Cal Royal GLS7700 Narrow Stile Rim Device
The Cal Royal GLS7700 Rim Device is for use on Aluminum Framed Glass Doors when the Stile width is 1-3/4 inch or more. The exit device ships with wood and machine screws, along with the Strike plate. The stainless steel latch bolt has a 3/4 inch throw. This device is a Grade 1, which is the heaviest duty rating.

Detex D Lever Trim for 10 Series
The Detex D Lever Trim is used on the 10, 20, 21 and 27 Series exit devices. The D Lever is designed to be as heavy duty as their exit devices. It features a break-away lever to prevent damage. The escutcheon measures 2-3/4 x 9-1/16 inches, with a plate thickness of 7/8 inch. We ship the classroom function, which locks and unlocks the lever.

The Cal Royal Escutcheon 4400 Lever Trim is non handed (easily field reversible), thru-bolted, rigid non clutch lever for the 4400 Rim Device. The key locks or unlocks the lever. The Cal Royal 4400 Thumbpiece Trim is for use on the 4400 Rim Device only. The plate measures 3-1/2 by 16 inches. The key locks or unlocks the thumbpiece. This plate ships with a 6 pin solid brass "C" keyway rim cylinder. And only comes in brushed chrome and dark bronze finishes.

The Cal-Royal 4500 Series Lever Trim is for use on the 45-RIM and 45-SVR Exit Devices. The Lever Trim is non handed and ships with a 6-pin C Keyway Cylinder. The function is Classroom, which means the key will lock or unlock the lever. The lever also incorporates a clutch function so the mechanism will not break when excessive force is applied to the lever.

Von Duprin 107765 Plunger Release Bracket
The Von Duprin 107765 Plunger Release Bracket is used with the Fire Rated 8827-F Top Latch. When the door closes, the Release Pin on the 88VR10-F (050462) hits the post and releases the latch from the retracted position. Once the top latch is released, it drops the bottom latch into the floor.

Von Duprin 88 End Case 050435
The Von Duprin 88 End Case 050435 is also known as the hinge case, meaning it is on the hinge side of the door. This End Cap is used on all of the Von Duprin 88 models, which include 88, 8827, 8847 and 8875. This piece does all the lifting of the cross bar, so it is an important component. The case includes the all of the internal workings and springs.
