The Plunger Door Holder / Stop 582 is constructed of cast aluminum.  The stop measures 6-1/4" by 1-1/2" with a 1-5/8" throw.  The rubber shoe is gray.  It will ship with matching finish screws.  These are sometimes called pop-up or push down door stops.

A replacement holder and stop that has been around for many years.   This style of Holder can be found in many of the schools, churches and hospitals that were built in the 1960's and 1970's.  Cast brass construction, and then chrome plated. Measures 3-11/16" high by 3" wide with a 1-15/16" projection. The strike is 1-3/16" high. Spring loaded brass roller, rolls over the the strike to lock the door in the open position. To release, just give the door a tug.  Designed for doors with a door to floor clearance of less than a 1/2".

The Push Bar 1' Diameter 422 can be used on any door, but is usually found on aluminum framed glass store front doors.  They are constructed of 1" diameter solid aluminum, stainless steel, bronze or brass depending on your select finish.  The bar has a 2-1/8" projection and 1-1/8" clearance.  The push bar ships with thru bolts and finish washer in matching finish.  Please allow 4 weeks on Aluminum, Polished Brass, and Oil Rubbed Bronze. The 521 is a larger version of the other dome stops we offer.  It offers forged brass construction with a gray rubber bumper.  The base measures 1-3/4" diameter x 1-5/8" High, with a 1/4"  thickness.  That this point only US26D-Brushed Satin Chrome is available.  It ships with wood screws and machine screws  and floor anchors.

This contemporary looking Dome Stop has been a hot selling in the last few years.  The stop is constructed of forged brass, that is then chrome plated and brushed to the satin finish.  At this time, only brushed or satin chrome is available.  The base is 1-11/16" wide by 4" long and 1" tall.  The base is 5/16" thick.  This door stop ships with wood and machine screws and all of the anchors.

The Polished Stainless Steel Door Kick Plate is 16 gauge, or .050″ thick. Stainless steel offers one of the best material for commercial applications. They are very hard, and do not dent easily. The also offer the best corrosion resistances out there.  We often have people looking for Brushed Chrome or Polished Chrome, but the appearance of the two finishes next to each other is very difficult to tell which is which. Also a brushed chrome or polished chrome kick plate would be a brass plate which is then chrome plated and brushed or polished depending on the plate. Brass is a soft metal that dents easily, and also does not offer the corrosion resistance that stainless steel does. Since stainless steel is stable in any environment, they do not have to clear coat the plate.

Kick Plates can be mounted by screws, two way tape, and they can be glued to the door. Our plates come standard with screw mounting. The manufacture sends #6 x 5/8″ Oval Phillips Undercut Stainless Steel screws.  The number of holes on the screw mounted plates is determined by an industry wide standardize template. A height between 6-10″ will have 10 holes for plates up to 33″ and 12 holes for plates between 33 and 40″.

You can order these plates with tape mounting, but on larger plates and especially plates with a stainless steel base metal, it is not recommended. Stainless Steel plates are too heavy and they most likely will not stick. We can also ship them with no holes, if you want to drill your own holes. This is fine on the Brass and Aluminum base metals, but again Stainless Steel is very hard and a drill press would be recommended. You can glue them on, I would recommend liquid nails, and come C Clamps with the door on saw horses.

The Door Push Plate 58 is the only plate we have that is a forged plate.  The forging process involves heat and pressure or pounding.  The result is a very heavy and durable metal.  This plate measures 3-1/2" wide by 15" tall, with a thickness of 7/32".  This is one of the thickest plate we offer, and is the most sturdy.

The Clear Plastic Corner Guards 312 are a good way to protect corners from hand carts and dollies.  If the area has a lot of traffic, like a warehouse, I would recommend the 310 or 311 which are made of metal. The are 2" by 2" and are usually 48" long, but we can do custom sizes.  They are constructed of .120" thick clear polycarbonate plastic.  Screws are included for mounting.

The 80 Series Push Plate is similar to the 70 series, but has a round bevel on the top and bottom of the plate. There is no bevel on the sides.
