The Barracuda DSO-PB is for use on Out Swinging 36" Doors with Exit Devices.  It is constructed of heavy duty steel with a durable powder coated finish.  The bar goes across the door frame and grabs the mounting cleat with an adjustable clamp.  To secure the door, simply turn the handle until it is secured.  They currently offer two models, one for jambs up to 5-3/4" and one for jambs greater than 5-3/4".  This device ships with all of the hardware and a wall mounting rack for storage. 

The Jackson Panic Device 1085, 1285, and 2086 Bottom Bolt Guide Assembly is the piece that fits in the bottom of the door.  It is there to take up slack in rod, so the door can not be shaken open.  Jackson part number 30-320.

Cal Royal 2000 Alarmed Exit Device
Alarm units has an internal horn. When the push rail is depressed, the horn sounds to provide an audible means of signaling that the door has been opened and violated. The unit has changeable 2 minute alarm cutoff or manual reset. Preset at factory for 2 minute alarm cut off. Jumper cable is provided to swich to continuous alarm. The key switch to turn the alarm off is a standard 1” cylinder with “C” keyway. The alarm operates on one standard 9 volt transistor battery. When battery is weak the horn will emit an intermittent signal. Alarmed units are supplied with two switches. One switch monitors the push rail and the other switch monitors the latch bolt for full proof security.

Unit includes “EMERGENCY EXIT ONLY. ALARM WILL SOUND” decal for application on door or unit.

Plastic end cap for all Adams Rite Concealed Vertical Rod and Mortise devices, specifically the 8300, 8500, and 8600 Series.

Plastic cap measures 2-3/8" high by 1-1/16" wide by 1-1/4" projection. The metal tab measures 1-3/16" wide by 5" long.

The Door Pull Plate 5020B is constructed of .050" wrought metal, in either solid aluminum, brass or stainless steel, with Door Pull GHE20 -8" center. Handles come with thru bolts, finish washers and the plates come with sheet metal screws that fit the countersunk holes.

The Von Duprin 88 Tube Attaching Ring 090021 is also used on the Von Duprin 55.  The ring fits over the device lever arm, and is expanded by the Wedge (88R90) and the Wedge Tite Screw (88R100).  When the Wedge Tite Screw is tightened the Ring expands and keeps the crossbar parallel to the door.  Measures 15/16" long by 13/16" diameter.

The Falcon TD35 Roller Strike is used with the Dor-o-Matic Falcon 1590, 1790, and 2090 panic device where you are trying to protect the frame when the door closes.   The strike has been manufactured since the 1970's.  This part is also known as a Kawneer 133479 strike.  The strike ships with mounting screws in a painted black finish.   This style of strike is also known as a Blade Strike.

The new Series 2670 Exit Alarm Lock provides secure protection through a large stainless steel deadbolt, which is 2" x 1/2" (51mm x 13mm) and has over a 3/4" (19mm) throw. The engagement area into the strike is over 1 1/4" (32mm) square inches. The cast aluminum latch case protects the internal mechanism and resists tampering or vandalism from inside the door. The Von Duprin Panic Device Keyed Mullion Retrofit Kit KR54 is used to convert the 1654 and 4954.  Keyed Removable Steel Mullions makes removal faster and easier by a single operation of the mortise cylinder. Once mullion is removed, large equipment or furniture can freely pass through the opening. The unit will self lock when re-installed, without use of the cylinder key. Uses a 1-1/4´´mortise cylinder with a straight cam (Schlage cam reference B502-191). Cylinders are sold separately.

The Dor-o-Matic 1690/1990 Top Rod Latch Assembly PB130 is also used on the 1390, 1490 and 2390.  This latch has been around since the 1970's,  and is usually the issue if your bottom rod is dragging on the floor.  Although we are calling it Dor-o-Matic, it is actually known as a Falcon SU Top Latch due to a name change 5 or 6 years ago.  This latch rolls over when the device is pressed in and then locks in that position.  When the door closes, the 'U" channel of the latch flips over to a vertical postion and drops the rods.  This latch always uses the PB48 Strike, our part # G199034.  The Dor-o-Matic Panic Devices have been around since the late 1960’s, but have most recently been known as the Falcon Panic Device from a name change they had in about 2008.  They are basically the same device, with the same parts, just a different name plate.  Falcon part # PB130 or 4270101806.

This Von Duprin Panic Device 7500 Mortise Body Only is used on the Von Durprin 8875, and Von Duprin 98-9975 panic hardware. The body measures 5-7/8" high by 4-1/2" deep and 1" thick. This is the body that has been used since about 1977.

The Von Duprin 9927 Top Latch 050091 used on all the Von Duprin 9827 and 9927's. Replaces and updates all 9827 and 9927 bottom latches to the new style, if your device was installed before October 1998. The Von Duprin Strike 299 is used on the 22, 88, 98, and 99 Rim Devices and also as a Top Strike on the 2227, 8827, 9927, and 9827 Surface Vertical Rod Panic Devices. The 299 strike measures 1-1/4" wide by 2-7/8" high with a slotted hole spacing of 2-1/8". The roller projects out 13/16".  Ships with shim and mounting screws.

The Von Duprin 248L-4 Strike is used as a Bottom Surface Mounted Strike on the 2227, 8827, 9927, and 9827 Surface Vertical Rod Panic Devices. The 248L-4 strike measures 9/16" wide by 2-1/2" high with a hole spacing of 1-7/8. The strike projects out 3/8".  Ships with shim and mounting screws.  Burnished steel construction.
