The SEM-7800-825 Armature for LCN Electro Magnetic Door Holder is the door mounted piece for th LCN SEM7820-825 / SEM7830-825 / SEM7840-825 / SEM7870-825 series.  It features a metal die cast construction armature. The armature (door mount part) is 1-11/16" wide by 2-3/8" high with a 1-7/8" diameter. The armature projects out 1-5/8". The Von Duprin 990K Trim is known as a Knob Trim.  This plate mounts on the exterior of the door, and the welded on mounting studs line up with the 99 device on the interior of the building.  If you have a different manufacture or a different Von Duprin series on the interior, it will not line up.  On the back of this plate we usually find the number 990 stamped on it.  The key locks and unlocks the knob.  The plate shown here is for the Rim and Surface Vertical Rod 99 and 98 devices.  If you have a Mortise or Concealed Vertical Rod, call us and we will order that model.  The plate measures 3" wide by 14-3/16" tall.   Order here for the 990K-R&V.

The Von Duprin 88 Active Case 050409 is for use with the Rim Device, which is the model that has the latch bolt sticking out the side of the housing.  This version of the housing is for use on the 88EO (Exit Only), 88DT (Dummy Trim) and 88NL (Night Latch) models only.  Call or email if you need the Thumb Piece, Knob or Lever Version.  The Center Case includes all of the internal workings.

The Von Duprin 2227 Bottom Vertical Rod 109362 has a length of 33-1/4" to 33-1/2" that is set at the factory.  All the bottom rods are the same length because of ADA standards. The top rods are field adjustable.

Door Finger Protector - Exterior Pull Side

This model is specifically designed for exterior doors on the pull side of the door. This patented Finger-Gard product is designed for both exterior and interior doors and thus will operator in very cold and very hot tempetures. Flexible to minus 40 degrees. They are made of a special rubber that is resistant to harsh sunlight. They will allow the door to swing up to 180 degrees. This product is available in Brown or White, 78" or 83" lenghts

Our part # on this is GFG7 for the 78" length, and GFG7+ for the 83" length.

The Von Duprin 22 Rim Center Case Cover 968603 is for use on the 22 rim devices.  The cover comes with mounting screws and is available in aluminum SP-28 or dark brown SP-313.

The Von Duprin 050534 EL Potted Circuit Breaker measures 5" long by 1-1/4" wide and 7/16" thick including the wires. This piece spikes the current to the solenoid to open the door, then lowers the current to keep the device open.  The 050534 has a plug for the two wire input, and a plug for the 3 wire output. This Potted Circuit Breaker is also used on the Doromatic/Falcon Exit Devices, EL1490, EL1590, EL1690, EL1790, and EL2390. We sometimes find the number 101031-00 and 2148 on a sticker.

The LCN Door Closer 4031 is shipped with forged regular arm, metal cover and wood/self-tapping machine screw pack. Non-sized (1-4) 4031 cylinder for exterior doors to 36” (914 mm) and interior doors to 48” (1219 mm). Closer mounts hinge side, top jamb, and parallel arm, on either right or left swinging doors. Closer meets ADA requirements.  The hole spacing on this closer will not match the 4030's that LCN produced up to 1997, that was a completely different door closer.

Kickdown Door Holder Rubber Shoe For The GJ6A

This shoe is for replacement of the 4" Kick Down Door Holder Deluxe, made by Grand Specialties.

The shoe has a 9/16" wide slot, included the screw.

The Hands-Free/Foot Door Pull BM46 can be used as a ADA compliant hands-free door pull when mounted 42" above the finished floor. Or as foot pull when mounted at the bottom of the door. The Pull is 4" x 5" and is made of .090 thick stainless steel. Ships with sex bolts and screws for 1-3/4" door. The SEM7840 LCN Electro Magnetic Door Holder features a metal die cast housing that is surface wall mounted. Tri-voltage design works with 12, 24 or 120 volts, with 35 lbs. of holding force. The magnet housing measures 2-13/16" wide by 4-5/8" high. The armature (door mount part) is 1-11/16" wide by 2-3/8" high with a 1-7/8" diameter. The armature projects out 1-5/8". The total projection of both pieces is 2-5/8". This Floor Mounted Door Stop used to go by the name Glynn Johnson GJFB19 or FB19. When Ingersoll Rand purchased H. B. Ives in the 1990's they brought it over under the Ives Floor Mounted Door Stop FS442. Features: Designed to blend well with all types of construction and provide a minimum of hindrance to cleaning efforts. Accommodates door undercut up to 2". Heavy-Duty cast brass or aluminum construction. Non-marring rubber bumper. This door stop has an overall height 2-7/8". Mounted shield and screws included.

The Corbin 100, 110 and 120 Door Closer are no longer available. They have been replaced by the DC6210, which has the same hole spacings and arm. You will not have to redrill or modify your door to make the DC6210 work in place of your existing 100, 110 or 120 door closers. The DC6210 has a little bit larger body due to the increased functionality of this closer. This new closer will meet all the ADA requirements.

The Clear Plastic Corner Guards 312 are a good way to protect corners from hand carts and dollies.  If the area has a lot of traffic, like a warehouse, I would recommend the 310 or 311 which are made of metal. The are 2" by 2" and are usually 48" long, but we can do custom sizes.  They are constructed of .120" thick clear polycarbonate plastic.  Screws are included for mounting.

Lifetime Satin Nickel PVD Door Kick Plate

The Satin Nickel is a popular finish we have been seeing the last 15 years. These plates are 16 gauge or .050″ thick.
The Lifetime Satin Nickel Door Kick Plate has a 16 gauge (.050″ thick) base metal, that is then plated with a artificial satin finish that is then brushed. The process is called Poly Vapor Deposition or PVD, which is why we hear the name Lifetime Satin Nickel Kick Plate PVD. Because the finish is an artificial satin nickel, it does not have to be clear coated, so it will never tarnish.

Our plates come standard with screw mounting. The manufacture sends #6 x 5/8″ Oval Phillips Undercut Stainless Steel screws. The number of holes on the screw mounted plates is determined by an industry wide standardize template. A height between 6-10″ will have 10 holes for plates up to 33″ and 12 holes for plates between 33 and 40″.   You can order these plates with tape mounting, but on larger plates, it is not recommended, the plates are too heavy and they most likely will not stick. We can also ship them with no holes, if you want to drill your own holes. You can glue them on, I would recommend liquid nails, and come C Clamps with the door on saw horses.

The CRL PR90 is a Grade 1 door closer, the heaviest rating possible.  The template is the same as the LCN 4040 with the same features, latching speed, closing speed, back check and power adjustment from size 1 ADA compliant to size 6.

We offer the Standard Cylinder PR90 and also the Delayed Action PR92. Delayed Action will hold the door open for 15-20 seconds to allow handicap individuals to clear the opening before the door closes.

The LCN Door Closer 1461 series closer ships with regular arm, a slim line plastic cover, and self reaming and tapping screws. Non-sized (1-6) cylinder is adjustable for interior doors to 5’0” and exterior doors to 4’0”. Closer mounts hinge side, top jamb and parallel arm on either right or left swinging doors.  The narrow foot print allows this door closer to be mounted on the top jamb and narrow stile doors without a drop plate.

The Von Duprin ALK Alarm Kit converts the Von Duprin 22, 33A, 35A, 98 and 99 Devices to an alarmed exit device.   When you exit the 85 decibel alarm will sound.  Powered by a standard 9 volt battery and is controlled by a Mortise Cylinder with a straight cam.  When battery is low, the alarm will beep.

The Door Pull 26 is made of 1" round stock in either solid, aluminum, brass or stainless steel. The handle has a projection of 2-3/4", and clearance of 1-3/4". It comes standard with thru bolts and finish washers, but can be special ordered if you would like the handle mounted back to back or surface mounted. Also known as a Door Handle or Door Grip.
