Von Duprin 88 Axle Package

New style axle snaps together, and replaces the old style which were screwed together with allen wrenches. This style of axle has been around since about 1990. The piece on the right is only used for taking the axle apart.

All PR80 Closers are UL listed and warranted for ten years. Parallel Arm Brackets and mounting hardware are included with each closer permitting universal installation for regular, top jamb or parallel arm applications. The closer is supplied with a standard plastic slim style cover.

The closer is sized for 2 to 5 spring tension and will work on doors 24" to 54" Wide and 33 to 264 Lbs. This closer has a hole spacing of 3/4 x 9-1/16 inches.

The Von Duprin ALK Alarm Kit converts the Von Duprin 22, 33A, 35A, 98 and 99 Devices to an alarmed exit device.   When you exit the 85 decibel alarm will sound.  Powered by a standard 9 volt battery and is controlled by a Mortise Cylinder with a straight cam.  When battery is low, the alarm will beep.

Used on the Yale 1500 Rim and Surface Vertical Rod Devices.   This is the peice that the Dogging Key goes in to actuate the Dogging Piece.   The Dogging Shaft measures 1-3/8" long and approximately 5/16" diameter.  The hex is 5/32"

Ives line in the 1990's and now goes by the part # FS43. Many schools and hospitals have this door holder in use today. It features: Automatic door holders ideal for heavy-traffic situations that require a simple, fool-proof, Hold-Open device. Forged from brass. Unit is activated automatically when door is opened. The Panic Hex Key 1/8" is used on the new Adams Rite, Cal Royal, Jackson and many of the imported panic hardware like International Door Closer.  The key measures 1/8" by 1-13/16" long.  They are also known as Hex Key, Dog Key, Allen Key, and Dogging Key.

The 80 Series Push Plate is similar to the 70 series, but has a round bevel on the top and bottom of the plate. There is no bevel on the sides. These plates are  an 1/8 inch thick and are available many different finishes and size.  Custom sizes are available, and they ship with the matching finish mounting screws.

The spring measures 1-5/8" long with a 7/16" diameter. We find two of these springs per 992 and 994 series lever trims. These springs help support the lever handle and return it to the proper position.

The Von Duprin 050130 Fitting Set is for the 5654 / 5754 Mullions.  Set includes top and bottom fittings, all of the mounting screws.  The Fitting measures approximately 11/16" wide on face closest to the door and 2-3/8" at the widest point. The depth is 3-1/8".

The Von Duprin Strike 264 measures 2-7/8" tall by 1-1/4" wide with a roller projection of 9/16". Used on the Von Duprin 22, 88, 98 and 99 when a lower profile strike is need in place of the Von Duprin 299 Strike. The hole spacing is 2-1/8" on center, and it ships with mounting screws and a shim. Also known as a Von Duprin Surface Roller Strike.

The Dor-o-Matic 1690/1990 Pullman Latch Assembly PB132 is for use with Electric Strikes only.  This part is also some times called the Dor-o-Matic PL Bottom Latch.

The Von Duprin Mullion Stabilizer Package are used with Von Duprin Mullions to stop any deflection on the mullion, which may cause the exit devices to release.  We run into issues where people are able to shake the door, and the door opens.   The package includes two sets of stabilizers and all the mounting screws.

The Von Dupin 1439 Strike measures 1-7/8 horizontal x 1-3/4 inches vertically.  The strike has a projection of 1/2 inch.  We find this strike used on the 33A and 35A exit devices.

The Corbin Russwin ED4000/5000 Rim Strike 650F29 is used on the ED4200 and ED5200 Rim Panic Hardware.  A Rim device is an exit device that has the latch bolt protruding from the center case.

The Adams Rite 8600EL Electric latch Retraction Concealed Vertical Rod is designed for narrow stile aluminum framed glass doors.  The device will fit on stile widths of 2" or more.   The EL version We recommend this device for replacement or upgrading your current 8600 to Latch Retraction, modifying your existing door to this exit device will be labor intensive.  The 8611EL would be for the aluminum finish and the 8622EL would be or the dark bronze finish.

Standard Rim Cylinder for use on Rim Cylinder activated exit and panic devices.

The Von Duprin 3348/9948 Top Latch Kit 050494 is used on the 33A, 35A, 98 and 99 exit devices.  Replaces all previous versions of the 33/3548 and 98/9948 top latches.

The Cal Royal 4400 Thumbpiece Trim is for use on the 4400 Rim Device only. The plate measures 3-1/2 by 16 inches. The key locks or unlocks the thumbpiece. This plate ships with a 6 pin solid brass "C" keyway rim cylinder. And only comes in brushed chrome and dark bronze finishes.

The Von Duprin 99 Cover Plate 050114 is for use on the  33A, 35A, 98 and 99 devices.  Covers the dogging assembly on the hinge side of the door. The usually fall off when the End Cap is not on the exit device.  Von Duprin is only shipping a 20-1/2" cover plate now, which will work on 3' and 4' doors, you will have to cut more off if you have a 3' device with a hack saw or chop saw.

The Von Duprin 22 End Cap Only 968601 is the end cap that goes on the hinge side of the door. When the cap breaks off the Dogging Cover Plate just slides off. Works on all of the Von Duprin 22 exit devices. If you need the bracket also, please order part # G22R10. Black plastic construction. As of October 1, 2014, Von Duprin no longer sells just the Plastic Cap Only. The complete End Cap and Bracket 900981 will be shipped in its place.

The Von Duprin 88 and 55 Wedge Tite Screw 090081 is used on the 55 and 88 panic hardware.  This screw applies pressure to the wedge which then expands the wedge ring to key the Von Duprin 88 and 55's crossbars tite.  The screw is a 5/16-18 x 5/8 hollow set point.

The Dor-o-Matic Falcon 1690/1790 Hinge End Cap Kit PB314 includes both pieces and the mounting screws.  It is made of die cast metal that is powder coat painted to a black color.  This piece is mounted on the hinge side of the door.  Doromatic / Falcon part # ECAP.130 or PB314. The Von Duprin 22 Mechanism End Cap 900981 is the end cap and bracket that ships with the 22 and 2227 series.  The bracket is constructed of zinc plated steel and the end cap is black plastic. Bracket also acts as mounting bracket that holds the exit device on the door.  Von Duprin does offer a new Metal End Cap, look under related products.
