This end cap is used on the Falcon 24 and 25 series devices.  Used to go by then number 600270, but the factory is now using the number 650294.  Includes bracket, screws and end cap.

The Door Pull Offset #39 Handle is constructed of either solid aluminum, brass or stainless steel.  The handle is 1" diameter tubing with a 2-3/4" offset and 2-3/4" projection.  This is the most common type of handle you use today.  Just about every aluminum framed storefront door has a version of this handle.  This handle is available in 8", 10", 12" and 18" centers on the mounting holes.  If you have a 9" centered handle use the PH-4000.   It comes standard with thru bolts and finish washers, but can be special ordered if you would like the handle mounted back to back or surface mounted. The Door Pull Handle 12 has a 5-1/2" centers hole spacing and is 6" overall. It has 2" projection with 1-3/8" clearance and the base is 5/8" x 1-1/4". Also known as a Door Handle or Door Grip. Shipped with thru bolts and finish washers.

The Door Push Plate 89 is drop forged plate that is .125" thick, and is made of Aluminum, Stainless Steel, Bronze or Brass, depending on the finish.  The plate measures 3-1/2" wide by 15-3/4" long with a 1" projection.  This plate is considered a combination push pull plate.    Package ships with matching mounting screws.

The International Door Closer 44CI Adjustable Spring Power is one of there heaver duty closers.   It is designed to line up with the LCN 4040 hole spacing at more than half the price.  It features a rugged cast iron body with a forged steel arm.  It also uses all weather fluid, is non handed and is non sized, meaning you can adjust the door for any size door.  The door closer we are selling here come with a regular arm and parallel arm bracket, so the closer can be mounted on the left or right, push, pull or top jamp.  The closer has 4 adjustments, closing, latching, and back check valves, a long with a spring power adjustment.

This Yale Latch Assembly is used on fire rated panic devices. A fire rated panic is a device were you can not lock the latch in the open position. It is used on doors were the engineers want the door to latch every time it closes to contain a fire.

The LCN Door Closer 3077EDA Extra Duty Arm is the standard arm shipped with the 4110 series, and is optional on just about all of there other closers.  The arm features a non-handed parallel arm solid forged steel main arm and forearm with stop in soffit shoe.  Specify your current closers model number when ordering. The Barracuda DSI is designed for In Swinging 36" Doors.  The user places the deive on the floor and slides the metal plates under the door.   Then pushing outward on the handles engages the plates to the exterior door jamb.   Then you simply install the locking pin to barracade the door.   The device is manufactured of heavy-duty steel that is then coated in a durable powder coat paint.   It will work on just about any door and comes in 6 different versions depending on your jamb width.   It is lightweight and comes with a storage mounting rack, along with all the the needed hardware for installation.

The LCN Door Closer 62PA Parallel Arm Shoe is constructed of steel and then powder coated to your color.  This is the shoe that LCN used on there universal door closers for the parallel arm mounted door closers. This is the bracket that is shipped with the Rw/PA and Hw/PA arms.  A parallel arm closer is a door closer that has the arm parallel to the door when the door is closed. This part is also known as the 1260-62PA, 1460-62PA, 4030-62PA, and 4040-62PA. Ships with mounting screws.

The Dor-O-Matic 1690/1790/1990/2090 Pinion PB5 has been in use since the 1970's.  This gear or pinion is what activates the latch or the rods on the 990, 1090, 1690, 1790, 1990 and 2090 devices.  The Dor-o-Matic Panic Devices have been around since the late 1960’s, but have most recently been known as the Falcon Panic Device from a name change they had in about 2008.  They are the same device, with the same parts, just a different name plate.  The manufacture part number on this is CAM.102, PB5 or PB140.

The Ives Plunger Door Holder / Stop FS1154 has been around for about 50 years.  Before the 1990's is was known as the Glynn-Johnson 1154, and when they were merged in the H.B. Ives line, the part number was changed to FS1154.  This product is constructed of cast brass or bronze that is then plated to the desired finish.  Plunger and internal parts are plated steel and provide a 1-1/4" throw for all types of doors.  Plunger is easily activated with minimal pressure, releasing instantly with a light tap on the platform lever.  The shoe is non-marring rubber that is securely fastened with a screw in flanged cup to prevent movement or loss, and when worn, shoes are easily replaced and are kept in stock as the GJ1154.  These are sometimes called pop-up or push down stops.  Ships with matching finish mounting screws.

The Panic Hex Key 3/16" is used on some of the Corbin Russwin panic hardware.  The key measure 3/16" hex by 2-1/4" long.  At this point we do not know of any other manufacture that uses this size key.  Also known as Hex Key, Dog Key, Allen Key, Dogging Key.

The Door Pull Handle 10 has 5-1/2" center to center screw spacing. The base is 3/4" diameter, the overall lenght is 6-1/4". The projection is 2" and the clearance is 1-1/2". Also known as a Door Handle or Door Grip. This handle ships with thru bolts and finish washers.

Von Duprin 1606 Rim Device Strike for Panic Devices only.  Strike measure 1-3/8 x 2-7/8 with a 3/8 inch projection. The hole spacing is 2-1/8 inches.

The Door Push Plate 70 is our thickest plate we offer.  The plate is 1/8" thick, and is aluminum, brass, stainless steel, or bronze depending on the finish.  All 4 edges are beveled.  We offer this plate in many sizes, and it ships with matching mounting screws.

The LCN Door Closer 4041XP-HCUSH is the 4040XP, eXtra Protection closer with the 4040XP-3049HCUSH Hold Open Arm.  You get the same performance of one of the most revered closers with the functionality of the CUSH hold open arm.   The cylinder features cast iron construction, forged steel arm, double heat treated steel pinion, non-handed, LCN® “Green Dial” spring force indicator, Peel-n-Stick templates, UL and cUL Listed, 3⁄4″ journal diameter pinion, full compliment bearing, and tested and certified under ANSI standard A156.4, Grade 1.  With this package you have the flexibility to mount the closer on a left, right, but it has to be mounted in the push side of the door is a parallel arm type application.

Von Duprin 050532 EL Dogging Rod 4'

The EL Dogging Rod connects the Solenoid to the Push Bar Bracket. The 4' designates the model it is used on. The 4' model is used on doors 48" down to 36". The Rod measures roughly 17" long. This rod is used on the 33A, 35A, 98 and 99 Exit Devices. Use part # G050531 if your door is equal or under 36".
