International 7300 Rim Device

Modern flat touch bar Rim Panic exit device. This series offers durability, safety and meets the security demand and access control needs of today. Series 7300 Rim Panic exit devices are used with Narrow, Medium and Wide aluminum door and Hollow Metal and Wood Door applications. Series 7300 is non-handed, Field Reversible for LHRB or RHRB doors. Gravity Door Coordinator

The Ives COR7G has been around for at least 50 years.   In the old days before electrically activated door closers fire doors would have fusible link armed door closers.  When the lnk melted, the door closed, and if there was not a mullion between door, they would use this style of door coordinator so the door with the astragal would close first.

When active door is open, coordinator prevents active door from closing until inactive door bypasses. Closing of inactive door causes strike plate on top of door to contact cam and lift arm, allowing active door to close. As inactive door continues closing, roller rides over strike plate on to door bracket, holding arm above active door.
Non-handed.

Gravity action arm and door bracket are adjustable on the job for ease of installation. Rubber roller provides quiet and efficient operation, and helps protect the astragal and doors from damage. Nylon roller on short arm glides smoothly over door bracket and strike, ensuring silent operation. Made of forged brass.
COR7G-26D for use on pairs of doors with astragal on active door up to 4' or with astragal on inactive door up to 3'4" or with astragal on both doors up to 2'10" Brushed Chrome Finish.

The Yale Door Closer 3501 is constructed of a cast aluminum alloy.  It is considered a Grade 1 Closer, which is the highest grade possible.  The closer features an adjustable spring tension, and separate closing, latching and back check intensity valves.  The full plastic cover is standard on this closer.  This door closer replaces the older 3501BF closers. The new version is Barrier Free Complaint.  The hole spacing is 3/4" x 12", the cylinder is sometimes cast 20-3301-1001 on the back of the cast aluminum cylinder.  This closer ships with all of the mounting hardware and parallel arm bracket.

The offset door pull 44 is 5 inches by 12 inches.  It offers a 2 inch clearance with a 2-1/8 inch projection.  The mounting holes are 10 inches on centers.  The base block is 1 inch by 12 inches.

5" Kickdown Door Holder FS555

The H.B. Ives FS555 Kick Down Door Holder has been a staple in schools for many years due to its heavy duty construction and inexpensive price.  It is constructed of durable cast iron, which has great strength characteristics.  The shoe is made of a non-marring rubber, which is replaceable.  The shoe is also held in place with a screw, which makes it a great option in schools and area of high vandalism.  This holder will work on door to floor clearances of 3" or less.  The hole spacing is 7/8" x 1-9/16".

Kickdown Door Holder Rubber Shoe For The GJ6A

This shoe is for replacement of the 4" Kick Down Door Holder Deluxe, made by Grand Specialties.

The shoe has a 9/16" wide slot, included the screw.

The BB83 Full Surface 4-1/2” Door Hinge is a specialty hinge.  The hinge fastens to the face of the door and the face or the door frame.  These are five knuckle, two bearing with square edges.  They are constructed of 10 gauge (.134”) steel that is then plated to the desired finish.  We ship in boxes of 3 hinges with the wood and machine screw.

The International Door Closer 5001P Series Adjustable Spring Power is a great closer to use as a replacement for the many 3/4" by 12" mounting holed closers.  This door closer is fully adjustable with sweep, latching and back check adjustments, a long with an adjustable spring tensoin control.  This closer can be adjusted to less then 8-1/2" pounds of resistance to meet ADA standards.  You can install this closer on the push, pull or top jamb, we ship the regular arm and a parallel arm bracket.  This closer has the same mounting holes as the Norton 8000 and Yale 3000 door closers.

The Offset 60 degree Door Pull is available in 12 and 18 inch centers. The handle is constructed of 1-1/4 inch solid material, with the base metal determined by the finish (color). It features 1-1/2 clearance, 2-3/4 projection and has a 3-1/2 inch offset. The fasteners are 5/16-18 thru bolts with a finish washer. Please specify the door thickness when ordering.

The Barracuda DSI is designed for In Swinging 36" Doors.  The user places the deive on the floor and slides the metal plates under the door.   Then pushing outward on the handles engages the plates to the exterior door jamb.   Then you simply install the locking pin to barracade the door.   The device is manufactured of heavy-duty steel that is then coated in a durable powder coat paint.   It will work on just about any door and comes in 6 different versions depending on your jamb width.   It is lightweight and comes with a storage mounting rack, along with all the the needed hardware for installation.

The Ives Plunger Door Holder / Stop FS1154 has been around for about 50 years.  Before the 1990's is was known as the Glynn-Johnson 1154, and when they were merged in the H.B. Ives line, the part number was changed to FS1154.  This product is constructed of cast brass or bronze that is then plated to the desired finish.  Plunger and internal parts are plated steel and provide a 1-1/4" throw for all types of doors.  Plunger is easily activated with minimal pressure, releasing instantly with a light tap on the platform lever.  The shoe is non-marring rubber that is securely fastened with a screw in flanged cup to prevent movement or loss, and when worn, shoes are easily replaced and are kept in stock as the GJ1154.  These are sometimes called pop-up or push down stops.  Ships with matching finish mounting screws.

This Barn Door Pull Set features back to back handles that are thru-bolt mounted for a hassle-free setup.  The Grip is 6 inches on centers and is constructed of 3/4 inch round stock, and projects out 2-3/8 inch. The flush pull face dimensions are 2-1/2 by 7 inches. The mortise size of the flush pull are 2 x 7/8 deep x 1/4 inch.

The Corbin Russwin Regular Arm Parallel Bracket is the standard bracket shipped by them for the past 40 years.  This replacement bracket will work on the older Corbin 100, 110, and 120's, and the Russwin 2800, 2810 and 2820's.  Along with the DC3210 and DC6210 Door Closers.  This bracket is required if your are going to use a parallel arm mounting, which is when you have the closer mounted on the door, on the push side of the door.  Corbin Russwin part # 188F41-8.

The Plunger Type Door Holder / Stop 583 is constructed of solid cast brass, that is then plated to the desired finish.  It measures 5-3/8" by 2-1/4" base with a 1-1/4" projection.   The throw is 1-1/4".   These are sometimes called pop-up or push down stops.   This piece will ship with matching finish mounting screws.

5" Kickdown Door Holder FS452

The H.B. Ives FS452 is another classic kick down door stop.  It features a simple hold and release, activated with a touch of the foot, and is constructed of cast bronze or brass depending on the finish you are ordering.  A simple stainless steel spring clip holds the stop in the up position.  The non-marring rubber shoe is replaceable, and they have a corrugated bottom to prevent sliding on the floor and a secure grip.  This stop is shipped with matching finish sheet metal screws.   The 5" model is for door to floor clearances of 3" or less.  The hole spacing is 19/32" by 1-47/64".

Another feature is their well constructed shoe can be adjusted down as the rubber wears making the holder last way longer than their competitors. Another use for them is as a door floor lock if mounted on the other side of the door. Once kicked down there's no entry possible unless you slide a flat item under the door to lift the door holder leg out of the way and push the door open. The 591 manual flush bolt is for wood doors and is UL listed. It is constructed of solid brass. The face plate is 1 x 6-3/4 inches. The mortised body is 6 inches high by 1-3/8 deep by 1 inch thick. The screw spacing is 1/2 by 6-1/4 inches on centers.

The Sargent Door Closer Hold Open Arm 25-H is known as a Friction Hold Open Arm.   As the arm rotates it tightens the two plates together until they can not turn any more, and holding the door open.  To close you just pull the door and it will "unscrew".   The hold open position is adjustable by tightening or loosening the larger nut.

This Hager Door Closer is a Grade 2 closer.  The hole spacing is 3/4" x 9-1/16" center to center.  The closer comes with the ability to go left or right, push, pull or top jamb mounting.

The Norton Door Closer 7700 Series Power Track combine the functions of a single point electromechanical door holder with the proven reliability of a 7700 Series Door Closer. The track assembly contains an arm slide and solenoid operated hold open mechanism and is available with or without an integral smoke detector. The closer is mounted on the door. The Power Track and hook-up box are mounted to the frame face for pull side installations or the frame soffit for push side installations.
Two versions, the Master Unit (PTDO) and the Support Unit (PTO). The PTDO has an integral smoke detector. The PTO can be plugged into the PTDO or into your existing fire alarm system. Both units can be mount pull side of the closed door, or the push side, please specify when ordering. Specify voltage (24 volt or 120 volt) and color (aluminum or dark brown). Iver product line in the 1990's, and went by the 1153 part number.  This door stop is constructed in sturdy cast aluminum for years of service.  The spring operated plunger activates with minimal pressure, releasing instantly with a light tap on the plat-form lever.  The stop has a 1-5/8" throw or projection for all types of doors.  The ribbed non-marring rubber shoe is securely fastened to unit with a screw and is easily replaced when worn.  These are sometimes called pop-up or push down stops.  Ships with mounting screws.
