Falcon Dor-O-Matic STK45 Surface Strike
This strike is used when we have a double door application without a center post. By using this strike we can have one door with a surface vertical rod and one door a rim device, which will save money because vertical rods are usually expensive. This strike can be used with the 1590, 1790 and 2090 Rim Devices. The strike base measures 1-5/16" wide by 3-1/4" high, and 1/4" thick. The three slots are 1-1/4" on center. This strike ships with the mounting screws.

Cal Royal 4400 Rim Panic Device
The Cal Royal 4400 Rim Exit Device has a Grade 2 rating. The device features a 3/4" Latchbolt, Roller Strike and a 1" diameter Crossbar. The device comes in a brushed chrome and dark bronze finish, and comes with either a 36" or 48" crossbar. You would need a 4-1/2" minimum stile width.

This Yale Latch Assembly is used on fire rated panic devices. A fire rated panic is a device were you can not lock the latch in the open position. It is used on doors were the engineers want the door to latch every time it closes to contain a fire.

Dor-o-Matic 1990 Housing and 1090 2090 Inactive Housing DCX
The Dor-o-Matic 1990 Housing and 1090 2090 Inactive Housing DCX has been around since the early 1970's. Although it is now called a Falcon 1990, it is still the same device. This housing is also the inactive housing on the Dor-O-Matic / Falcon 1090 and 2090 panic hardware. The housing includes all of the interior springs, arm, and dogging screw. Housing measures 7-1/2" long by 1-3/16" wide. The center to center distance of the mounting studs is 6-1/4".

Cal-Royal 45 Narrow Stile Rim Device
The Cal-Royal 45 Narrow Stile Rim Device is part of the new 4500 Series. They are designed for Narrow Stile doors with a minimum of an 1-3/4" stile width. This is a Grade 1 Exit Device, which is the highest traffic rating possible. Exit device ships with strike and mounting screws.

Cal-Royal 4500 Series Lever Trim
The Cal-Royal 4500 Series Lever Trim is for use on the 45-RIM and 45-SVR Exit Devices. The Lever Trim is non handed and ships with a 6-pin C Keyway Cylinder. The function is Classroom, which means the key will lock or unlock the lever. The lever also incorporates a clutch function so the mechanism will not break when excessive force is applied to the lever.

Von Duprin 100316 5547 Top Plate
The Von Duprin 100316 is used on the 5547 on the top of the door. The top rod goes through the square hole on the plate. The plate shown in the Picture has both sides or LHR and RHR doors. One side of the strike is usually broken off depending on the hand of the door.

This is usually the problem if your bottom rod is dragging on the floor. Latch measures: 1-1/16" wide x 4-5/16" long (less latch bolt) x 1-7/8" projection at the highest point. Includes screws.

The Falcon SWITCH.1006 Request to Exit is for use on the Falcon and Dor-O-Matic 1690, 1790 and 2390 devices, produced after June 2002. The Request to Exit Switch allows you to cut the current to various devices when the push bar in depressed.

Dor-o-Matic 1390 Dogging Assembly. If you have a 1390 and the dogging is stripped, this is the part you need. The package includes the Dogging Cam (4270102815), Activating Cam (4270106551), Spacer (4270108584), and Retaining Ring (4299100732). The 1390 was discontinued in about 2003. The Jackson Panic Device Center Case 1085/1095 is for use with the 1085 devices for both and left, and the inactive case of the 1095. Case is easily removed by loosening the two 1/8" Allen screws and one on the bottom. Includes everything in the housing. The distance between the mounting studs on this Case is 6-5/16"
