Corbin Russwin ED4200S Latch Assembly

The Corbin Russwin ED4200S 681F618 Latch Assembly is used on the Narrow Stile SecureBolt Exit Device.  The difference between the ED5200S and ED4200S Latch Assembly is the location of the Hub.  Hub on the ED4200S Latch Assembly is located on the center line of the Assembly Mounting Screws.

Adams Rite old Style end cap for the 8300, 8400, and 8600, with dogging in the head. Plastic Cap measures 2-5/16" high x 1-1/16" wide with a 1-1/4" projection.

The Adams Rite 41-0131-119 Metal End Cap Assembly is used on the Latching Side of the device. It is used on the P8700 and P8800 Narrow Stile Pullman Exit Device.

Used on the Yale 7110, 7110F, 7120F, 7210MF, 7220MF, 2110F and 2110 Series Vertical Rod Exit Devices.  Used as the Top Strike.  This is the same strike as the Corbin Russwin 650F54 or 650F54-8.  This strike no longer uses a roller.

Used on the Corbin Russwin ED5000 Rim Devices, for non fire rated doors. For fire rated doors, order the G650F36-8. A non fire rated door is a door were you can use your allen wrench to dog, or lock, the door in the open position during business hours.

The Corbin Russwin ED4000/5000 Rim Strike 650F29 is used on the ED4200 and ED5200 Rim Panic Hardware.  A Rim device is an exit device that has the latch bolt protruding from the center case.

Latch assembly for the Yale 2100 Rim Panic Device.   Assembly base measures 7-3/4" high by 5-1/2" wide with a projection of 2-1/4".

Yale Upper Latch Arm and Bracket Assembly 60-7220-0030-048 for use on the 7220 Narrow Stile Concealed Vertical Rod. Used to be called the 7220 Rod and Yoke Bracket Assembly. The Latch Arm and Brackets measures 13-1/4 inches long x 5/8 inches wide.

The PS204 power supplies input 110-120VAC and deliver (2) amps @ 24VDC to (4) PTC fused outputs. It also provides (4) solid-state input triggers, protects system relays from shorts, grounds and surges. Its linear design makes it a perfect match for electric locks, motor driven exit devices, electric strikes, and mag locks. Box measures 13 x 15.5 x 5 inches.

The Detex 40 Series rim exit device is a supper heavy duty panic device for use on narrow stile doors. Device features an angled end cap to deflect damage away from the unit. This device is designed for years of trouble free service in high use, high abuse enviroments.

The Adams Rite 8100 / 8200 Old Style End Cap is used on the older version of there Surface Vertical Rod Devices.  Adams Rite Part # 41-0801-03-IP

The Von Duprin Old Style Dogging Shaft was used on devices manufactured before July 1997.  The Shaft measures roughly 1-1/2" long with a 1/2" diameter.  The hex is 5/32".

The Von Duprin ALK Alarm Kit converts the Von Duprin 22, 33A, 35A, 98 and 99 Devices to an alarmed exit device.   When you exit the 85 decibel alarm will sound.  Powered by a standard 9 volt battery and is controlled by a Mortise Cylinder with a straight cam.  When battery is low, the alarm will beep.

The Von Duprin 106222 Racket Release Kit is used on the 3347, 3547, 9847 and 9947 Exit Devices.   The pin that projects from the block releases the top latch when the door closes, and locks the door shut.
