The Von Duprin 050400 Top Latch is used on the 2227, 3327A, 3427A, 9827 and 9927 exit devices. It is used the Fire-Rated along with the standard Panic Devices.  The 050400 is sold without the the Mounting Bracket, if you need the Mounting Bracket you can order the 050546, or order the G99VR10 (050091) which will come with the Bracket. This latch is for use on devices shipped after October 1998. This is usually the problem if your bottom rod is dragging on the floor. Includes screws.

American Exit Device 60 Series and Dorma 8000 Series Dogging Assembly

This is the assembly that keeps the latch bolt retracted when the hex key is tightened.

Von Duprin 050535 El Solenoid Assy-Discontinued.  All of our stock is gone, the only way to have your current device work with Electric Latch Retraction would be to up grade to the newer version.  The newer version is the QEL or QEL-HD Conversion Kit.  Here is a link to the QEL Conversion Kit.

Screws are 1" on center, the cylinder measures 3" long by 1-3/4" diameter. Used on the 33A, 35A, 98 and 99 exit and panic devices. This Solenoid Assembly is also used on the Doromatic/Falcon EL1690, EL1790 and EL2390

The Von Duprin 050534 EL Potted Circuit Breaker measures 5" long by 1-1/4" wide and 7/16" thick including the wires. This piece spikes the current to the solenoid to open the door, then lowers the current to keep the device open.  The 050534 has a plug for the two wire input, and a plug for the 3 wire output. This Potted Circuit Breaker is also used on the Doromatic/Falcon Exit Devices, EL1490, EL1590, EL1690, EL1790, and EL2390. We sometimes find the number 101031-00 and 2148 on a sticker.

The Von Duprin Dogging Hook 090044 is the piece that grabs the push bar mechanism and keeps it in the dogged position.  The does wear out, but it takes a long time.  This piece is used on the 22, 33A, 35A, 98 and 99 series devices made after 1997.  We sell this part individually and it is #5 on the diagram.

The Von Duprin Dogging Adapter 090043 is the piece that the 090042 and 090040 fit through and lock in place.  These piece very rarely has to be replaced.  The Shaft 090040 is usually the part you need to replace.  We sell these individually.

The Von Duprin Dogging Adapter Spring 090042 is the clip that holds the dogging shaft in the assembly.  We sell these individually, and it is the #2 item on the diagram.

The Von Duprin Dogging Spring 090041 is the spring that activates the Dogging Hook # 090044.  These do occasionally fail, we sell them individually.  It is # 3 on the diagram.

The Von Duprin 22, 33, And 99 Dogging Shaft 090040 is the peice that the hex dogging key would fit into. The shaft is for a 5/32" dog key, but it has to be the long version.   The shorter versions will not have enough reach to get all the way into the shaft.  This is a very common problem area, the hole that the key fits in is only about 1/4" deep, and if you do not push down on the hex key when locking it open it will round out over time.  To remove the shaft, just pull it straight out with a part of channel locks.   We reinstalling the new one you might have to bend the ends of the adapter spring 090042 back down. This dogging shaft is for use on all Von Duprin Panic Exit Devices shipped after 1997.

The ESC6600 are non handed, with a Grade 1 thru bolted design. It features a clutch mechanism, double heavy duty spring support to prevent sagging and a hardened stell heavy duty spindle. Entrance function, key locks or unlocks lever, operates as a Classroom Function. Ships with mounting screws and a 6-Pin Schlage Mortise Cylinder.

The Cal-Royal 6660 Surface Vertical Rod Device is a Grade 1 exit device.  It is designed for doors that have at least a 3-3/4 inch stile width. The 36 inch device has a 32 inch actual length and can cut down 6" (24 inch actual). The 48 inch device has an actual length of 44 inches and can be cut down 12 inch (34 inch actual).  Devices ships with 938 Strike and all the mounting screws.

The 36 inch device has a 32 inch actual length and can cut down 6" (24 inch actual). Adams Rite 91-0897-01 RX Monitor Single Switch is a retrofit kit for all the 3000/8000 exit devices.  The switch has 3 wires to connect to your system.

Yale 7100 Series Latch Assembly

This latch assembly is used on non fire rated doors, meaning panic devices that you can not dog open with the allen key or key cylinder. Non fire rated doors are usually exterior doors.

The Corbin Russwin 651F62 Blue Lever Spring is same part as the Yale Lever Trim Spring. Used on Yale and Corbin Russwin RHR or LH Doors outside trim lever handles. The spring has an 1-1/4" OD and 1-1/8" ID.

The Corbin Russwin 651F61 Red Lever Spring is the same part as the Yale Lever Trim Spring. Used on Yale and Corbin Russwin LHR or RH Doors on there outside trim Lever Handles. The spring has an 1-1/4" OD and 1-1/8" ID.

The Cal-Royal 4500 Series Lever Trim is for use on the 45-RIM and 45-SVR Exit Devices. The Lever Trim is non handed and ships with a 6-pin C Keyway Cylinder. The function is Classroom, which means the key will lock or unlock the lever. The lever also incorporates a clutch function so the mechanism will not break when excessive force is applied to the lever.

The Cal-Royal 45 Narrow Stile Surface Vertical Rod is part of the new 4500 Series. They are designed for Narrow Stile Doors with a Stile width of at least 1-3/4 inches. The device is rated as a Grade 1, which is the heaviest traffic rating possible. They ship with all mounting hardware and strikes.  This device is non handed and uses a Allen Type dogging system.

The Cal-Royal 45 Narrow Stile Rim Device is part of the new 4500 Series.  They are designed for Narrow Stile doors with a minimum of an 1-3/4" stile width.  This is a Grade 1 Exit Device, which is the highest traffic rating possible. Exit device ships with strike and mounting screws.

Yale 7100F Series Latch Assembly

This Yale Latch Assembly is used on fire rated panic devices. A fire rated panic is a device were you can not lock the latch in the open position. It is used on doors were the engineers want the door to latch every time it closes to contain a fire.
