The Yale Door Closer 3501 is constructed of a cast aluminum alloy.  It is considered a Grade 1 Closer, which is the highest grade possible.  The closer features an adjustable spring tension, and separate closing, latching and back check intensity valves.  The full plastic cover is standard on this closer.  This door closer replaces the older 3501BF closers. The new version is Barrier Free Complaint.  The hole spacing is 3/4" x 12", the cylinder is sometimes cast 20-3301-1001 on the back of the cast aluminum cylinder.  This closer ships with all of the mounting hardware and parallel arm bracket.

The Ives Roller Bumper Straight Arm 6" RB472 are ideal if you have situations where doors meet each.   They are constructed cast brass or bronze and are then plated to the desired finish.   The arm projects 6" and the base has a 2" diameter.   The device was just like the Glynn-Johnson RB6 or GJRB6.

The LCN Door Closer 3077EDA Extra Duty Arm is the standard arm shipped with the 4110 series, and is optional on just about all of there other closers.  The arm features a non-handed parallel arm solid forged steel main arm and forearm with stop in soffit shoe.  Specify your current closers model number when ordering. The LCN Sentronic Door Closer Roller - 3034 is used on all of the LCN Track Closers, and Sentronic Closers. Nylon wheel is 1-1/16" diameter by 3/8" thick. The shaft is has a 1/2" diameter by 1-1/8" long.  However in November of 2015 they started shipping the roller with the Slider 168 attached to it, with a retaining ring. LCN Started using this Roller Assembly in December 2018.

The Anodized Aluminum Neoprene Door Shoe is an aluminum U channel to mount on the bottom of doors.  The channel is 1 inch deep with a 1/2 inch neoprene seal on the bottom.  Fits over the bottom of 1-3/4 inch thick doors.  Ships in 36 or 48 inch lengths and comes with #6 x 3/4 inch stainless steel screws.

The Von Duprin Thumb Piece 970488 is just the thumb piece only, rivet not included. Cast bronze construction, and then plated to the selected finish. 5-1/8" overall length, but note that the length is usually cut down in the field depending on the thickness of your door.

The Push Bar W/Offset Grip 422X39 is usually found aluminum framed glass store front doors.  It is constructed of 1" diameter solid aluminum, brass, bronze or stainless steel, depending on the finish.  The handle or grip will have either a 8", 10", 12" or 18" center to center screw spacing.  The push bar center to center length is determined by you, we can do any reasonable size.  Establish the center to center dimension by subtracting the width of one stile from the width of the door. On solid doors, subtract 5" from the width of the door.  All the fasteners are included, and are determined by the material your door is made of (wood or metal).   Please allow 3-4 weeks on the Dark Bronze and Aluminum, and 2 weeks on the other finishes.

Finishes

The Dor-O-Matic 1690/1790/2390 Dogging Hex Shaft is the piece that your dog key (allen wrench) fits into the lock the device in the open or dogged position.  This shaft is used on the 1690, 1790, and 2390 device.  The Dor-o-Matic Panic Devices have been around since the late 1960’s, but have most recently been known as the Falcon Panic Device from a name change they had in about 2008.  They are basically the same device, with the same parts, just a different name plate.  The part that the hex key fits into is only about 1/4" deep, because of that these tend to get rounded out, so the key will not move the shaft. 

To remove the old shaft just pull with a pair of Channel Locks or Pliers.  To reinstall, just press it back in to position, you might have to bend the holding tabs back down, but we very rarely have to do this.  The manufacture part number on this is SHAFT.101.

The 594 is constructed of solid brass. The latch bolt is 5/8 inch half round with a 9/16 inch throw.  The bolt ships with mounting screws and strike. The latch bolt has a chamfered end to draw the door in.

The Door Pull Plate 5021 is a .050" solid wought plate in either aluminum, brass or stainless steel depending on the finish. The Door Pull GHE21 has 6" centers, handles come with thru bolts. The plates are pre drilled with counter sunk holes and come with sheet metal screws.

The International Door Closer 883P Series is a common closer we see on a lot of storefront aluminum framed doors.  This is one of the last closers out there to still have sizing.  By sizing I mean each door closer has a spring size of different tension so the closer is selected depending on door size and wether it is interior or exterior.  These days we usually use this door closer as a replacement of existing doors.   The closer features three adjustment valves for closing,latching speeds and one for back check.  The cylinder is constructed of precision cast aluminum.   It ships with a regular arm and parallel arm bracket.  This door closer is for use on doors up to 32” interior or 28” exterior doors.

The Ives Wall Mounted Door Stop WS33 is another hold back part from the Glynn-Johnson door stop era.  I can not remember the Glynn-Johnson part #, but when Ives purchased them, they changed it to WS33.  This stop is constructed of cast brass that is then plated to a brushed chrome finish.  It features a replaceable rubber bumper with offset shoulder screws into cavity on body to prevent loss or theft.  And a sloping design that discourages vandalism.The base height is 3" with a width of 2-1/4", and a projection of 3-3/4",  WS33 is furnished with wood screws for drywall mounting.

The Sargent Door Closer 1331  is a standard template closer with the 3/4” x 12” hole spacing.  This closer is a great replacement for the Norton 8000 Series or Yale 3000 Series Door Closers.  The closer is constructed of a cast aluminum body and has a heat treated steel pinion and rack.  The 1331 has the ability to be mounted on the push, pull or top jamb, and is non handed.  We stock the aluminum finish, but also have the dark bronze finish, it just might take an extra day or so.  We ship the 1331-JUO.

The Norton Door Closer 7700 Series Power Track combine the functions of a single point electromechanical door holder with the proven reliability of a 7700 Series Door Closer. The track assembly contains an arm slide and solenoid operated hold open mechanism and is available with or without an integral smoke detector. The closer is mounted on the door. The Power Track and hook-up box are mounted to the frame face for pull side installations or the frame soffit for push side installations.
Two versions, the Master Unit (PTDO) and the Support Unit (PTO). The PTDO has an integral smoke detector. The PTO can be plugged into the PTDO or into your existing fire alarm system. Both units can be mount pull side of the closed door, or the push side, please specify when ordering. Specify voltage (24 volt or 120 volt) and color (aluminum or dark brown). Gravity Door Coordinator 9"

The Ives COR9G has been around for at least 50 years.   In the old days before electrically activated door closers fire doors would have fusible link armed door closers.  When the lnk melted, the door closed, and if there was not a mullion between door, they would use this style of door coordinator so the door with the astragal would close first.

When active door is open, coordinator prevents active door from closing until inactive door bypasses. Closing of inactive door causes strike plate on top of door to contact cam and lift arm, allowing active door to close. As inactive door continues closing, roller rides over strike plate on to door bracket, holding arm above active door.
Non-handed.

Gravity action arm and door bracket are adjustable on the job for ease of installation. Rubber roller provides quiet and efficient operation, and helps protect the astragal and doors from damage. This closer is considered a Grade 1 closer, which is the highest grade you can get. The hole spacing is 2-3/8” x 6-3/4”, which is the same hole spacing as the Norton 7500 and Yale 4400 door closers.
