88 Series | Von Duprin Exit Devices

The Von Duprin 050580 Weather Stripping is for there 5654 and 5754 Mullions.  Each strip is 10' long and two would be required per mullion.  This product is specific to Von Duprin products and will usually only work on Von Duprin Products.

The Von Duprin 900581 Cylinder Cup and Tail Piece Assembly is used on just about everyone of their devices outside tirm.

The Von Duprin 88 and 55 Wedge Tite Screw 090081 is used on the 55 and 88 panic hardware.  This screw applies pressure to the wedge which then expands the wedge ring to key the Von Duprin 88 and 55's crossbars tite.  The screw is a 5/16-18 x 5/8 hollow set point.

The Von Duprin 88 Wedge Ring 090020 is also used on the Von Duprin 55's.  The Wedge Tite Screw applies pressure on the Wedge which expands the Tube Attaching Ring to grip the Cross Bar. Measures 5/8" on the flat edge.

Von Duprin 88 Hinge Case Spring

Used on all Von Duprin 88, 8847, 8827 and 8827 Exit Devices. 4-1/2" long x 5/16" diameter.

The Von Duprin 88 Tube Attaching Ring 090021 is also used on the Von Duprin 55.  The ring fits over the device lever arm, and is expanded by the Wedge (88R90) and the Wedge Tite Screw (88R100).  When the Wedge Tite Screw is tightened the Ring expands and keeps the crossbar parallel to the door.  Measures 15/16" long by 13/16" diameter.

The Von Duprin 88 Center Case Rivet 090002 is also known as the Latch Tail Rivet used on the 88 Rim Device.  The Rivet fits into the spring and into the Latch Tail 050500.  The rivet measures 1-1/4 inches long less the head, with a 1/8 inch diameter.  We sell this piece individually.
