The Norton Door Closer 7701-13 Hold Open Loop Assembly is usually the part that breaks on the Norton 1600, 9300, 8301, 8501 and 7500 Hold Open Door Closers.  The cast iron piece attached to the disk is where they usually break.  This part has had a few part numbers over the years, for Norton it has been known as the 1620-13 and 7701-13, and for Yale the 400-13.

The Dor-o-Matic Falcon Actuator Arm Bracket Assembly is used on the 1690 and 2390 devices.

The International Door Closer Main Arm 520 is a replacement arms used on the 640, 650, 850 and 880 series.  This arm is probably used on other International Closers also.  The arm measures 12" overall length, and fits a 7/16" square shaft.

The International Door Closer 3010-S Side Load Arm is used with the 200, 300 and 500 Series Concealed Overhead Door Closer for Center Hung Doors.   The arm is constructed of cast iron and measures 10" long, and 7/16" thick.   The package includes all the mounting screws.

The International Door Closer 8051-TP Series is an ideal replacement closer for just about any Store Front Door. We recommend this closer because it will fit any size door, and you can adjust the spring tension to make it easier for the elderly, smaller children and the handicapped. The International Door Closer 9001-TP Series is a relatively newer closer.  This closer features fully adjustable spring tension, closing and latching speeds and back check.  The narrow design allows for mounting on the top jamb of store front doors without a drop plate.  The closer is non handed, and can be mounted on the push, pull  or top jamb positions.  It meets all ADA requirements and is a Grade 1 closer, the heaviest rating possible.

The International Door Closer 44CI Adjustable Spring Power is one of there heaver duty closers.   It is designed to line up with the LCN 4040 hole spacing at more than half the price.  It features a rugged cast iron body with a forged steel arm.  It also uses all weather fluid, is non handed and is non sized, meaning you can adjust the door for any size door.  The door closer we are selling here come with a regular arm and parallel arm bracket, so the closer can be mounted on the left or right, push, pull or top jamp.  The closer has 4 adjustments, closing, latching, and back check valves, a long with a spring power adjustment.

The International Door Closer 526 Parallel Arm Bracket is one of two they offer.  This bracket us usually used with the Hold Open Arm 522, and is stronger than the 525 Parallel Arm bracket that ships with the closers.

Falcon Doromatic 1690, 1790, and 2390 replacement dogging assy. The dogging assembly is used to dog the door in the open position, so people can enter the building without having to unlatch the door for the inside or with a key on the outside.  The KIT.1197 comes complete with mounting screws.   Some of the earlier version where riveted into the rail, so you might need to drill out the rivets, the screws shipped with KIT.1197 have self tapping thread forming screws.

We can not allow returns, each arm is specail ordered.

The Cal Royal Products 900 Series Door Closer is a unique one, it is the only closer that has the 3/4" x 11-1/8" hole spacing.  We have seen a few versions of this closer, some have 6 mounting holes, and some have 4.  If your closer has a spacing of 11-1/8", and has 3 holes on each size, this is the only closer I know of that is like that.  The 900 Series is a Grade 1 closer, the heaviest duty rating possible.  The door closer has adjustable spring tension, closing, latching and back check valves and is Barrier Free rated.  The package comes with all of the  mounting screws and a parallel arm bracket, so it can be mounted on the left, right, push, pull or top jamb for mounting.

LCN Door Closer 4111 HCUSH Hold Open

Standard 4110 series closer shipped with HOLD OPEN CUSH N STOP arm, standard plastic cover, 4110-201 FIFTH SCREW SPACER and self reaming and tapping screws. Sized cylinders adjustable for interior doors to 5’0” and exterior doors to 4’0”. Non-sized cylinder adjustable for interior doors to 4’6” and exterior doors to 3’6”. Closer mounts parallel arm, specify right or left swinging door. 4111 cylinder meets ADA requirements. The cush hold open arm allows for a stop and hold open positions up to 110 degrees. "T" handle on arm will release door for closing, locking pin can be retracted for normal door closing operation.

Norton Door Closer Covers

Replacement Norton Door Closer Covers, made of impact resistance plastic.  Covers are available for the 1600, 7500, 8300, and 8500 Series Door Closers.

The Jackson Door Closer Offset Arm 20-1134LC is the arm and track assembly for the 20-330 concealed closer.  The arm measures 12-15/16" long with .919" offset, and the track measures 1/2" thick by 12-7/8" long by 1-9/32" wide.  The track includes the nylon slide, pin and retaining ring.

The International Door Closer 5001P Series Adjustable Spring Power is a great closer to use as a replacement for the many 3/4" by 12" mounting holed closers.  This door closer is fully adjustable with sweep, latching and back check adjustments, a long with an adjustable spring tensoin control.  This closer can be adjusted to less then 8-1/2" pounds of resistance to meet ADA standards.  You can install this closer on the push, pull or top jamb, we ship the regular arm and a parallel arm bracket.  This closer has the same mounting holes as the Norton 8000 and Yale 3000 door closers.

The Norton Door Closer 7700 Series Power Track combine the functions of a single point electromechanical door holder with the proven reliability of a 7700 Series Door Closer. The track assembly contains an arm slide and solenoid operated hold open mechanism and is available with or without an integral smoke detector. The closer is mounted on the door. The Power Track and hook-up box are mounted to the frame face for pull side installations or the frame soffit for push side installations.
Two versions, the Master Unit (PTDO) and the Support Unit (PTO). The PTDO has an integral smoke detector. The PTO can be plugged into the PTDO or into your existing fire alarm system. Both units can be mount pull side of the closed door, or the push side, please specify when ordering. Specify voltage (24 volt or 120 volt) and color (aluminum or dark brown). Dark Brown is a 3 week lead time, Aluminum is in stock.

The PTDO Master Unit is no longer available, they were discontinued in the 2024.

The concealed LCN Door Closer 2031 -2035 Pacer® is a heavy duty closer designed to fit in a narrow, minimum 1 3/4” aluminum transom.  It is considered an application specific closer, due to the cylinder spring sizing and handing.  The standard 2030 series closer shipped with standard arm, standard track, mounting/finish plate, and wood and machine screw pack.  Aluminum frame requires minimum 1 3/4”  x 4”  tube.

The LCN Door Closer 4111 HEDA Hold Open is known as the Smoothee, and is one of the heaviest duty door closers made, the HEDA stands for Hold Open Extra Duty Arm.  If you have a building were you have a high traffic and abusive, especially exterior doors, then this is the closer. The 4111 is an application specific closer, meaning it will only work when mounted on the door, on the push side. This is known as a parallel arm application. The cylinder is fully adjustable and will work on doors up to 56" exterior door, and can be adjust down to ADA required levels. We ship the 4111 HEDA model, which is a hold open arm on this page. The cylinder mounting holes are 2-1/2" by 6".

The LCN Door Closer 4011 is known as the Smoothee.  The door closer ships with regular arm, standard plastic cover, and self reaming and tapping screws.  This is considered an application specific closer, meaning you have to specify left and right swing door, and it can only be mounted as a regular armed closer.  A regular armed closer is a closer that is mounted on the pull side of the door.  The non sized clinder will work on doors from 30" to 60" interior doors, or 26" to 48" exterior doors, and can be adjusted to meet ADA specifications.  This door closer is ideal for areas of high traffic and abuse, like schools or any other areas of extreme use.  We ship the 4011 REG.

Norton PT24SOL 24 Volt Solenoid Assembly

If your Norton or Yale PowerTrack Door Closer is not holding the door open, this is usually the problem. To trouble shoot, first make sure you have voltage going to the solenoid. If you have voltage going in, and the door is still closing, then your solenoid is burned out. The solenoid is under constant voltage, so they do not last forever. The assembly measures 6-1/2" long by 1-1/8" wide with a height of 3/4". We sometime find the number F98024SH.1315 24 VDC on the solenoid.

The LCN 4040SE-3077T Sentronic Door Closer Arm is only for use with the 4040SE. If you have another LCN Sentronic Model, we can special order the arm you need. For us to do that we would need to know which model you have (4110SE, 4010SE, ect..) and the hand of the door.

The LCN Door Closer 4031 is shipped with forged regular arm, metal cover and wood/self-tapping machine screw pack. Non-sized (1-4) 4031 cylinder for exterior doors to 36” (914 mm) and interior doors to 48” (1219 mm). Closer mounts hinge side, top jamb, and parallel arm, on either right or left swinging doors. Closer meets ADA requirements.  The hole spacing on this closer will not match the 4030's that LCN produced up to 1997, that was a completely different door closer.

The LCN Door Closer 4021 FL is shipped with fusible link arm, standard plastic cover, and self reaming and tapping screws. This closer is designed to hold open fire doors, when the fusible link melts, it releases the hold open arm, so the door will close.  Sized cylinders for interior doors to 5’0” and exterior doors to 4’0”. Non-sized cylinder adjustable for interior doors to 4’6” and exterior doors to 3’6”. Included arm has a fusible link that melts at 120 degrees, allowing to door to close. Door can be closed any time with a gentle pull.  Closer mounts top jamb (push side), specify right or left swinging door. 4021 cylinder meets ADA requirements.
