The Ives Wall Bumper Stop WS407-CCV our economically price concave wall bumper.  The metal ring is a wrought stainless steel, otherwise known as stamping.  It features a concealed tamper-proof mounting, and is shipped pre-assembled to the back plate is reduce installation time.   Installation is easy, just insert the screw driver through the pin hole in the rubber and tighten.  The bumper is 2-1/2" in diameter and projects out 1".

Floor Dome Door Stop 1" Height FS436

We ship the H.B. Ives FS436 Floor Dome Stop, another product made by Ives that has been around for 50 plus years.  Take a walk around a school made in the 1960's and you will probably find this door stop, or the hole were it used to be.  This Dome Stop is used on doors without thresholds that have a bottom of the door to floor clearance of less than 5/8".  The are constructed of cast aluminum or cast bronze depending on the finish you are looking for.  The rubber stop is non-marring and replaceable.  The stop has a base that is 1-3/4" x 2" oval, an overall height of 1" and a base height of 3/16".

The Ives COR9G has been around for at least 50 years.   In the old days before electrically activated door closers fire doors would have fusible link armed door closers.  When the lnk melted, the door closed, and if there was not a mullion between door, they would use this style of door coordinator so the door with the astragal would close first.

When active door is open, coordinator prevents active door from closing until inactive door bypasses. Closing of inactive door causes strike plate on top of door to contact cam and lift arm, allowing active door to close. As inactive door continues closing, roller rides over strike plate on to door bracket, holding arm above active door.
Non-handed.

Floor Door Stop-Security  FS18 is designed for areas of high vandalism.   The molded rubber is flame resistant and mounted to a 5/8" threaded mounting shaft.  Once the 7/8" diameter hole is drilled to a depth of 2-1/2" it can be grouted in concrete and leaves no exposed fasteners.  The recommended grout is Thorogrip.  They are ideal for jail or security cell areas.  There are two versions of this door stop one projects 1-1/2" (FS18S) out of the floor and the other 3" (FS18L).

The Ives 157XY Continuous Full Surface Geared Hinge is an ideal solution for the replacement or worn or broken storefront door pivots, which we run across quite often. I our opinion this is the best solution if you can not find a compatable replacement pivot. The geared hinge will not allow the door to twist, which makes your door more sturdy in the frame. Wood Door Automatic Flush Bolt FB41

H.B. Ives FB41 Series are sold has Top, Bottom or in Pairs (top and bottom). Fully automatic, inactive door is latched when active door closes, bolts retract when active door is opened. Top Bolt has no spring tension. They are non handed, but the top and bottom bolts are different. The body size is 1" wide, 8-1/2" tall and 2" deep, the bolts have a 3/4" throw with a 7/8" vertical adjustment.

The Ives 112HD Continuous Full Mortise Hinge Geared Hinge measures 83" long and is constructed of extruded aluminum.  This hinge is non handed, and will work on doors up to 48" wide and 450 pounds.  You can easily cut this hinge in the field if your door is less than 83" high.

Ives FB458 Metal Door Flush Bolt

The Ives FB458 is a UL Listed Flush Bolt for use on Fire Doors. The face plate measures 1" wide by 6-3/4" long with a depth of 1-1/8". Hole spacing is 1/2 inch by 6-1/4 inches on centers. The bolt has a 3/4" throw and is 1/2" diameter. This Flush Bolt is available in Polished Brass, Oil Rubbed Bronze (dark brown) and Brushed Chrome. The Ives Wall Door Stop / Holder WS40 is a door holder that has some history.  We see this product in many schools, hospitals and churches that were built in the 50's, 60's and 70's.   The WS40 was originally made and designed by Glynn-Johnson out of Chicago, Illinois, and was called the W40 or GJW40.   H.B. Ives purchased Glynn-Johnson in 1990's and mergered this product into there offering, and changed the part # to WS40.  The holder is made of cast brass or bronze and plated to your desired finish.  The holding mechanism has a rubber bumper inside it to act as a door stop, and a brass spring loaded roller to act as a holder.   The product ships with a universal screw package to mount on all types of walls.   For the best results with this stop/holder the door and wall should be about 3-1/2" apart in the open position.

The Floor Door Stop FS434 is another one the old Ives parts that has been around for about 40 plus years.   The FS434 is constructed of burnished wrought steel, with a soft, resilient gray rubber shoe.  The shoe is replaceable and is under related products.  The stop measures 2-5/8" overall height, and the base measures 1-1/2" wide by 2-3/4" long.  This door stop ships with all the fasteners and anchors needed.

The Ives Universal Dome Floor Stop FS439 is constructed of cast zinc or stainless steel, depending on the finish.   The stop measures 1-1/2" high, with a base height of 1/4" and base diameter of 1-7/8".   The pad has a height of 1-1/8" from the floor.

The Ives Wall Door Stop WS65 is one of the most economical door stops we sell that is still commercial quality.  They are constructed of burnished cast aluminum.  The WS65 has a base diameter of 1-5/8" and a 3-3/4" projection. The rubber tip is replaceable.   This stop comes with the mounting screws.

The Lock Guard with Security Pin is ideal to cover the latchbolt area of the door, lock and frame, with the added protection of a security pin to prevent separation of the door and door frame.  The plate is through bolted with carriage bolts and nuts, which are included with the guard.  The plate is constructed of 13 gauge stainless steel.  The plate measures 3" wide and 11-1/2" high, with a center to center on the mounting bolts of 10-1/2".

Ives Part Number LG1-US32D

The Ives Plunger Door Holder / Stop FS1154 has been around for about 50 years.  Before the 1990's is was known as the Glynn-Johnson 1154, and when they were merged in the H.B. Ives line, the part number was changed to FS1154.  This product is constructed of cast brass or bronze that is then plated to the desired finish.  Plunger and internal parts are plated steel and provide a 1-1/4" throw for all types of doors.  Plunger is easily activated with minimal pressure, releasing instantly with a light tap on the platform lever.  The shoe is non-marring rubber that is securely fastened with a screw in flanged cup to prevent movement or loss, and when worn, shoes are easily replaced and are kept in stock as the GJ1154.  These are sometimes called pop-up or push down stops.  Ships with matching finish mounting screws.

Ives FB61P Constant Latching Flush Bolt for Wood Doors

The Ives FB61P is used on the inactive leaf of wood fire doors.   The latch remains extend until the active door is opened.   When the active door is opened the latches retract, and extend when the active door is closed.  The bodies measure 1” wide by 8-1/2” tall and 2” deep.  The bolt throw is 3/4” with a 7/8” vertical adjustment, and has a 3/4” backset.   This package comes with the top and bottom flush bolts with screws and strikes.
