Jackson Exit Device

This Glass Patch is sold in rolls of 18 inches by 120 inches.  It is a polyester film with an adhesive back with "Warning" on it to prevent accidental injury. This is a temporary transparent patch until the Glass can be replaced.

All PR80 Closers are UL listed and warranted for ten years. Parallel Arm Brackets and mounting hardware are included with each closer permitting universal installation for regular, top jamb or parallel arm applications. The closer is supplied with a standard plastic slim style cover.

The closer is sized for 2 to 5 spring tension and will work on doors 24" to 54" Wide and 33 to 264 Lbs. This closer has a hole spacing of 3/4 x 9-1/16 inches.

The CRL PR90 is a Grade 1 door closer, the heaviest rating possible.  The template is the same as the LCN 4040 with the same features, latching speed, closing speed, back check and power adjustment from size 1 ADA compliant to size 6.

We offer the Standard Cylinder PR90 and also the Delayed Action PR92. Delayed Action will hold the door open for 15-20 seconds to allow handicap individuals to clear the opening before the door closes.

Hold Open Cushion Arm for the CRL PR90, Cal-Royal CR441 and International 44CI door closers.  For use in parallel arm applications only, T Handle locks the door in the open position.

The Jackson Exit Device Rod and Case Assembly is used on 7' doors for the models 1085, 1285 and 2086 devices.

The Jackson 20368 is used with the 20330 Door Closer offset arms. Track measures 25/32 inches tall by 29/32 inches wide and 14 inches long.

The Jackson 201129 Track is used with the offset arms of the 20330 Door Closer.  The track measures 1/2 inch thick by 1-9/32 inches wide by 12-7/8 inches long. We can no longer get just the track.  This item will now include the arm.

This track was discontinued by CRL/Jackson.  You can get the track still, but you have to purchase it with the arm. Part Numbers G201312LC and G201134LC.

Jackson Exit Device 1285/1295 Dogging Assembly.  The mounting plate measures 1-1/8 x 2 inches, with a hole spacing of 1/2 x 1-5/8 inches.

Package includes 4 screws, bracket and dogging bracket. Uses 1/8" dog key, our part # 88R6018

Zipper Pile Weatherstrip is a full density, high performance, water-resistant pile woven to a unique zipper tooth design polypropylene backing. The zipper tooth design allows the pile to easily snap into the extrusion slot from above rather than having to slide the pile in from the ends. Whether it's being used in manufacturing or retrofitted, the application is much easier and faster. It even works if the slot is slightly off size. Zipper Pile can be used to retrofit aluminum, vinyl, fiberglass or wood T-slots without the need to take the complete window or door sash apart. The double center fin provides a true weather seal, compared to other piles without a fin suited for vibration reduction and pest control only.

The Jackson 1095P Paddle Panic Hardware is an alternative to the cross bar or push pad style panic hardware.  The device is the same as the Jackson 1095, but with a paddle instead of the cross bar.   This device is for use on aluminum or steel doors only.   The device is mounted on surface studs that are tapped into the door.  On a wood door they will pull out.

The Jackson 1285/1295 Push Bar End Cap Package comes complete with the right and left side caps, mounting bracket and screws.  This piece is available in aluminum (silver) and dark bronze (dark brown).

The Jackson Panic Device 1085 and 1095 Thumb Piece Dogging Pin 30-1117 is a replacement for the Screw Driver Headed Dogging Pin.  Now instead of using a screw driver you can use the handy thumb piece instead.   The package comes with new set screw, spring, and of course the pin.  Jackson part number 30-1117.
