The International Door Closer 1805BC-P - Fixed Spring Closer is one of the heaviest duty closers in the International product line.   It offers a 10 year warranty, and is Grade 1 rated, which is the highest rating you can have.  The closer features three adjustment valves for closing,latching speeds and one for back check.  The cylinder is constructed of precision cast aluminum.   It ships with a regular arm and parallel arm bracket.   This is one of the last closers out there to still have sizing.  By sizing I mean each door closer has a spring size of different tension so the closer is selected depending on door size and wether it is interior or exterior.  These days we usually use this door closer as a replacement of existing doors.   This door closer is for use on doors up to 54” interior or 48” exterior doors.

The Von Duprin 050400 Top Latch is used on the 2227, 3327A, 3427A, 9827 and 9927 exit devices. It is used the Fire-Rated along with the standard Panic Devices.  The 050400 is sold without the the Mounting Bracket, if you need the Mounting Bracket you can order the 050546, or order the G99VR10 (050091) which will come with the Bracket. This latch is for use on devices shipped after October 1998. This is usually the problem if your bottom rod is dragging on the floor. Includes screws.

The LCN Door Closer 1461 series closer ships with regular arm, a slim line plastic cover, and self reaming and tapping screws. Non-sized (1-6) cylinder is adjustable for interior doors to 5’0” and exterior doors to 4’0”. Closer mounts hinge side, top jamb and parallel arm on either right or left swinging doors.  The narrow foot print allows this door closer to be mounted on the top jamb and narrow stile doors without a drop plate.

The International Door Closer 521 Regular Arm Forearm measures 9-1/2" loop to loop in the shortest position, and 14" when it is the fully extended . The loop on the left side is 3/8" diameter. The hole spacing on the right hand side of the picture shoe is 1-3/4".

This Von Duprin Panic Device 7500 Mortise Body Only is used on the Von Durprin 8875, and Von Duprin 98-9975 panic hardware. The body measures 5-7/8" high by 4-1/2" deep and 1" thick. This is the body that has been used since about 1977.

The Door Pull Plate 5012 is a .050" wought plate with Door Pull #12-6" center. The handle and plate are solid aluminum, brass or stainless steel depending on the finish ordered. Handles come with thru bolts and plate steel metal screws.

Finishes

The Yale 2701 is a non handed door closer that can be mounted push, pull or top jamb. The closer is adjustable 1-6 sizing, so it will work on any size door, interior or exterior.  The closer ships with a full cover, and all the mounting screws. This a Grade 1 closer, which is the highest rating possible. The mounting is 3/4 x 12 inches on centers.

The Von Duprin 8827-F Top Latch Cover Kit 050465 the Top Latch Cover for the Von Duprin 8827-F. The 8827-F is the Fire Rated Surface Vertical Rod device usually used on interior doors to contain a fire. The Fire Rated version would not have dog screws to lock the device in the retracted position.

Sargent 1130 Door Closer

The Sargent 1130 door closer is a non handed universal door closer. It can be mounted on the left, right, push, pull or top jamb. The hole spacing on this door closer is 3/4" x 9-1/16". We ship the Sargent 1131-RU model.

This floor mounted door holder has been around since the 1960's. It used to go by the name Glynn Johnson GJF40A or F40A, and was brought over to the H.B. Ives line in the 1990's. Many schools and hospitals have this door holder in use today. It features: Automatic door holders ideal for heavy-traffic situations that require a simple, fool-proof, Hold-Open device. Forged from brass. Unit is activated automatically when door is opened. A firm pull on door releases the mechanism. Strikes accommodate different door to floor clearances. The device is rated as a Grade 1, which is the heaviest traffic rating possible. They ship with all mounting hardware and strikes.  This device is non handed and uses a Allen Type dogging system.

Falcon 650389 19-24-25-XX Top Latch

Falcon 650389 17V-18V-19V-24V-25V-XXV Top Latch for non Fire Rated Doors.  This latch has a long history, the old number is 588, and the new number is 650389.  A non Fire Rated door is usually an exterior door, or a door that is not designed to contain the spread of fire.

The Von Duprin 8827 Top Latch Case 050460 is for non fire rated doors. A non fire rated device is one that has to positively latch every time it closes, you can usually tell, because a non fire rated device has the hex key dogging.  This is the part that may be causing your bottom latch to drag on the floor. The Top Latch does all the work on the Von Duprin 8827. When the Top Latch is retracted, it holds the rods in the retracted position.

Von Duprin 6113 24 VDC Electric Strike

Von Duprin 6100 Series electric strikes are designed for use with Rim devices.  The 6113 has a 3/4” latch bolt throw, 6” face plate length, 1-5/8” width, and an 1-15/16” backbone depth.  The lock retrofits the VD 3011 and VD 3021.  Other voltages and replacement parts are available. 

FSE - Fail-secure.  Requires power to be applied to unlock the strike lip.  On loss of power, the strike lip is locked-Fire Rated

The Von Duprin 55 End Case is the housing on the hinge side of the door.   The function of this housing is to lift the cross bar, and support the function of the Active Case.  If your housing is on the right side when standing inside looking out, then you would order the Right Hand Case.  The package includes the housing, springs and back plate, the arm is not included.  The current part number on this part is 050196 and 050197, the old part number is 111931 and 111932.
