The SEM7840 LCN Electro Magnetic Door Holder features a metal die cast housing that is surface wall mounted. Tri-voltage design works with 12, 24 or 120 volts, with 35 lbs. of holding force. The magnet housing measures 2-13/16" wide by 4-5/8" high. The armature (door mount part) is 1-11/16" wide by 2-3/8" high with a 1-7/8" diameter. The armature projects out 1-5/8". This floor mounted door holder has been around since the 1960's. It used to go by the name Glynn Johnson GJF41A or F41A, and was brought over to the H.B. Ives line in the 1990's and now goes by the part # FS41. Many schools and hospitals have this door holder in use today. It features: Automatic door holders ideal for heavy-traffic situations that require a simple, fool-proof, Hold-Open device. Forged from brass. Unit is activated automatically when door is opened. A firm pull on door releases the mechanism. Strikes accommodate different door to floor clearances. Model numbers are determined by strike/door-to-floor clearances. Holder position on door is adjustable.

The Ives Wall Door Stop / Holder WS40 is a door holder that has some history.  We see this product in many schools, hospitals and churches that were built in the 50's, 60's and 70's.   The WS40 was originally made and designed by Glynn-Johnson out of Chicago, Illinois, and was called the W40 or GJW40.   H.B. Ives purchased Glynn-Johnson in 1990's and mergered this product into there offering, and changed the part # to WS40.  The holder is made of cast brass or bronze and plated to your desired finish.  The holding mechanism has a rubber bumper inside it to act as a door stop, and a brass spring loaded roller to act as a holder.   The product ships with a universal screw package to mount on all types of walls.   For the best results with this stop/holder the door and wall should be about 3-1/2" apart in the open position.

The LCN Door Closer 4041XP-Hw/PA is the 4040XP, eXtra Protection closer with the 4040XP-3049 Hold Open Arm.  You get the same performance of one of the most revered closers with the functionality of the friction hold open arm.   The cylinder features cast iron construction, forged steel arm, double heat treated steel pinion, non-handed, LCN® “Green Dial” spring force indicator, Peel-n-Stick templates, UL and cUL Listed, 3⁄4″ journal diameter pinion, full compliment bearing, and tested and certified under ANSI standard A156.4, Grade 1.  With this package you have the flexibility to mount the closer on a left, right, push, pull or top jamb mount.  The hold open point is adjustable by loosening or tightening the hold open nut on the arm.

The armature projects out 2-5/8". Available in an aluminum or dark bronze color.  Armature extensions are available, along with replacement covers, magnets, and armatures.

The Offset 60 degree Door Pull is available in 8, 10 and 12 inch centers. The handle is constructed of 1 inch solid material, with the base metal determined by the finish (color). It features 1-1/8 clearance, 2-1/8 projection and has a 2 inch offset. The fasteners are 5/16-18 thru bolts with a finish washer. Please specify the door thickness when ordering.

The Door Pull Handle 14 has 5-1/2" centers on the mounting screws. And has a 2" diameter base. It features a 2-1/4" projection with a 1-1/2" clearance. Also known as a Door Handle or Door Grip. The handle ships with thru bolts and finish washers.

Floor Door Stop / Holder 536

The Stop and Holder 536 is considered a manual door holder.   It is a manual door holder because you have to physically bend over and hook and unhook the holder.  This holder is constructed cast brass or cast bronze and then plated to your desired finish.  The stop measures 2-1/2" in diameter and 3-7/8" overall height, with a center line height of 2-1/2" from the base to the center of the rubber stop.  It ships with all of the fasteners.

Double Door Latch -- Rests firmly against the center post. Shown with optional lock. Lock just prevents theft.

The Door Pull 26 is made of 1" round stock in either solid, aluminum, brass or stainless steel. The handle has a projection of 2-3/4", and clearance of 1-3/4". The Norton Door Closer 7701-13 Hold Open Loop Assembly is usually the part that breaks on the Norton 1600, 9300, 8301, 8501 and 7500 Hold Open Door Closers.  The cast iron piece attached to the disk is where they usually break.  This part has had a few part numbers over the years, for Norton it has been known as the 1620-13 and 7701-13, and for Yale the 400-13.

The Door Pull Handle 16 has an overall length of 7-1/2". The base diameters are 2" with three holes each. The handle projects out 2-1/4" and has a clearance of 1-1/2". Also known as a Door Grip or Door Handle. This handle ships with 6 wood/sheet metal screws.

The International Door Closer 3010-S Side Load Arm is used with the 200, 300 and 500 Series Concealed Overhead Door Closer for Center Hung Doors.   The arm is constructed of cast iron and measures 10" long, and 7/16" thick.   The package includes all the mounting screws.

Door Finger Protector - Exterior Push Side

This model is specifically designed for exterior doors on the push side of the door. This patented Finger-Gard product is designed for both exterior and interior doors and thus will operator in very cold and very hot tempetures. Flexible to minus 40 degrees. They are made of a special rubber that is resistant to harsh sunlight. They will allow the door to swing up to 180 degrees. This product is available in Brown or White, 78" or 83" lenghts

Our part # on this is GFG5 for the 78" length, and GFG5+ for the 83" length.

The Ives Wall Door Stop / Holder WS45 was introduced about 50 years ago as the Glynn-Johnson W45A or GJW45A.  When they were purchased by H.B. Ives, it became the WS45.  They are constructed of cast Brass or Bronze and then plated to the desired finish.  This door stop is unique because the wall does not have to be parallel to the door for it to latch and hold the door open.  Spring loaded roller rides up the face of the strike, seating itself on the strike, holding the door firmly in the open position.  A heavy rubber pad cushions the shock and absorbs the sound.  With unit mounted on door and the strike on wall, vertical adjustment is available on body.  The strike is adjustable 45 degrees left or right, both adjustments easily accomplished at time of installation or at a later date.  WS45 strike is furnished with wood screws for drywall mounting.

The Plunger Door Holder / Stop DH6000 is one of the most common plunger style door stops we offer.   They are constructed of a cast zinc alloy that is then electro statically painted to either an aluminum or dark brown color.   It features a non marring rubber tip that is replaceable, and we keep in stock.  The body measures approximately 7" long and is 1-5/8" wide.  The throw on this stop is 1-1/8".  These are sometimes called pop-up or push down door stops.  This product ships with the mounting screws.

The Ives Wall Door Stop / Holder WS20 is another door holder from Glynn-Johnson.  The Chicago based manufacture made these for 40 plus years.  When they were purchased from H.B Ives and merged into there line they became the WS20.  This holder is constructed of cast brass and then plated to your desired finish.  The hinged holding clip can be released by a gentle pushing on the door, which causes the clip to flip up and release the door.  The piece ships with wood screws and anchors.

4" Kickdown Door Holder FS455

The H.B. Ives FS455 is what people think about when they say Kick Down Door Stop.  This design has been around for almost 50 years and is try and true.   Durable and ascetically pleasing to look at.  This door holder features a simple hold and release, activated with a touch of the foot.  They are constructed of cast brass or aluminum depending on the finish that you are looking for.  The rubber tip is a non-marring and is corrugated on the bottom so it will not slide on the floor, and is easily replaceable, look under related products for the replacement shoe.  This holder is for door to floor clearances of less than 2".  This is an ideal door holder for the home, office, church or school.

The Door Sweep 1-9/16" Long Brush is one of the longest brush sweeps we offer.  The brush is 1-9/16" long, with the mounting strip being 1-3/16".  The mounting strip is constructed of extruded aluminum, and the holes are slotted for adjustment.  The mounting screws, which are #6 x 3/4" stainless steel sheet metal screws are included.  This product is easily cut down in the field.
