satin Nickel Door Kick Plate has a 16 gauge (.050″ thick) base metal, that is then plated with a artificial satin finish that is then brushed. The process is called Poly Vapor Deposition or PVD, which is why we hear the name Lifetime Satin Nickel Kick Plate PVD. Because the finish is an artificial satin nickel, it does not have to be clear coated, so it will never tarnish.

Our plates come standard with screw mounting. The manufacture sends #6 x 5/8″ Oval Phillips Undercut Stainless Steel screws. The number of holes on the screw mounted plates is determined by an industry wide standardize template. A height between 6-10″ will have 10 holes for plates up to 33″ and 12 holes for plates between 33 and 40″.   You can order these plates with tape mounting, but on larger plates, it is not recommended, the plates are too heavy and they most likely will not stick. We can also ship them with no holes, if you want to drill your own holes. You can glue them on, I would recommend liquid nails, and come C Clamps with the door on saw horses.

The Door Push Plate 70 is our thickest plate we offer.  The plate is 1/8" thick, and is aluminum, brass, stainless steel, or bronze depending on the finish.  All 4 edges are beveled.  We offer this plate in many sizes, and it ships with matching mounting screws.

International Door Closer T1 Push Pull Mounting Screw is used PH-4000, PB-2000, and PP-2000.  The screw measures 2-9/16 inches long, with a 3/8 inch diameter and 18 threads per inch.

The Offset 60 degree Door Pull is available in 12 and 18 inch centers. The handle is constructed of 1-1/4 inch solid material, with the base metal determined by the finish (color). It features 1-1/2 clearance, 2-3/4 projection and has a 3-1/2 inch offset. The fasteners are 5/16-18 thru bolts with a finish washer. Please specify the door thickness when ordering.

The Gold Aluminum Door Kick Plate are constructed of .040" thick aluminum base material that is then anodized to a polished brass finish. These plates are a great alternative to the Solid Polished Brass and Lifetime Brass kick plates. The LCN 1370 was a door closer made in the late 1990's to 2006 or so. The closer had a special mounting plate that made installation very quick. Many people have this door closer in use and now they are starting to fail. The LCN 1370-18QF Quick Fix Plate converts the mounting holes of the 1370 to a standard template closer, which is 3/4" x 9-1/16". By using this plate you will not have to redrill holes in your door. The plate measures 2 by 10-1/4 inches with tapped holes that measure 3/4 x 9-1/16 inch. 

The Lifetime Brushed Brass Door Kick Plates are the same as the Lifetime Polished Brass Door Kick Plates, solid stainless steel base metal, 16 gauge (.050" thick), but the surface is Satin or Brushed.  Because it is an artifical finish they will not tarnish.  Custom sizes available starting around $0.41 per square inch depending quantity.  Kick Plate comes with screws for mounting.  Please allow 1 week shipping time.

The Duranodic Aluminum (Dark Brown) Door Kick Plates are dark bronze or brown and match the Dark Brown color we find on Storefront doors.  These plates have an aluminum base metal, which is 18 gauge (.040") thick that is then Anodized in the Dark Brown Color.  These plates relatively inexpensive.  Custom sizes are available, they run about $0.25 per square inch.

You can order these plates with tape mounting, but on larger plates and especially plates with a stainless steel base metal, it is not recommended.  Stainless Steel plates are too heavy and they most likely will not stick.  We can also ship them with no holes, if you want to drill your own holes.  This is fine on the Brass and Aluminum base metals, but again Stainless Steel is very hard and a drill press would be recommended.   You can glue them on, I would recommend liquid nails, and come C Clamps with the door on saw horses.

The 8827 Special Chassis Nut goes on the ends of the 8827 Chassis Tie Rod. The Nut is threaded all the way through so the cover mounting screws can then be threaded on it also. The nut is 3/8" long by 1/4" hex.

The 9400 series is a slim-line, surface mounted electric strike designed to accommodate rim exit devices with a 1/2" throw Pullman latchbolt. All components are completely encased within its 1/2" thick stainless steel housing, so no cutting on the frame is required for installation. Simply place the electric strike on the surface of the frame, align it with the exit latchbolt, and install. An 1/8" spacer plate is provided to accommodate varying door gaps. The 9400 exceeds Grade 1 standards for strength and performance. It is field selectable for fail secure or fail safe operation, and for 12 or 24 VDC. The 9400 features a smooth cover to conceal the mounting screws and provide a sleek surface for superior looks. Spacer Plate Included - the 9400 ships with one 1/8" spacer plate included in the box. Units ordered in a 630 finish are stainless steel. All other finishes have a black stainless steel spacer. Additional black spacer plates can be ordered as an accessory.

The Stainless Steel Engraved Push Plate is newer to our product line, but has been a very good seller.  This plate is constructed of 16 gauge (.050") thick stainless steel, and comes in two different sizes, the 3-1/2" x 15", and the 4" x 16".  The black engraved "PUSH" is 3/4" tall.  We can only get this is stainless steel at this time, and the mounting screws are included.

The Von Duprin 99 Cover Plate 050114 is for use on the  33A, 35A, 98 and 99 devices.  Covers the dogging assembly on the hinge side of the door. The usually fall off when the End Cap is not on the exit device.  Von Duprin is only shipping a 20-1/2" cover plate now, which will work on 3' and 4' doors, you will have to cut more off if you have a 3' device with a hack saw or chop saw.

The International Door Closer 9001-TP Series is a relatively newer closer.  This closer features fully adjustable spring tension, closing and latching speeds and back check.  The narrow design allows for mounting on the top jamb of store front doors without a drop plate.  The closer is non handed, and can be mounted on the push, pull  or top jamb positions.  It meets all ADA requirements and is a Grade 1 closer, the heaviest rating possible.

The C Shaped Offset Pull has 12 inch centers and has a 13-1/4 inches overall length. The clearance is 1-1/2 inches with a 2-3/4 inch projections. The handle is constructed on 1-1/4 inch diameter stock, the offset is 7-1/2 inches. The base is 1 inch round stock. The handle is furnished with 5/16-18 thru bolts and finish washers.

The 80 Series Push Plate is similar to the 70 series, but has a round bevel on the top and bottom of the plate. There is no bevel on the sides. These plates are  an 1/8 inch thick and are available many different finishes and size.  Custom sizes are available, and they ship with the matching finish mounting screws.

The Jackson 1095P Paddle Panic Hardware is an alternative to the cross bar or push pad style panic hardware.  The device is the same as the Jackson 1095, but with a paddle instead of the cross bar.   This device is for use on aluminum or steel doors only.   The device is mounted on surface studs that are tapped into the door.  On a wood door they will pull out.

The Barracuda DSO-PB is for use on Out Swinging 36" Doors with Exit Devices.  It is constructed of heavy duty steel with a durable powder coated finish.  The bar goes across the door frame and grabs the mounting cleat with an adjustable clamp.  To secure the door, simply turn the handle until it is secured.  They currently offer two models, one for jambs up to 5-3/4" and one for jambs greater than 5-3/4".  This device ships with all of the hardware and a wall mounting rack for storage. 

The Norton Door Closer 7700 Series Power Track combine the functions of a single point electromechanical door holder with the proven reliability of a 7700 Series Door Closer. The track assembly contains an arm slide and solenoid operated hold open mechanism and is available with or without an integral smoke detector. The closer is mounted on the door. The Power Track and hook-up box are mounted to the frame face for pull side installations or the frame soffit for push side installations.
Two versions, the Master Unit (PTDO) and the Support Unit (PTO). The PTDO has an integral smoke detector. The PTO can be plugged into the PTDO or into your existing fire alarm system. The Hands Free Foot Operated Door Pull is a low cost solution to keep your hands off of high traffic handles. It is constructed of cast aluminum, and measures 4" wide by 1-7/32" high with a 2-3/8" projection. The package includes fasteners, door decal and installation tool.

International Door Closer T5 Push Pull Back to Back Mounting Screw is used on the PB-2000, PP-2000 and the PH-4000. Overall length is 3-3/16 inches including the head, and has a 3/8 inch diameter. The head has a 7/16 diameter and stick out 5/8 inches.

This Von Duprin 386DT Dummy Trim is just a pull handle. The bolt pattern of the trim plate lines up with the Von Duprin 33A on the inside so they are on cohesive unit. The base plate measures 7-15/16" by 1-5/8". The grip measures 8-1/2" by 4-5/16" with a 2-7/16" projection. This 386DT Dummy Trim is non handed.

The SEM7840 LCN Electro Magnetic Door Holder features a metal die cast housing that is surface wall mounted. Tri-voltage design works with 12, 24 or 120 volts, with 35 lbs. of holding force. The magnet housing measures 2-13/16" wide by 4-5/8" high. The armature (door mount part) is 1-11/16" wide by 2-3/8" high with a 1-7/8" diameter. The armature projects out 1-5/8". The total projection of both pieces is 2-5/8". Available in an aluminum or dark bronze color.  Armature extensions are available, along with replacement covers, magnets, and armatures.  Outlet box not included
