The SEM7840 LCN Electro Magnetic Door Holder features a metal die cast housing that is surface wall mounted. Tri-voltage design works with 12, 24 or 120 volts, with 35 lbs. of holding force. This floor mounted door holder has been around since the 1960's. It used to go by the name Glynn Johnson GJF41A or F41A, and was brought over to the H.B. Ives line in the 1990's and now goes by the part # FS41. Many schools and hospitals have this door holder in use today. It features: Automatic door holders ideal for heavy-traffic situations that require a simple, fool-proof, Hold-Open device. Forged from brass. Unit is activated automatically when door is opened. A firm pull on door releases the mechanism. Strikes accommodate different door to floor clearances. Model numbers are determined by strike/door-to-floor clearances. Holder position on door is adjustable.

The armature projects out 2-5/8". Available in an aluminum or dark bronze color.  Armature extensions are available, along with replacement covers, magnets, and armatures.

The Door Pull Handle 14 has 5-1/2" centers on the mounting screws. And has a 2" diameter base. It features a 2-1/4" projection with a 1-1/2" clearance. Also known as a Door Handle or Door Grip. The handle ships with thru bolts and finish washers.

Floor Door Stop Dome 1-3/8" FS438

We ship the H.B. Ives FS438 Floor Dome Stop, another product made by Ives that has been around for 50 plus years.  Take a walk around a school made in the 1960's and you will probably find this door stop, or the hole were it used to be.  This Dome Stop is used on doors without thresholds that have a bottom of the door to floor clearance of less than 5/8".  The are constructed of cast aluminum or cast bronze depending on the finish you are looking for.  The rubber stop is non-marring and replaceable.  The stop has a base that is 1-3/4" x 2" oval, an overall height of 1-3/8" and a base height of 9/16".

Ives FB458 Metal Door Flush Bolt

The Ives FB458 is a UL Listed Flush Bolt for use on Fire Doors. The face plate measures 1" wide by 6-3/4" long with a depth of 1-1/8". Hole spacing is 1/2 inch by 6-1/4 inches on centers. The bolt has a 3/4" throw and is 1/2" diameter. This Flush Bolt is available in Polished Brass, Oil Rubbed Bronze (dark brown) and Brushed Chrome. We try to stock the 12" rods, which are standard, but we can also get 18", 24", 36" and 48"

The Norton Door Closer 7701-13 Hold Open Loop Assembly is usually the part that breaks on the Norton 1600, 9300, 8301, 8501 and 7500 Hold Open Door Closers.  The cast iron piece attached to the disk is where they usually break.  This part has had a few part numbers over the years, for Norton it has been known as the 1620-13 and 7701-13, and for Yale the 400-13.

The International Door Closer 3010-S Side Load Arm is used with the 200, 300 and 500 Series Concealed Overhead Door Closer for Center Hung Doors.   The arm is constructed of cast iron and measures 10" long, and 7/16" thick.   The package includes all the mounting screws.

The LCN 4040SE-3077T Sentronic Door Closer Arm is only for use with the 4040SE. If you have another LCN Sentronic Model, we can special order the arm you need. For us to do that we would need to know which model you have (4110SE, 4010SE, ect..) and the hand of the door.

The Offset 60 degree Door Pull is available in 8, 10 and 12 inch centers. The handle is constructed of 1 inch solid material, with the base metal determined by the finish (color). It features 1-1/8 clearance, 2-1/8 projection and has a 2 inch offset. The fasteners are 5/16-18 thru bolts with a finish washer. Please specify the door thickness when ordering.

International Door Closer T1 Push Pull Mounting Screw is used PH-4000, PB-2000, and PP-2000.  The screw measures 2-9/16 inches long, with a 3/8 inch diameter and 18 threads per inch.

This model is specifically designed for exterior doors on the push side of the door. The Ives Wall Door Stop / Holder WS20 is another door holder from Glynn-Johnson.  The Chicago based manufacture made these for 40 plus years.  When they were purchased from H.B Ives and merged into there line they became the WS20.  This holder is constructed of cast brass and then plated to your desired finish.  The hinged holding clip can be released by a gentle pushing on the door, which causes the clip to flip up and release the door.  The piece ships with wood screws and anchors.

4" Kickdown Door Holder FS455

Ives FS455 is what people think about when they say Kick Down Door Stop.  This design has been around for almost 50 years and is try and true.   Durable and ascetically pleasing to look at.  This door holder features a simple hold and release, activated with a touch of the foot.  They are constructed of cast brass or aluminum depending on the finish that you are looking for.  The rubber tip is a non-marring and is corrugated on the bottom so it will not slide on the floor, and is easily replaceable, look under related products for the replacement shoe.  This holder is for door to floor clearances of less than 2".  This is an ideal door holder for the home, office, church or school.

Floor Door Stop / Holder 536

The Stop and Holder 536 is considered a manual door holder.   It is a manual door holder because you have to physically bend over and hook and unhook the holder.  This holder is constructed cast brass or cast bronze and then plated to your desired finish.  The stop measures 2-1/2" in diameter and 3-7/8" overall height, with a center line height of 2-1/2" from the base to the center of the rubber stop.  It ships with all of the fasteners.

The Stainless Steel Engraved Push Plate is newer to our product line, but has been a very good seller.  This plate is constructed of 16 gauge (.050") thick stainless steel, and comes in two different sizes, the 3-1/2" x 15", and the 4" x 16".  The black engraved "PUSH" is 3/4" tall.  We can only get this is stainless steel at this time, and the mounting screws are included.

Sargent 1130 Door Closer

The Sargent 1130 door closer is a non handed universal door closer. It can be mounted on the left, right, push, pull or top jamb. The hole spacing on this door closer is 3/4" x 9-1/16". We ship the Sargent 1131-RU model.

With the Handicap Door Pull 19 you are able to get a closed fist behind the pull, which makes it a great ADA Door Pull.
