Von Duprin 6114 24VDC Electric Strike

Von Duprin 6100 Series electric strikes are designed for use with Rim devices.  The 6114 has a 3/4” latch bolt throw, 7” face plate length, 1-7/8” width, and projects1-9/16”.  The lock retrofits the Folger Adams FD 310-5.  Other voltages and replacement parts are available. 

FSE - Fail-secure.  Requires power to be applied to unlock the strike lip.  On loss of power, the strike lip is locked-Fire Rated

FS - Fail-safe.  Requires power to be applied to lock the strike lip.  On loss of power, the strike lip is unlocked.  Non Fire-Rated.

Von Duprin 6100 Series electric strikes are designed for use with Rim devices.  The 6113 has a 3/4” latch bolt throw, 6” face plate length, 1-5/8” width, and an 1-15/16” backbone depth.  The lock retrofits the VD 3011 and VD 3021.  Other voltages and replacement parts are available.

Von Duprin 6100 Series electric strikes are designed for use with Rim devices. The model 6111 retrofits model number VD 3031, and measures 1-5/8” wide, 6” high and has a backbox depth of 1-3/4”.    Other voltages and replacement parts are available.

The Von Duprin 55 End Case is the housing on the hinge side of the door.   The function of this housing is to lift the cross bar, and support the function of the Active Case.  If your housing is on the right side when standing inside looking out, then you would order the Right Hand Case.  The package includes the housing, springs and back plate, the arm is not included.  The current part number on this part is 050196 and 050197, the old part number is 111931 and 111932.

Other finishes are available upon request.

The Von Duprin Panic Device 55 Center Case 050183 is a replacement housing for the 55 Rim Device.  The housing includes all of the internal workings and latch bolt.  Von Duprin Part # 050183.

Falcon 650202 19-24-25-XX Latch Cover

This Latch Cover is used on the Monarch Falcon 19, XX, 24 and 25 series devices.  Used to go by then number 3781, but the factory is now using the number 650202.

The Von Duprin 107765 Plunger Release Bracket is used with the Fire Rated 8827-F Top Latch.  When the door closes, the Release Pin on the 88VR10-F (050462) hits the post and releases the latch from the retracted position.  Once the top latch is released, it drops the bottom latch into the floor.

The Von Duprin Pull Handle 972466/972467 replacement Grip/Handle only, screws not included. Cast bronze construction, and then plated to the selected finish. The Grip measures 15/16" wide by 6" long. The center to center hole spacing is 5-1/2". This handle works on the Von Duprin 608, 696, 880, and 990 outside trim plates.

The Von Duprin Thumb Piece 970488 is just the thumb piece only, rivet not included. Cast bronze construction, and then plated to the selected finish. 5-1/8" overall length, but note that the length is usually cut down in the field depending on the thickness of your door.

The Von Duprin 88 and 55 Cross Bar 967738 has been in use since the 1950's.  The bar is 1" in diameter and is 42" long and can be cut down in the field.  One side of the bar will be cut for the wedge tite screw opening.

The 4590 Deadlatch Paddle is constructed of extruded aluminum and anodized to clear 628, dark bronze 313 or black 335. The Paddle is available in four modes, Push to Left, Push to Right, Pull to Left, and Pull to Right. The latches on our website are for 1-3/4 inch thick doors, email us if your door is more thick. This product is for use with the 4500/4700/4900 Deadlatches.

Replacement Chassis Cover for the Dorma 9300 Rim Device

The Cal-Royal CRCODE204 is for use with the 2200, 7700 and 9800 Rim and Surface Vertical Rod Devices. The Lever Mechanism features a Break Away Lever, for use with 1-3/4 inch to 2 inch thick doors, non-handed, Single Code User, Key Override, easy on the door code change, weather resistant, and more than 8000 non-sequential possible code combinations.

Installation and Programming Instructions

Falcon/Monarch 19 Series Hex Dogging Assembly and Cover have been changed.  As of April 12, 2022 the kit now includes a new style dogging assembly also.

We know this kit will work on the 19/24/25 Series, and are not sure if it will work on the Monarch 17/18 Series Dogging Cover goes over the dogging mechanism on the hinge side of the exit device. Sometimes when the end cap goes missing, this cover plate also disappears.

Size is the width of the Device, a 36 inch device is usally only 32 inches wide, a 48 inch device is usually about 42 inches wide.

The Corbin Russwin 704F66  ED4000/5000 Series End Cap is their newer impact resistant cover.   The package ships with the End Cap, Bracket and Mounting Screws.  The new bracket my not fit your existing holes, but this end cap is a substantial improvement over the previous versions.  Our image shows the Stainless Steel version.  This end cap is known as the 704F66 for Corbin Russwin, and ECK7 for the Yale version.

The Von Duprin ALK Alarm Kit converts the Von Duprin 22, 33A, 35A, 98 and 99 Devices to an alarmed exit device.   When you exit the 85 decibel alarm will sound.  Powered by a standard 9 volt battery and is controlled by a Mortise Cylinder with a straight cam.  When battery is low, the alarm will beep.

The Von Duprin 106222 Racket Release Kit is used on the 3347, 3547, 9847 and 9947 Exit Devices.   The pin that projects from the block releases the top latch when the door closes, and locks the door shut.

The ESC6600 are non handed, with a Grade 1 thru bolted design. It features a clutch mechanism, double heavy duty spring support to prevent sagging and a hardened stell heavy duty spindle. Entrance function, key locks or unlocks lever, operates as a Classroom Function. Ships with mounting screws and a 6-Pin Schlage Mortise Cylinder. 

The Cal-Royal 6660 Surface Vertical Rod Device is a Grade 1 exit device.  It is designed for doors that have at least a 3-3/4 inch stile width. The 36 inch device has a 32 inch actual length and can cut down 6" (24 inch actual). The 48 inch device has an actual length of 44 inches and can be cut down 12 inch (34 inch actual).  Devices ships with 938 Strike and all the mounting screws.
