The International Door Closer 8730S is designed for narrow stiles. The minimum stile width is 2-19/32 inches. It will not work on a true narrow stile door witch is usually 1-3/4 inch. The 36 inch version is 33-15/32 inches and the 48 inch version is 44-3/4 inches. The device is rated Grade 1, which is the highest rating. Rods are 1/2 inch diameter tubular with rod guides. The exit ships will all screws and strikes need for instillation.

The International Door Closer 1804BC-P - Fixed Spring Closer is one of the heaviest duty closers in the International product line.   It offers a 10 year warranty, and is Grade 1 rated, which is the highest rating you can have.  The closer features three adjustment valves for closing,latching speeds and one for back check.  The cylinder is constructed of precision cast aluminum.   It ships with a regular arm and parallel arm bracket.   This is one of the last closers out there to still have sizing.  By sizing I mean each door closer has a spring size of different tension so the closer is selected depending on door size and wether it is interior or exterior.  These days we usually use this door closer as a replacement of existing doors.   This door closer is for use on doors up to 48” interior or 36” exterior doors.

The Von Duprin 8827-F Top Latch Kit 050462 is the Top Latch Kit for the Von Duprin 8827-F. The 8827-F is the Fire Rated Surface Vertical Rod device usually used on interior doors to contain a fire. The Fire Rated version would not have dog screws to lock the device in the retracted postion.

The Jackson Panic Device 1095 Standard Strike is a strike they have been using for the past 20 years.  You might have one of the older roller strikes, but this will work in its place.  The older style roller strike is no longer available.  Jackson Exit Device part # 30-2436.

The Von Duprin 499F is used on the 22, 98 and 99 Series Fire Rated Rim Devices when used with the 9954 Mullion.  A Fire Rated Device is one that does not have a dogging pin or screw to lock the door in the open position.

The Ives Plunger Door Holder / Stop FS1153 is manufactured by H.B. Ives and features a contemporary yet economical method of positive Hold-Open.  This was another one of the Glynn-Johnson door stops that was merged in the H.B. Iver product line in the 1990's, and went by the 1153 part number.  This door stop is constructed in sturdy cast aluminum for years of service.  The spring operated plunger activates with minimal pressure, releasing instantly with a light tap on the plat-form lever.  The stop has a 1-5/8" throw or projection for all types of doors.  The ribbed non-marring rubber shoe is securely fastened to unit with a screw and is easily replaced when worn.  These are sometimes called pop-up or push down stops.  Ships with mounting screws.

The Door Pull Plate 5810 is 7/32" thick forged plate made of solid aluminum, brass or stainless steel depending on the finish. The Door Pull GHE10, handles come with thru bolts and finish washers. The plate has counter sunk holes and sheet metal screws for mounting. 3-1/2 x 15 inch plate only.

The Jackson 1085 Panic Device is one of a few original manufactures of Panic Hardware for aluminum framed glass doors, or storefront doors.  The 1085, 1095 along with their door closer the 20-330 were installed on about half of these doors in the 1970's and 1980's.  They were installed on Vistawall and Kawneer doors just to name a few.  Universally recognized as the standard for aluminum storefront hardware it is made of high tensile strength aluminum.  The device is Non Handed, Comes with 45" cross bar that is easily cut in the field.  Also includes the Concealed Vertical Rods, Screws and Strikes.

Standard 4040 LCN series closer shipped with regular arm, standard plastic cover, and self reaming and tapping screws.  Non-sized cylinder is adjustable for interior doors to 5’0” and exterior doors to 4’0”.  Closer mounts hinge side, top jamb, and parallel arm w/PA Shoe on either right or left swinging doors.  Closers to meet ADA requirements.

Von Duprin 373L 88 Lever Trim

For use on the Doromatic 1790 exit devices only. It will not work on the other Doromatic exit devices.  This Lever Trim is now reversible.   To change the hand all you have to do is remove the shear pin, rotate the handle and reinsert the shear pin.

Adams Rite 8800 Panic Device

The 8800 features the Starwheel locking bolt that interlocks door to the door frame.  The 36" version is in stock, we can also get the 30", 42" and 48" devices, lead time is 2-3 weeks.  This device is used exclusively on aluminum framed glass storefront doors.  Replacement parts are available.

The Von Duprin Panic Device 880NL Trim is for the 88 Series only.   The stanchions welded on the back of the plate line up with the88 device on the interior.  Optional key cylinder locks and unlocks the device, and can be used for dogging the door open.  Plate measures 3" wide by 14-3/16" long, with an 1-5/8" bore for cylinder.

The Jackson Panic Device 1085 and 1095 Thumb Piece Dogging Pin 30-1117 is a replacement for the Screw Driver Headed Dogging Pin.  Now instead of using a screw driver you can use the handy thumb piece instead.   The package comes with new set screw, spring, and of course the pin.  Jackson part number 30-1117.

The design of the Doromatic 1690 is ideal for demanding, high-traffic applications. The vertical rods and latch mechanisms are concealed in the vertical door stile, ensuring trouble-free operation. Cast metal cover plates and end caps hold up to rigorous use. A quick, singlepoint dogging feature in the housing deactivates the device, permitting unrestricted traffic flow. Von Duprin 6100 Series electric strikes are designed for use with Rim devices. The model 6111 retrofits model number VD 3031, and measures 1-5/8” wide, 6” high and has a backbox depth of 1-3/4”.    Other voltages and replacement parts are available.

The Jackson 1085 30-1242 / 30-1243 Lever Arms are for use with the Jackson 1085 Housings, both sides.  And the Jackson 1095 Inactive (hinge side) Housings.  To determine hand, stand inside and look out the door, what is side is the arm on?  If it is on the Right then order Right.

The Detex ECL-230X Panic Device is a single point deadbolt device. One size fits 36 to 48 inch doors. The dead bolt has a 1 inch throw and is saw resistant. Floor Door Stop / Holder FS41

This floor mounted door holder has been around since the 1960's. It used to go by the name Glynn Johnson GJF41A or F41A, and was brought over to the H.B. Ives line in the 1990's and now goes by the part # FS41. Many schools and hospitals have this door holder in use today. It features: Automatic door holders ideal for heavy-traffic situations that require a simple, fool-proof, Hold-Open device. Forged from brass. Unit is activated automatically when door is opened. A firm pull on door releases the mechanism. Strikes accommodate different door to floor clearances. Model numbers are determined by strike/door-to-floor clearances. The Corbin Russwin 651F61 Red Lever Spring is the same part as the Yale Lever Trim Spring. Used on Yale and Corbin Russwin LHR or RH Doors on there outside trim Lever Handles. The spring has an 1-1/4" OD and 1-1/8" ID.
