The Door Pull Handle 17 has an overall length of 10". The base diameters are 2" with three holes each. The handle projects out 2-1/4" and has a clearance of 1-1/2". Also known as a Door Grip or Door Handle. This handle ships with 6 wood/sheet metal screws.

Floor Door Stop-Security  FS18 is designed for areas of high vandalism.   The molded rubber is flame resistant and mounted to a 5/8" threaded mounting shaft.  Once the 7/8" diameter hole is drilled to a depth of 2-1/2" it can be grouted in concrete and leaves no exposed fasteners.  The recommended grout is Thorogrip.  They are ideal for jail or security cell areas.  There are two versions of this door stop one projects 1-1/2" (FS18S) out of the floor and the other 3" (FS18L).

The Door Pull Offset #39 Handle is constructed of either solid aluminum, brass or stainless steel.  The handle is 1" diameter tubing with a 2-3/4" offset and 2-3/4" projection.  This is the most common type of handle you use today.  Just about every aluminum framed storefront door has a version of this handle.  This handle is available in 8", 10", 12" and 18" centers on the mounting holes.  If you have a 9" centered handle use the PH-4000.   It comes standard with thru bolts and finish washers, but can be special ordered if you would like the handle mounted back to back or surface mounted. The handle ships with thru bolts and matching finish washers.

The Ives Wall Door Stop WS443 has been a staple of the Ives product line for at least the last 45 years.  The stop features cast brass construction and then plated the the desired finish, which makes it ideal for interior or exterior use.   The rubber tip is a non marring rubber, that can be replaced and we keep in stock.  The stop has a 2-1/4" base diameter and a 3-11/16" projection from the wall.  This product ships with an expansion shield and lead shield.

5" Kickdown Door Holder FS555

The H.B. Ives FS555 Kick Down Door Holder has been a staple in schools for many years due to its heavy duty construction and inexpensive price.  It is constructed of durable cast iron, which has great strength characteristics.  The shoe is made of a non-marring rubber, which is replaceable.  The shoe is also held in place with a screw, which makes it a great option in schools and area of high vandalism.  This holder will work on door to floor clearances of 3" or less.  The hole spacing is 7/8" x 1-9/16".

The Offset 60 degree Door Pull is available in 12 and 18 inch centers. The handle is constructed of 1-1/4 inch solid material, with the base metal determined by the finish (color). It features 1-1/2 clearance, 2-3/4 projection and has a 3-1/2 inch offset. The fasteners are 5/16-18 thru bolts with a finish washer. Please specify the door thickness when ordering.

The Full Mortise Spring Hinge is found in many hotels and motels across the United States.  They are an inexpensive way to meet Fire Codes.   An internal adjustable spring in the hinge closes the door when they are opened.  So instead of using a door closer, you can use these spring hinges.  One draw back is you can not slow the door down and they will slam shut.  We do not recommend these self closing hinges if your door swings more than 110 degrees, chances are the spring will break.  They are constructed of 10 gauge (.134”) steel that is then plated or paint primed.   We ship them in boxes of 3 hinges, and they ship with machine and wood screws.

The Barracuda DSO-PB is for use on Out Swinging 36" Doors with Exit Devices.  It is constructed of heavy duty steel with a durable powder coated finish.  The bar goes across the door frame and grabs the mounting cleat with an adjustable clamp.  To secure the door, simply turn the handle until it is secured.  They currently offer two models, one for jambs up to 5-3/4" and one for jambs greater than 5-3/4".  This device ships with all of the hardware and a wall mounting rack for storage. 

This Barn Door Pull Set features back to back handles that are thru-bolt mounted for a hassle-free setup.  The Grip is 6 inches on centers and is constructed of 3/4 inch round stock, and projects out 2-3/8 inch. The Plunger Type Door Holder / Stop 583 is constructed of solid cast brass, that is then plated to the desired finish.  It measures 5-3/8" by 2-1/4" base with a 1-1/4" projection.   The throw is 1-1/4".   These are sometimes called pop-up or push down stops.   This piece will ship with matching finish mounting screws.

The Von Duprin 9927 Top Vertical Rod 110573 is the standard top rod for door heights up to 7'1".  The length of this rod is 35", less the fittings.  For larger doors you can order a Rod Extension Kit, which at this point we do not have online.  The rod is field adjustable if your doors are less then 7'1".  The Old Von Duprin part # is 110573, and the Newer Von Duprin part # is 050512.

Frequently we are asked, “What is the heaviest duty kick down holder  you sell?”  The answer to that question is any of  Grand Specialty door holders.  These door stops are American made and simply the best out there.   They have a shoe that is held in place by a screw, a rivet instead of a roll pin for the hinging mechanism, and a “wedge” instead of a piece of spring steel to hold up the leg.  They are constructed of steel, and not cast like all of the other door holders made.

Another feature is their well constructed shoe can be adjusted down as the rubber wears making the holder last way longer than their competitors. Another use for them is as a door floor lock if mounted on the other side of the door. Once kicked down there's no entry possible unless you slide a flat item under the door to lift the door holder leg out of the way and push the door open. It can be opened from the inside as normal with your foot or hand. A very inexpensive security lock.
