Von Duprin EL99 Panic Device Only
This is the same trusted Von Duprin 99 with Electric Latch Retraction, also known as EL.
The EL feature allows for the remote unlatching of exit devices. A control station operator can flip a switch to retract the latch bolt and immediately change an exit door to push-pull operation. A powerful, continuous duty solenoid retracts the latch bolt, either for momentary unlatching, or for extended periods of time. The EL feature is an alternative to manual dogging.
EL devices are also useful with automatic door operators, and may be applied to fire-rated applications when under the control of an automatic fire alarm system.
UL approved for Class II circuit applications.
The EL option does not include the power transfer from door to frame, the power supply, or the control operator. Refer to EPT-2 power transfer and the PS914 power supply.
The PS914 with the 9002RS option card is the minimum option card required. Other option cards available for other functions, see PS914 power supply for additional information.
Ships with all the mounting screws and the 299 Strike.

The Dorma 8832 Top Arm with Channel for RTS88 is for use on Double and Single Acting Doors. We usually find this arm on wood doors. This arm is 10-5/8" long by 1-1/2" wide at the widest point, and is 5/8" thick. It is the standard arm in the RST04, RST05 and RST06 packages.

The Von Duprin 98 Rim Panic device has been around since the late 1970's and has gone through a couple of improvements. One of the great things about the 98 is the availability of replacement parts. Even when the device is upgraded, the upgraded parts will work with the older versions that can be close to 40 years old. This device is for all types of single and double doors with mullions. The device is UL Listed for Panic Exit Hardware and is considered Grade 1, the heaviest duty rating possible. The Von Duprin 98 device has a smooth mechanism case and the Von Duprin 99 device has a grooved case. The rim device is non-handed, meaning it will work on Left and Right hand doors. Ships with all the mounting screws and the 299 Strike.

The new Series 2670 Exit Alarm Lock provides secure protection through a large stainless steel deadbolt, which is 2" x 1/2" (51mm x 13mm) and has over a 3/4" (19mm) throw. The Jackson Panic Device Mounting Stud is for use on the 1085 and 1095 panic hardware. Each door would have 2 on the left and 2 on the right, so a total of 4 studs per door. The housings fit over these studs and are held in place by an 1/8" set screw, there are two of these set screws at the top and one on the bottom. The Von Duprin 99 Cover Plate 050114 is for use on the 33A, 35A, 98 and 99 devices. Covers the dogging assembly on the hinge side of the door. The usually fall off when the End Cap is not on the exit device. Von Duprin is only shipping a 20-1/2" cover plate now, which will work on 3' and 4' doors, you will have to cut more off if you have a 3' device with a hack saw or chop saw.

The Von Duprin 050534 EL Potted Circuit Breaker measures 5" long by 1-1/4" wide and 7/16" thick including the wires. This piece spikes the current to the solenoid to open the door, then lowers the current to keep the device open. The 050534 has a plug for the two wire input, and a plug for the 3 wire output. This Potted Circuit Breaker is also used on the Doromatic/Falcon Exit Devices, EL1490, EL1590, EL1690, EL1790, and EL2390. We sometimes find the number 101031-00 and 2148 on a sticker.

The Door Pull Offset #39 Handle is constructed of either solid aluminum, brass or stainless steel. The handle is 1" diameter tubing with a 2-3/4" offset and 2-3/4" projection. This is the most common type of handle you use today. Just about every aluminum framed storefront door has a version of this handle. This handle is available in 8", 10", 12" and 18" centers on the mounting holes. The back to back mounting is for Metal or Wood Doors that are 1-3/4 thick. Included fastener is threaded into one of the handles, and the Stud End has fits into the inside handle and is held in place by a set screw on the handle.
Package includes two offset pull handles and fastening hardware. Shown in Polished Stainless Steel with 12 inch centers.
