The Anodized Aluminum Neoprene Door Shoe is an aluminum U channel to mount on the bottom of doors.  The channel is 1 inch deep with a 1/2 inch neoprene seal on the bottom.  Fits over the bottom of 1-3/4 inch thick doors.  Ships in 36 or 48 inch lengths and comes with #6 x 3/4 inch stainless steel screws.

International Door Closer T1 Push Pull Mounting Screw is used PH-4000, PB-2000, and PP-2000.  The screw measures 2-9/16 inches long, with a 3/8 inch diameter and 18 threads per inch.

The Ives Wall Door Stop / Holder WS45 was introduced about 50 years ago as the Glynn-Johnson W45A or GJW45A.  When they were purchased by H.B. Ives, it became the WS45.  They are constructed of cast Brass or Bronze and then plated to the desired finish.  This door stop is unique because the wall does not have to be parallel to the door for it to latch and hold the door open.  Spring loaded roller rides up the face of the strike, seating itself on the strike, holding the door firmly in the open position.  A heavy rubber pad cushions the shock and absorbs the sound.  With unit mounted on door and the strike on wall, vertical adjustment is available on body.  The strike is adjustable 45 degrees left or right, both adjustments easily accomplished at time of installation or at a later date.  WS45 strike is furnished with wood screws for drywall mounting.

This floor mounted door holder has been around since the 1960's. It used to go by the name Glynn Johnson GJF43A or F43A, and was brought over to the H.B. Ives line in the 1990's and now goes by the part # FS43. Many schools and hospitals have this door holder in use today. It features: Automatic door holders ideal for heavy-traffic situations that require a simple, fool-proof, Hold-Open device. Forged from brass. Unit is activated automatically when door is opened. A firm pull on door releases the mechanism. Strikes accommodate different door to floor clearances. Model numbers are determined by strike/door-to-floor clearances. The Plunger Door Holder / Stop DH6000 is one of the most common plunger style door stops we offer.   They are constructed of a cast zinc alloy that is then electro statically painted to either an aluminum or dark brown color.   It features a non marring rubber tip that is replaceable, and we keep in stock.  The body measures approximately 7" long and is 1-5/8" wide.  The throw on this stop is 1-1/8".  These are sometimes called pop-up or push down door stops.  This product ships with the mounting screws.

Floor Door Stop / Holder FS446

The Ives FS446 Door Stop and Holder is a modification of the FS444, which is the non holder version.   It is considered a manual type floor holder, because you have to manually latch the holder for it to hold the door open.  It is constructed of cast bronze or brass, and is no longer available in a cast aluminum.  It is designed for doors with up to 2-1/2" of undercut, meaning the distance between the finished floor and the bottom of the door. It measures 3-3/4" overall height with a 2-1/2" diameter, and the distance from the base to the center line of the rubber non-marring stop is 2-1/2".  This stop is packed with expansion shield and lead shield.

This is the same trusted Von Duprin 99 with Electric Latch Retraction, also known as EL.

The Handicap ADA Hands-Free Door Pull BM4511 is an ADA compliant. You can hook your forearm/wrist into the open end to open a non-latching door. The pull is constructed of stainless steel and is available in brushed stainless steel, powder coated flat black or powder coated dark bronze. The plate measures 4 x 16 inches and the grip is tack-welded to the plate and also has a 5/16-18 thread for thru bolting. The grip is 1-1/4 diameter by 8 inches. Ships with 6 mounting screws and one 5/16-18 thru bolt with finished washer in matching finish.

The Von Duprin 248L-4 Strike is used as a Bottom Surface Mounted Strike on the 2227, 8827, 9927, and 9827 Surface Vertical Rod Panic Devices. The ALREX hinge is a full function hydraulic door closer hinge. It contains all the features of a door closer, closing and latching speed control, power adjustment, and optional hold open feature. They are available in 4, 4.5 and 5 inch (leaf height), and are currently available in Stainless and Black finishes.

Door Handing:

The Door Pull Handle 24 features a 6" center to center screw spacing. The handle is constructed of aluminum, stainless steel or brass depending on the desired finish.  The handle is 1" solid diameter stock and the mounting posts are 3/4" diameter stock.  It measures 8" overall length and projects from the door 2".  It ships with thru bolts and finish washers. Also known as a Door Handle or Door Grip.

The Sargent Door Closer 1331  is a standard template closer with the 3/4” x 12” hole spacing.  This closer is a great replacement for the Norton 8000 Series or Yale 3000 Series Door Closers.  The closer is constructed of a cast aluminum body and has a heat treated steel pinion and rack.  The 1331 has the ability to be mounted on the push, pull or top jamb, and is non handed.  We stock the aluminum finish, but also have the dark bronze finish, it just might take an extra day or so.  We ship the 1331-JUO.

Floor Door Stop 524

The 524 Door Stop is one of the more interesting door stops we have.   They are constructed of cast brass that is then plated to your finish.  It measures 1-1/4" in diameter and is 1-1/2" tall.  One of the benefits of this door stop is there are no exposed screws.  The 524 ships with a 12-24 x 1" machine screw, a plastic anchor and a lead anchor.

The Von Duprin Strike 299 is used on the 22, 88, 98, and 99 Rim Devices and also as a Top Strike on the 2227, 8827, 9927, and 9827 Surface Vertical Rod Panic Devices. The 299 strike measures 1-1/4" wide by 2-7/8" high with a slotted hole spacing of 2-1/8". The roller projects out 13/16".  Ships with shim and mounting screws.

The Sargent 20/30/60/80 Dogging Kit 68-2596 is used on the Sargent 20, Sargent 30, Sargent 60, and Sargent 80 Series Panic Hardware. This dogging assembly kit has been around since the 1980's.  We only sell the dogging assembly parts as a complete set.

The Offset 60 degree Door Pull is available in 12 and 18 inch centers. The handle is constructed of 1-1/4 inch solid material, with the base metal determined by the finish (color). It features 1-1/2 clearance, 2-3/4 projection and has a 3-1/2 inch offset. The fasteners are 5/16-18 thru bolts with a finish washer. Please specify the door thickness when ordering.

The Von Duprin 88 and 55 Wedge Tite Screw 090081 is used on the 55 and 88 panic hardware.  This screw applies pressure to the wedge which then expands the wedge ring to key the Von Duprin 88 and 55's crossbars tite.  The screw is a 5/16-18 x 5/8 hollow set point.

The Von Duprin Panic Device 880DT Trim is for 88 Series devices only.  Stanchions welded on the back line up with the device on the interior. The plate measures 3" wide by 14-3/16" long.

The Door Pull Handle 21 has a cross section dimension of 1/2" x 1" and is made of half round (underside is round) stock. The handle projects out 2-1/8" with a clearance of 1-5/8". This handle is available in 6" and 8" center to center mounting holes, but can be made in different Center to Center dimensions. This product is also known as a Door Handle or Door Grip. The handle ships with thru bolts and matching finish washers.

Ives FB61P Constant Latching Flush Bolt for Wood Doors

The Ives FB61P is used on the inactive leaf of wood fire doors.   The latch remains extend until the active door is opened.   When the active door is opened the latches retract, and extend when the active door is closed.  The bodies measure 1” wide by 8-1/2” tall and 2” deep.  The bolt throw is 3/4” with a 7/8” vertical adjustment, and has a 3/4” backset.   This package comes with the top and bottom flush bolts with screws and strikes.

Norton PT24SOL 24 Volt Solenoid Assembly

If your Norton or Yale PowerTrack Door Closer is not holding the door open, this is usually the problem. To trouble shoot, first make sure you have voltage going to the solenoid. If you have voltage going in, and the door is still closing, then your solenoid is burned out. The solenoid is under constant voltage, so they do not last forever. The assembly measures 6-1/2" long by 1-1/8" wide with a height of 3/4". We sometime find the number F98024SH.1315 24 VDC on the solenoid.

The Jackson 201129 Track is used with the offset arms of the 20330 Door Closer.  The track measures 1/2 inch thick by 1-9/32 inches wide by 12-7/8 inches long. We can no longer get just the track.  This item will now include the arm.
