The Detex DN Trim is built like their exit devices, extreme durable. Designed with a break-away lever to prevent permanent damage from vandalism or abuse. Escutcheon plate measures 1-7/8 by 8-1/4 inches, the plate is 7/8 inch thick. We ship the classroom function, key locks and unlocks the lever. The levers are field reversible.

The Anodized Black Aluminum Door Kick Plate 315AN are a flat black and match the black color we find on Storefront doors.  These plates have an aluminum base metal, which is 18 gauge (.040") thick that is then Anodized in the Black Color.  These plates relatively inexpensive.  Custom sizes are available, they run about $0.25 per square inch.

You can order these plates with tape mounting, but on larger plates and especially plates with a stainless steel base metal, it is not recommended.  Stainless Steel plates are too heavy and they most likely will not stick.  We can also ship them with no holes, if you want to drill your own holes.  This is fine on the Brass and Aluminum base metals, but again Stainless Steel is very hard and a drill press would be recommended.   You can glue them on, I would recommend liquid nails, and come C Clamps with the door on saw horses.

The Norton Door Closer 1601 has been around for the past 40 years.  With the advent of aluminum framed glass doors, Norton was on for the first manufactures to come up with a narrow stile door closer.  Because of this, it is still one of the most popular door closer model out there.  It is a Grade 1 closer and has adjustable closing, latching, and back check speeds.  The model we ship also has adjustable spring tension to work on a wider range of doors.  The hole spacing is 3/4” x 9-1/16”.

Older models may be stamped with Scoville or Eaton, which are the companies that used to own Norton.  We sometimes find 20-1624-4001, or 20-1604-4001 stamped on the back of the closer. If your door closer is stamped 20-1603-4001 or 20-1623-4001, you might want to double check the hole spacing. The 20-1603-4001 usually has a hole spacing of 3/4" x 8-3/16", you could use the International Door Closer 853 as a replacement.

Black plastic end cap measures 2-1/16" high by 1-5/8" wide with a 1-7/16" projection. Cap mounts on to the two mounting holes fo the End Cap Bracket which are about 9/16" on center.

The HES 5000 Electric Strike Package is a compact, high performance electric strike designed for low profile openings where there is limited space behind the jamb. Its strength is derived from a unique keeper pin locking design, enabling the 5000 to exceed the ratings of the frame, door and locking hardware. This field selectable fail secure/fail safe unit is easy to install and accommodates latch bolts up to 5/8" throw.

This Coat Hook has a 2 inch diameter base, 1-3/4 inch projection and the hook has a diameter 1-1/4 inch. The hook is mounted with a 1/4-20 hanger bolt. Base material is brass or stainless steel depending on the finish.

The Yale Door Closer 4400 has been around for quite a long time, and was designed to replace the older 400, which are still made. The beauty of the 4400 is that is can be mounted left or right, push, pull or top jamb, were as the 4200 you had to specify all those attributes, which made stocking them a head ache. This is a Grade 1 closer, and is extremely durable. If you are looking for a 4400BF, the barrier free version, the new 4400 is barrier free, and will do the trick. This closer has a 2-3/8" x 6-3/4" hole spacing.

Von Duprin 6100 Series electric strikes are designed for use with Rim devices.  The 6113 has a 3/4” latch bolt throw, 6” face plate length, 1-5/8” width, and an 1-15/16” backbone depth.  The lock retrofits the VD 3011 and VD 3021.  Other voltages and replacement parts are available.

The C Shaped Offset Pull has 12 inch centers and has a 13-1/4 inches overall length. The clearance is 1-1/2 inches with a 2-3/4 inch projections. The Sargent Door Closer 1431 is also known as the Powerglide.  This closer meets ADA requirements and has a capability to be mounted on the push, pull or top jamb, and is non handed.  This closer can be used as a direct replacement for the older version 1230 or 1231 Sargent Closers without having to re drill the mounting holes.  This closer has been the replacement for the 1230 since about 2000.  It is manufactured of an aluminum alloy.

The Ives COR9G has been around for at least 50 years.   In the old days before electrically activated door closers fire doors would have fusible link armed door closers.  When the lnk melted, the door closed, and if there was not a mullion between door, they would use this style of door coordinator so the door with the astragal would close first.

When active door is open, coordinator prevents active door from closing until inactive door bypasses. Closing of inactive door causes strike plate on top of door to contact cam and lift arm, allowing active door to close. As inactive door continues closing, roller rides over strike plate on to door bracket, holding arm above active door.

Gravity action arm and door bracket are adjustable on the job for ease of installation. Rubber roller provides quiet and efficient operation, and helps protect the astragal and doors from damage. The Corner Guard 301 are a great way to protect corners and edges of doors.  Fabricated from 16 gauge (.050") thick metal they measure 1" on one arm and 1-3/4" on the other, and can come in any length.  Standard lengths are 36", 42" and 48", but we have the capability to modify to your specifications. The Dor-o-Matic 1690/1990 Top Rod Latch Assembly PB130 is also used on the 1390, 1490 and 2390.  This latch has been around since the 1970's,  and is usually the issue if your bottom rod is dragging on the floor.  Although we are calling it Dor-o-Matic, it is actually known as a Falcon SU Top Latch due to a name change 5 or 6 years ago.  This latch rolls over when the device is pressed in and then locks in that position.  When the door closes, the 'U" channel of the latch flips over to a vertical postion and drops the rods.  This latch always uses the PB48 Strike, our part # G199034.  The Dor-o-Matic Panic Devices have been around since the late 1960’s, but have most recently been known as the Falcon Panic Device from a name change they had in about 2008.  They are basically the same device, with the same parts, just a different name plate.  Falcon part # PB130 or 4270101806.

The Von Duprin Strike 1409 Blade Stop is used on just about every Von Duprin Rim Device when door frame protection is needed.  We see this strike on many Narrow Stile door setups.  The strike measures 1-7/8" by 1-3/4" outside dimension. The strike has a projection of 1/2".  The strike is constructed die cast metal and the blade is made of stainless steel.

The TH1100-HK1 is the perfect solution for existing hinges that have failed, and is a quick and easy fix for compromised door openings.  Deluxe Hinge Kit TH1100-HK1 comes in a package of two hinges, 2 1/4" shims, and 12 one-way mounting screws.   The hinges are non handed, will work on Flush, and 1/8" offset door applications, have a self lubricating pin that rotates on anti-friction bearings, and have a vertical adjustment screw.   They are constructed of an aluminum alloy.
