Yale 7000 Lever Trim

The Dor-O-Matic 2390 231CA Cylinder Kit converts your 2390 exit only to a Night Latch or Hold Back function key lock.  All the hardware is included in the package to convert your device, except for the Mortise Cylinder.  Housing measures 4-1/2" tall by 1-11/16" wide with a 1-1/8" projection.  We send the 231CA which includes the Schlage B502-191 Cam.   The 239CA is the same kit, but without the Schlage Cam.

Doromatic EL2390 Exit Device

The Falcon/Monarch 25 Series Lever Trim 510L is used on the 25 Series Devices.  The Escutcheon measures 2-3/4" x 9-3/4.  The Lever is field reversible.

Effective December 20, 2024 the 2390 has been discontinued.  Falcon Doromatic is working on retro-fit plates to work with the 1690.

The Von Duprin 990TP Trim is known as a Thump Piece Trim.  The key cylinder locks and unlocks the thumb piece, key cylinder sold separately.  This plate mounts on the exterior of the door, and the welded on mounting studs line up with the 99 device on the interior of the building.  If you have a different manufacture or a different Von Duprin series on the interior, it will not line up.  On the back of this plate we usually find the number 990 stamped on it.  The plate shown here is for the Rim and Surface Vertical Rod 99 and 98 devices.  If you have a Mortise or Concealed Vertical Rod, call us and we will order that model.  The plate measures 3" wide by 14-3/16" tall.   Order here for the 990TP-R&V.

The Von Duprin Panic Device 996L Lever Trim has an escutcheon plate that measures 2-3/4" wide by 10-3/4" high and projects out 27/32". The handle projection is 2-7/8". The key cylinder, not included, locks and unlocks the lever.  This lever handle is handed, but is field reversible. Key lock and unlocks lever.  We ship the 996L-R&V

Cal-Royal 9000 Series Lever Trim HDESC is for use on the 9800 and 9800 Exit Devices. The Trim has a clutch mechanism to prevent breaking and two heavy duty springs to prevent sagging. Escutcheon measures 2-5/8 inches wide by 10-5/8 inches long.  The lever projects out 2-7/8 inches. Key locks or unlocks lever.

Cal-Royal 9000 Series NESC Lever Trim features hardened steel tailpiece and heavy duty spring to prevent sagging. Standard 6-Pin Schlage C mortise cylinder included. Rigid entrance, key locks or unlocks lever.

The Cal-Royal NARL9800 is a time tested heavy duty Alarmed exit device.  Alarm works with a 9 volt battery.

The Command Access MLRK1-FAL17 Motorized Latch Retraction Kit With REX is for use on the Falcon Dor-o-matic 1690/1790, AHT4/5, and First Choice 3600/3700 Series Exit Devices. The unit is 24 volt with Standard : 900 mA (Avg Current Peak); 200 mA (Avg Current Hold). The unit requires 18 ga wires. The Cal-Royal 9860 is a Grade 1 Surface Mounted Vertical Rod Exit Device. 

The Cal-Royal 9800 Rim Device is a grade 1 Heavy Duty Exit Device.   The 9800 has the same template as the 8800 and 9800 with escutcheon lever trim. The 36 inch device will be 32 inches wide and can be cut down an additional 2" to fit doors as narrow as 30 inches.  The 48 inch will be 44 inches wide and can be cut down to fit doors 36 inches wide. The device is non handed, meaning it will work on a left hand reverse or right hand reverse door. Strike and mounting screws are included.

The Adams Rite EX88 Interlocking Rim Exit Device is designed for heavy duty use on narrow stile aluminium door applications. The EX88 has a unique latch bolt design that interlocks with the frame of the door. This device is non handed, requires a minimum stile width of 2" and will work on aluminum, hollow metal or wood doors.The device is constructed of extruded aluminum with matching metal angled end caps. Falcon 25-V Vertical Rod Panic Device

The Monarch Falcon 25-V is designed for high-traffic applications were added strength and durability are required.  The device includes all strikes and mounting screws required for installation.  Available in 3' and 4' devices, the 3' device is for doors 30" to 36", the 4' device is for doors that are 37" up to 48" wide.  The vertical rods furnished with this device are for doors up to 7' tall, if your doors are taller, please contact us.

The Von Duprin 99 Rim Panic device has been around since the late 1970's and has gone through a couple of improvements.  One of the great things about the 99 is the availability of replacement parts.  Even when the device is upgraded, the upgraded parts will work with the older versions that can be close to 40 years old.  This device is for all types of single and double doors with mullions.  The device is UL Listed for Panic Exit Hardware and is considered Grade 1, the heaviest duty rating possible.  The Von Duprin 98 device has a smooth mechanism case and the Von Duprin 99 device has a grooved case. The rim device is non-handed, meaning it will work on Left and Right hand doors.   Ships with all the mounting screws and the 299 Strike.

Von Duprin 9875/9975 mortise lock device for all types of single or double doors, UL listed for Panic Exit Hardware. Devices are ANSI A156.3 – 2001 Grade 1. Fits stock hollow metal doors with 86 cutout and door stiles as narrow as 4-3/4" (121mm). The Von Duprin 9875 device has a smooth mechanism case and the Von Duprin 9975 device has a grooved case.
