The Cal-Royal CRCODE204 is for use with the 2200, 7700 and 9800 Rim and Surface Vertical Rod Devices. The Lever Mechanism features a Break Away Lever, for use with 1-3/4 inch to 2 inch thick doors, non-handed, Single Code User, Key Override, easy on the door code change, weather resistant, and more than 8000 non-sequential possible code combinations.

The Heavy Duty Cal Royal CRCODE101 is for use on the 7700 and 9800 Rim and Surface Vertical Rods. This lock features Single Code with up to 8000 code combinations, weather resistant, non handed, and code can be changed without removing the lock. Comes in Brushed Chrome finish only.

Installation and Programming Instructions

The Falcon Monarch 19-V Rod Guide 650386 is mounted on the door with two screws and holds the vertical rods in alignment.  The guide is constructed of black plastic and comes with the mounting screws.

The Falcon 650388 Latch Cover is for use on the Monarch and Falcon 19-V Series.  The latch is made of high impact black plastic and ships with the mounting screws.  The manufactures part number is 650388, the old Monarch part number was 3781.

This latch cover is used on the Yale 7110 Surface Vertical Rod Device.  We stock these in Brushed Stainless Steel, other finishes will take longer.

Monarch 19-V Series Chassis Cover 650385 / 6134

This is the cover for the Monarch Falcon 19-V Rim Device. The cover measures 5-7/8" tall by 2-1/2" wide with a projection of 1-7/8".

Monarch Falcon 060110 Dogging Pin Package

Used on the Monarch 17,18 and 19 Series Panic Devices.  Pin measures 9/16" overall length with a 5/16" diameter head and 3/16" diameter shaft.  Sold as a package of 10.

Monarch 19 Series End Cap Bracket

This steel bracket holds the hinge side of the panic bar on the door. The end cap then fits over it for a finished look. Bracket measures 1-5/8" tall by 1-1/4" wide with a 15/16" projection. Sometimes shipped with a mounting barrel nuts and screw.

Falcon/Monarch 19 Series Hex Dogging Assembly and Cover have been changed.  As of April 12, 2022 the kit now includes a new style dogging assembly also.

We know this kit will work on the 19/24/25 Series, and are not sure if it will work on the Monarch 17/18 Series Dogging Cover goes over the dogging mechanism on the hinge side of the exit device. Sometimes when the end cap goes missing, this cover plate also disappears.

Size is the width of the Device, a 36 inch device is usally only 32 inches wide, a 48 inch device is usually about 42 inches wide.

The black cap measures 2-3/8" high x 1-1/2" wide x 1-1/4" projection. We some times find the number 25-0674-01 cast in the black plastic.

Monarch 19 Series Chassis Assembly Cover

This is the cover for the Monarch Falcon 19-R Rim Device. The cover measures 5-7/8" tall by 2-1/2" wide with a projection of 1-7/8". We sometimes find the number 6133 - 000 cast into the inside of the cover.

Monarch 19 Series End Cap

Black plastic end cap measures 2-1/16" high by 1-5/8" wide with a 1-7/16" projection. Cap mounts on to the two mounting holes fo the End Cap Bracket which are about 9/16" on center.

The Adams Rite 31-0265-01-IP is used on the current versions of their devices for Cylinder Dogging. Cylinder Dogging is when you have a Mortise Cylinder to lock the device in the unlocked positions (Dogged). Very similar to the Hex Key Dogging Assembly, but the mounting plate is longer.

Adams Rite Dogging Assembly

The Adams Rite EL8600 Solenoid 31-0833-IP is used on their Concealed Vertical Rod.  It uses 28 VDC.  If your Solenoid is Red or White, then you would need the EL8800 Solenoid.  

The Adams Rite 31-0964 is used on the 3500, 8600, 8675 and 4781 Devices. The assembly comes with the nylon bushing.

Yale 794 Bottom Strike

Optional floor strike for fire openings using threshold or flush floor mounting.  For use with the 7100 and 2100 devices.  Used as the Bottom Strike.

Used on the Yale 7110, 7110F, 7120F, 7210MF, 7220MF, 2110F and 2110 Series Vertical Rod Exit Devices.  Used as the Bottom Strike.

The Adams Rite 31-0944-IP is the fixture that latches on to the Top Strike Plate Assembly 31-0945.

Used on the Yale 720X Exit Devices.  The Strike measures 2" wide by 3" high and 1/2" thick. Furnished in a Black Finish.

Corbin Russwin 707F257 is used on the ED4800 and ED5800 Concealed Vertical Rod devices. The Latch Arm and Brackets measures 13-1/4 inches long x 5/8 inches wide.

Adams Rite 41-0902-04-IP Metal End Cap Assembly is used on the 3100, 8100, and 8200 which are their Surface Vertical Rod devices.  Replaces the 41-0901-04, which is the plastic version.  We find the number 23-0601 cast into the cap.

This latch cover is used on the Corbin Russwin ED4400/5400  Surface Vertical Rod Devices.  We stock these in Brushed Stainless Steel, other finishes will take longer.

Yale 793 Strike for 2100 and 7100 Devices

Used on the Yale 7100 and 2100 Series Rim Exit Devices.  Optional strike for double door applications without a mullion.

The Corbin Russwin 704F66  ED4000/5000 Series End Cap is their newer impact resistant cover.   The package ships with the End Cap, Bracket and Mounting Screws.  The new bracket my not fit your existing holes, but this end cap is a substantial improvement over the previous versions.  Our image shows the Stainless Steel version.  This end cap is known as the 704F66 for Corbin Russwin, and ECK7 for the Yale version.

The Detex DN Trim is built like their exit devices, extreme durable. Designed with a break-away lever to prevent permanent damage from vandalism or abuse. Escutcheon plate measures 1-7/8 by 8-1/4 inches, the plate is 7/8 inch thick. We ship the classroom function, key locks and unlocks the lever. The levers are field reversible.

Corbin Russwin ED5200S Latch Assembly

The Corbin Russwin ED5200S 681F608 Latch Assembly is used on the Wider Stile SecureBolt Exit Device.  The difference between the ED5200S and ED4200S Latch Assembly is the location of the Hub.  Hub on the ED5200S Latch Assembly is located off the center line of the Assembly Mounting Screws.
