The Von Duprin Dogging Adapter Spring 090042 is the clip that holds the dogging shaft in the assembly. We sell these individually, and it is the #2 item on the diagram.
The Von Duprin Dogging Spring 090041 is the spring that activates the Dogging Hook # 090044. These do occasionally fail, we sell them individually. It is # 3 on the diagram.
The Von Duprin 090076 Spring is located in top latch of the Surface Vertical Rod. It is used on the 2227, 3327A, 3427A, 9827 and 9927 models. It is number 18 in the attached diagram. They are sold in packages of 10.
The Von Dupin 1439 Strike measures 1-7/8 horizontal x 1-3/4 inches vertically. The strike has a projection of 1/2 inch. We find this strike used on the 33A and 35A exit devices.
The Von Duprin 8827-F/47-F Soffit Latch Kit 114141 fits in the header of the door frame and is used on the Von Duprin 5547-F, 8827-F and 8847-F. The plunger is spring loaded.
The Von Duprin 3348/9948 Top Latch Kit 050494 is used on the 33A, 35A, 98 and 99 exit devices. Replaces all previous versions of the 33/3548 and 98/9948 top latches.

The Von Duprin 499F is used on the 22, 98 and 99 Series Fire Rated Rim Devices when used with the 9954 Mullion. A Fire Rated Device is one that does not have a dogging pin or screw to lock the door in the open position.
The Von Duprin 050580 Weather Stripping is for there 5654 and 5754 Mullions. Each strip is 10' long and two would be required per mullion. This product is specific to Von Duprin products and will usually only work on Von Duprin Products.
The Von Duprin 900894 230L Tailpiece Auxiliary includes the Tailpiece (steel), Tailpiece Guide (nylon), and the Pine Tree Clip (nylon). The Tailpiece measures about 2-1/2" x 1/4" x 3/32" thick.
Von Duprin 88 Dog Screw. Newer style, after 1975 or so. If you have an older exit device they no longer make that screw. I would recommend the D100, Panic Bar Retainer, for dogging down your device.
The Von Duprin 338 Strike measures 1-5/8" by 1-7/8" with a 5/8" projection. The screw mounting is 1-7/8". This strike is used as a bottom strike on the Von Duprin surface and standard equipment there concealed vertical rod devices 3347, 3547, 5547 8847, 9847 and 9947.
The Von Duprin 900620 35/3348 98/9947 Adjusting Screw Package is used to adjust the concealed vertical rods. This package is used on the 3347, 3547, 3347-F, 3547-F, 9847, 9847-F, 9947 and 9947-F. This is a package of 2.
The spring measures 1-5/8" long with a 7/16" diameter. We find two of these springs per 992 and 994 series lever trims. These springs help support the lever handle and return it to the proper position.
The Von Duprin 050709 Dogging Assembly is used to update the Von Duprin 22, 33, 35, 98 and 99 device shipped before 1997. The dogging key on this assembly is 5/32", and you would want to use the longer version of our 88R60 dog key.
