Sargent 2828 / 2838 Center Case Cam

The Sargent 2828 / 2838 Center Case Cam is the Cam that the key cylinder actuates to open the door.   The Cam is located in the middle of the Center Case.  We can no longer get the retaining ring to hold it in place.

Adams Rite 8800 Panic Device

The 8800 features the Starwheel locking bolt that interlocks door to the door frame.  The 36" version is in stock, we can also get the 30", 42" and 48" devices, lead time is 2-3 weeks.  This device is used exclusively on aluminum framed glass storefront doors.  Replacement parts are available.

Used to put tension on the latch bolt of the 20, 30, 60, and 80 Series Sargent exit devices. Measures 3/4 inch long, with a 3/8 inch diameter.

The Sargent 20/30/60  End Cap Bracket is used with the larger end cap.  This end cap has been manufactured for the last 40 years and started its life on the obsolete 60 Series.  The bracket holds the hinge side of the exit device on the door, and the G20300C fits over the top of it.

The Sargent Exit Device 20/30/60 End Cap And Bracket is a part we put together here for your convenience.  Sargent only sells these components separately.  Usually only the cap goes missing, but every once and while the bracket goes missing also.  The package is used on the all of the 20, 30 and obsolete 60 series devices.

Monarch 914KIL-KD Panic Device Lever Trim

The 914KIL Lever Trim is for use on the Monarch / Falcon 19 Series.  This lever trim is shipped with a standard Schlage C Keyway, that are keyed different if you are ordering multiple levers.  The key locks and unlocks the Lever handle.

Monarch 912L Panic Device Lever Trim

The Monarch / Falcon 912L Lever Trim is for use on the Monarch / Falcon 19 Series.  The 912L measures 7-1/4" high by 1-3/4" wide and the mounting plate is 5/8" thick.  We ship these with the Dane Lever, which projects out 2-7/8" in the Classroom function.  On the Classroom function the key locks and unlocks the lever handle, the Key Cylinder is not included.  We offer this Lever Trim in Painted Aluminum, Painted Dark Bronze, and Brushed Satin Nickel.

The Von Duprin Panic Device 880NL Trim is for the 88 Series only.   The stanchions welded on the back of the plate line up with the88 device on the interior.  Optional key cylinder locks and unlocks the device, and can be used for dogging the door open.  Plate measures 3" wide by 14-3/16" long, with an 1-5/8" bore for cylinder.

The Cal Royal A2200 Series is a heavy duty Grade 1 device.  Available in Panic and 3 Hour Fire Rated versions. The device is non handed, and features a 3/4 inch latch bolt throw. The device is constructed of heavy gauge steel and then powder coated. The non fire rated version will feature dogging, the fire rated version will not.  This device retro fits the Sargent 28 Series.

Sargent 700 ET Spindle Kit 730-7

This Sargent Kit 730-7 includes the spring, spindle and the associated plates. Look under "More Views" for a detailed look of this repair kit. The 730-7 is for 1-3/4" doors.   Shank measures 4-1/4" long, square spindle is 5/16" square.
