The Norton Door Closer Parallel Arm Bracket is the bracket shipped with the Norton 1600, 7500, 8301, 8501 and 9300 series closers.  This bracket is also used by Yale on there 2300, 50, 3301, 3501 and 4400 door closers.  The factory part number on this is 1618A for Norton and 289A for Yale.

The Push Bar W/Offset Grip 422X39 is usually found aluminum framed glass store front doors.  It is constructed of 1" diameter solid aluminum, brass, bronze or stainless steel, depending on the finish.  The handle or grip will have either a 8", 10", 12" or 18" center to center screw spacing.  The push bar center to center length is determined by you, we can do any reasonable size.  Establish the center to center dimension by subtracting the width of one stile from the width of the door. On solid doors, subtract 5" from the width of the door.  All the fasteners are included, and are determined by the material your door is made of (wood or metal).   Please allow 3-4 weeks on the Dark Bronze and Aluminum, and 2 weeks on the other finishes.

The International Door Closer Arm and Track 3020-VO is for offset top arm assemblies, with the track mortised in the top of the door.  This track and arm are for the 7/8" depth of top rail application.  Track measures 12-5/8" long by 1/2" high by 1-1/4" wide.  For use with the 2000, 3000 and 5000 series concealed closers.

The Command Access VLP-KIT is a replacement for end of Life Solenoid powered Von Duprin exits. The VLPKIT is a field installable solenoid latch pullback baserail for 36 inch Von Duprin 33/35 and 98/99 series devices.

The Door Push Plate 70 is our thickest plate we offer.  The plate is 1/8" thick, and is aluminum, brass, stainless steel, or bronze depending on the finish.  All 4 edges are beveled.  We offer this plate in many sizes, and it ships with matching mounting screws.

LCN Sentronic Door Closer Arm - 4010SE-3077T

This arm will only work on the 4010SE. If you have another LCN Sentronic Model, we can order the arm you need. For us to do that we would need to know which model you have (4110SE, 4010SE, ect..) and the hand of the door, see diagram. This arm is for a discontinued LCN Door Closer. We can not allow returns, each arm is specail ordered.

The arm shown in the picture is a 4040SE arm, the 4010SE arm is the same, but the shaft hole is an oval.

The International Door Closer Arm 3010-K is for end loading top arm assembly (5/8" depth top rail). All screws included with package.  This arm is for center hung concealed closer applications.   For use with the 2000, 3000 and 5000 series International Door Closers.

This is the New Style International Door Closer 522 Hold Open Fore Arm. In July of 2014, the old style was discontinued. Look under "More Views" to see the Old Style. Shown in Dark Bronze, ships with all components in the picture.

The F20 or GJF20 was a mainstay of Glynn-Johnson for years.  When the Glynn-Johnson door stop line merged with H.B. Ives it became the FS20.  This door stop has been discontinued from Ives, but we have been able find a large stock.   This Floor Mounted Door Stop also holds the door open, when in the latched position you can push the door and the holding latch will flip up and unlock thee holding clip.   It is constructed of cast bronze or brass and then plated to your desired finish.   This stop has a 2-1/2" long base that is 1-1/2" wide.  The overall height is 3-1/8" with a 2-5/16" floor to rubber stop centerline.    For use with door undercut up to 2-1/2".

The LCN 79 Door Closer Rod And Shoe  piece fits into the female part of all LCN Regular Arms. The old style had two concave set screws and a ball pressed into the rod. If the door over rotated the ball would pull out of the concave set screws. The new version has a pin holding the rod to the shoe which is designed to fail if the door is over rotated. This piece will work on the LCN 1260, 1460, 4010, 4020, 4030 and 4040 door closers with regular arms. Some of the really old models have multiple threaded holes, so you might have to drill a hole in the female tube. Part #'s 4040-79, 4040-79LR and 4040-79ELR. The 1260, 1460, 4010, or 4020 could replace the 4040 in those part numbers, they are the same.

Norton PT24SOL 24 Volt Solenoid Assembly

If your Norton or Yale PowerTrack Door Closer is not holding the door open, this is usually the problem. To trouble shoot, first make sure you have voltage going to the solenoid. If you have voltage going in, and the door is still closing, then your solenoid is burned out. The solenoid is under constant voltage, so they do not last forever. The assembly measures 6-1/2" long by 1-1/8" wide with a height of 3/4". We sometime find the number F98024SH.1315 24 VDC on the solenoid.

With the Handicap Door Pull 18 you are able to get a closed fist behind the pull, which makes it a great ADA Door Pull. Shipped with screws. The SEM7840 LCN Electro Magnetic Door Holder features a metal die cast housing that is surface wall mounted. Tri-voltage design works with 12, 24 or 120 volts, with 35 lbs. of holding force. The magnet housing measures 2-13/16" wide by 4-5/8" high. The armature (door mount part) is 1-11/16" wide by 2-3/8" high with a 1-7/8" diameter. The armature projects out 1-5/8". The total projection of both pieces is 2-5/8". The Polished Stainless Steel Door Kick Plate is 16 gauge, or .050″ thick. Stainless steel offers one of the best material for commercial applications. They are very hard, and do not dent easily. The also offer the best corrosion resistances out there.  We often have people looking for Brushed Chrome or Polished Chrome, but the appearance of the two finishes next to each other is very difficult to tell which is which. Also a brushed chrome or polished chrome kick plate would be a brass plate which is then chrome plated and brushed or polished depending on the plate. Brass is a soft metal that dents easily, and also does not offer the corrosion resistance that stainless steel does. Since stainless steel is stable in any environment, they do not have to clear coat the plate.

Kick Plates can be mounted by screws, two way tape, and they can be glued to the door. Our plates come standard with screw mounting. The manufacture sends #6 x 5/8″ Oval Phillips Undercut Stainless Steel screws.  The number of holes on the screw mounted plates is determined by an industry wide standardize template. A height between 6-10″ will have 10 holes for plates up to 33″ and 12 holes for plates between 33 and 40″.

You can order these plates with tape mounting, but on larger plates and especially plates with a stainless steel base metal, it is not recommended. Stainless Steel plates are too heavy and they most likely will not stick. We can also ship them with no holes, if you want to drill your own holes. This is fine on the Brass and Aluminum base metals, but again Stainless Steel is very hard and a drill press would be recommended. You can glue them on, I would recommend liquid nails, and come C Clamps with the door on saw horses.

The LCN Door Closer 4041XP-Hw/PA is the 4040XP, eXtra Protection closer with the 4040XP-3049 Hold Open Arm.  You get the same performance of one of the most revered closers with the functionality of the friction hold open arm.   The cylinder features cast iron construction, forged steel arm, double heat treated steel pinion, non-handed, LCN® “Green Dial” spring force indicator, Peel-n-Stick templates, UL and cUL Listed, 3⁄4″ journal diameter pinion, full compliment bearing, and tested and certified under ANSI standard A156.4, Grade 1.  With this package you have the flexibility to mount the closer on a left, right, push, pull or top jamb mount.  The hold open point is adjustable by loosening or tightening the hold open nut on the arm.

Floor Door Stop / Holder FS41

This floor mounted door holder has been around since the 1960's. It used to go by the name Glynn Johnson GJF41A or F41A, and was brought over to the H.B. Ives line in the 1990's and now goes by the part # FS41. Many schools and hospitals have this door holder in use today. It features: Automatic door holders ideal for heavy-traffic situations that require a simple, fool-proof, Hold-Open device. Forged from brass. Unit is activated automatically when door is opened. A firm pull on door releases the mechanism. Strikes accommodate different door to floor clearances. Model numbers are determined by strike/door-to-floor clearances. 4" Kickdown Door Holder FS544

The H.B. Ives FS544 Kick Down Door Holder has been a staple in schools for many years due to its heavy duty construction and inexpensive price.  This is one of our most popular Kickdown Door Holder/Stop for the past 35 years.  It is constructed of durable cast iron, which has great strength characteristics.  The shoe is made of a non-marring rubber, which is replaceable.  The shoe is also held in place with a screw, which makes it a great option in schools and area of high vandalism.  This holder will work on door to floor clearances of 2" or less.  The hole spacing is 7/8" x 1-9/16".

LCN 4630 Low Energy Door Closer

The Clear Plastic Corner Guards 312 are a good way to protect corners from hand carts and dollies.  If the area has a lot of traffic, like a warehouse, I would recommend the 310 or 311 which are made of metal. The are 2" by 2" and are usually 48" long, but we can do custom sizes.  They are constructed of .120" thick clear polycarbonate plastic.  Screws are included for mounting.

The Panic Hex Key 3/16" is used on some of the Corbin Russwin panic hardware.  The key measure 3/16" hex by 2-1/4" long.  At this point we do not know of any other manufacture that uses this size key.  Also known as Hex Key, Dog Key, Allen Key, Dogging Key.
