The Von Duprin 22 End Cap Only 968601 is the end cap that goes on the hinge side of the door. When the cap breaks off the Dogging Cover Plate just slides off. The Corbin Russwin Hold Open Arm Parallel Bracket is the standard bracket shipped with the Hold Open Arm.  This replacement bracket will work on the older Corbin 100, 110, and 120's, and the Russwin 2800, 2810 and 2820's.  Along with the DC3210 and DC6210 Door Closers.  This bracket used by the hold open arm for parallel arm applications only.  Corbin Russwin part # 509F49.

The Lifetime Polished Brass Door Kick Plate has a 16 gauge (.050″ thick) base metal, that is then plated with a artificial brass finish that is then polished. The process is called Poly Vapor Deposition or PVD, which is why we hear the name Lifetime Polished Brass Kick Plate PVD. Because the finish is an artificial brass, it does not have to be clear coated, so it will never tarnish. The Lifetime Polished Brass finish cost the same as the Solid Brass Polished Kick Plates.

Our plates come standard with screw mounting. The manufacture sends #6 x 5/8″ Oval Phillips Undercut brass screws. The number of holes on the screw mounted plates is determined by an industry wide standardize template. A height between 6-10″ will have 10 holes for plates up to 33″ and 12 holes for plates between 33 and 40″.   You can order these plates with tape mounting, but on larger plates, it is not recommended, the plates are too heavy and they most likely will not stick. We can also ship them with no holes, if you want to drill your own holes, but they are made of Stainless Steel, which is a tough metal to drill. You can glue them on, I would recommend liquid nails, and come C Clamps with the door on saw horses.

The ALREX hinge is a full function hydraulic door closer hinge. It contains all the features of a door closer, closing and latching speed control, power adjustment, and optional hold open feature. They are available in 4, 4.5 and 5 inch (leaf height), and are currently available in Stainless and Black finishes.

Doromatic Door Closer Hold Open Arm. Includes everything is the image. Can be used to convert you regular non hold arm to a Hold Open Door Closer. Arm holds the door open when door is rotated open. The hold open postion is adjustable. This is the hold open arm for the SC61 Hw/PA, SC71 Hw/PA, and the SC81 Hw/PA.

The LCN Door Closer Hold Open Arm 3049 has an adjustable nut that allows the door closer arm to lock when they reach a pre select position.  This arm can be used on most LCN Door Closers because the Hold Open function is in the arm.   If you have a regular armed LCN Closer currently, you can use this arm to make them have the Hold Open function.  Two words of warning, they can not be used on an interior fire rated door, and Hold Open arms usually break.   The manufactures sell more door closers with regular arms, but we tend to sell more Hold Open arms, meaning they wear out or break a lot easier then Regular Arms.

Not all of the LCN closers have the same shape spindle on the door closer cylinder. The LCN Part #'s on this Regular Arm is: 1260-3049 (non handed), 1460-3049 (non handed), 4010-3049 (handed), 4020-3049 (handed), 4040-3049 (non handed).   The fitting for the 4040 is a six sided, the 4010, 4020 and 4110 have a flat sided oval, and the 1260 and 1460 have an eight sided star.

The Norton Door Closer 7700 Series Power Track combine the functions of a single point electromechanical door holder with the proven reliability of a 7700 Series Door Closer. The track assembly contains an arm slide and solenoid operated hold open mechanism and is available with or without an integral smoke detector. The closer is mounted on the door. The Power Track and hook-up box are mounted to the frame face for pull side installations or the frame soffit for push side installations.
Two versions, the Master Unit (PTDO) and the Support Unit (PTO). The PTDO has an integral smoke detector. The PTO can be plugged into the PTDO or into your existing fire alarm system. Both units can be mount pull side of the closed door, or the push side, please specify when ordering. Specify voltage (24 volt or 120 volt) and color (aluminum or dark brown). Dark Brown is a 3 week lead time, Aluminum is in stock.

The PTDO Master Unit is no longer available, they were discontinued in the 2024.

The Norton Door Closer 7701-13 Hold Open Loop Assembly is usually the part that breaks on the Norton 1600, 9300, 8301, 8501 and 7500 Hold Open Door Closers.  The cast iron piece attached to the disk is where they usually break.  This part has had a few part numbers over the years, for Norton it has been known as the 1620-13 and 7701-13, and for Yale the 400-13.

Solid brass kick plate, polished to mirror finish.  We can no longer get the solid brass plates, the lifetime polished brass will be shipped in its place.

The standard Polished Brass Door Kick Plate is a solid brass kick plate that is polished and then clear coated to prevent oxidation. These plates are 16 gauge or .050″ thick. A draw back of the Polished Brass Plates is oxidation. If the plate becomes scratched or dented, there is a good probability that the clear coat delaminates and moist could get under the surface. When this happens, the plate will tarnish. The brass base material is softer, so the chances of them becoming scratched or dented in commercial applications is pretty high.

Our plates come standard with screw mounting. The manufacture sends #6 x 5/8″ Oval Phillips Undercut brass screws. The number of holes on the screw mounted plates is determined by an industry wide standardize template. A height between 6-10″ will have 10 holes for plates up to 33″ and 12 holes for plates between 33 and 40″.   You can order these plates with tape mounting, but on larger plates, it is not recommended, the plates are too heavy and they most likely will not stick. I would highly recommend the Lifetime Brass if these plates are going to be mounted outside. Solid brass is soft, and tends to dent easily and the clear coat can be compromised. The Lifetime Brass plates do not require a clear and will last a lot, lot longer!

The Door Pull Plate 5010 is .050" wought solid aluminum, stainless steel, or brass depending on the finish. The Door Pull GHE10, handles come with thru bolts. The plate has counter sunk holes and sheet metal screws in matching finish.

The Falcon / Doromatic Door Closer SC61 is an affordable, higher quality, standard template closer.  This closer offers adjustable closing, latching and back check speeds, along with adjustable spring tension.  It has the ability to be mounted on the push, pull or top jamb and is non handed.  This closer is considered a Grade 1 closer, which is the highest grade you can get.  The hole spacing is 3/4” x 9-1/16”, which is the most common mounting template out in industry today.  They used to be know as the Doromatic SC60, but in about 2008, they changed it to the Falcon SC61.  We ship the SC61 Rw/PA.

The Falcon Dor-o-Matic 3049DS Dead Stop Hold Open Arm is used on their SC60, SC70 and SC80 Door closers only. This arm is non-hnaded, stamped, heavy duty, hold-opn parallel arm includes a positive mechanical stop and non-adjustable forearm assembly for high volume traffic and harsh conditions.

The Door Pull Plate 5012 is a .050" wought plate with Door Pull #12-6" center. The handle and plate are solid aluminum, brass or stainless steel depending on the finish ordered. Handles come with thru bolts and plate steel metal screws.

The Brushed Stainless Steel Door Kick Plate 18 Gauge .037 is the lightest duty stainless steel plate we offer .  Stainless steel offers one of the best material for commercial applications. They are very hard, and do not dent easily. The also offer the best corrosion resistances out there.  This plate is ideal as a replacement for Brushed Chrome kick plates. Brushed Chrome Kick Plates are usually a bronze plate that is chrome plated. The problem with bronze is it is a soft metal and dents easily. The stainless steel plates are a lot harder and more resistant to dents. Brushed chrome looks identical to brushed stainless steel.  We only use type 304 stainless.

 Stainless Steel Kick Plates can be mounted by screws, two way tape, and they can be glued to the door. Our plates come standard with screw mounting. The LCN Door Closer Hold Open Head And Tube 3048 - 3048L.  As the arm rotates the pivot point threads close on to the mounting bracket face and create a friction catch.  If yours is new, try rotating the mounting plate 180 degrees so the threads tighten as it closes. This replacement part from LCN either breaks or wears out.   The material some times wears out due to the friction of open and closing.  But the biggest issue seems to be the point where the tube mounts to the cast iron connector.
