The Brushed Stainless Steel Door Kick Plate 18 Gauge .037 is the lightest duty stainless steel plate we offer .  Stainless steel offers one of the best material for commercial applications. They are very hard, and do not dent easily. The also offer the best corrosion resistances out there.  This plate is ideal as a replacement for Brushed Chrome kick plates. Brushed Chrome Kick Plates are usually a bronze plate that is chrome plated. The problem with bronze is it is a soft metal and dents easily. The stainless steel plates are a lot harder and more resistant to dents. Brushed chrome looks identical to brushed stainless steel.  We only use type 304 stainless.

 Stainless Steel Kick Plates can be mounted by screws, two way tape, and they can be glued to the door. Our plates come standard with screw mounting. The manufacture sends #6 x 5/8″ Oval Phillips Undercut Stainless Steel screws. The number of holes on the screw mounted plates is determined by an industry wide standardize template. A height between 6-10″ will have 10 holes for plates up to 33″ and 12 holes for plates between 33 and 40″. 

 You can order these plates with tape mounting, but on larger plates and especially plates with a stainless steel base metal, it is not recommended. Stainless Steel plates are too heavy and they most likely will not stick. We can also ship them with no holes, if you want to drill your own holes.  Stainless Steel is very hard and a drill press would be recommended. You can glue them on, I would recommend liquid nails, and come C Clamps with the door on saw horses.

Full Mortise Double Swinging Spring Hinge

Used mainly for commercial kitchen doors,  or any commercial double swinging door.   Sold in sets of 2 hinges, they will handle doors up to 75 lbs that are 1-3/4" thick.   If you door weighs between 75 and 107 lbs, you should use 3 hinges.  The door flange is designed for a standard 4-1/2" x 4-1/2" template mortise.   Hinges ship with wood and metal mounting screws. They come in a standard Painted Primed Finish Gray.

The jamb flange is .100" thick, the door flange is .134" thick and the barrel diameter is 1.18".

Pedestrians, moving through the doorway, trigger the built-in scanner. When the door is opened to 80° or more, the door is electrically held open to minimize wear and tear on applied door hardware. The Cal Royal TAIL1 is an extender for the ENTOOL Lever Trim.  The extender works on doors up to 2-1/4 inches thick.  The TAIL1 includes two longer screws, two set screws (not shown), allen wrench, and hub adaptor.

The Falcon Monarch 19-V Rod Guide 650386 is mounted on the door with two screws and holds the vertical rods in alignment.  The guide is constructed of black plastic and comes with the mounting screws.

Falcon 25-V Vertical Rod Panic Device

The Adams Rite EX88 Interlocking Rim Exit Device is designed for heavy duty use on narrow stile aluminium door applications. The EX88 has a unique latch bolt design that interlocks with the frame of the door. This device is non handed, requires a minimum stile width of 2" and will work on aluminum, hollow metal or wood doors.The device is constructed of extruded aluminum with matching metal angled end caps. The Push Bar w/Handle 422X26 is usually found aluminum framed glass store front doors.  It is constructed of 1" diameter solid aluminum, brass, bronze or stainless steel, depending on the finish.  The handle or grip will have either a 8", 10", 12" or 18" center to center screw spacing.  The push bar center to center length is determined by you, we can do any reasonable size.  Establish the center to center dimension by subtracting the width of one stile from the width of the door. On solid doors, subtract 5" from the width of the door.  All the fasteners are included, and are determined by the material your door is made of (wood or metal).   Please allow 3-4 weeks on the Dark Bronze and Aluminum, and 2 weeks on the other finishes.

Yale 7100F Series Latch Assembly

This Yale Latch Assembly is used on fire rated panic devices. A fire rated panic is a device were you can not lock the latch in the open position. It is used on doors were the engineers want the door to latch every time it closes to contain a fire.

The Ives Roller Bumper Offset RB470 are ideal if you have situations where doors meet each.   They are constructed cast brass or bronze and are then plated to the desired finish.   The arm projects 5" and the base has a 1-11/16" x 2-1/4".   The device was just like the Glynn-Johnson RB3 or GJRB3.

The Jackson 1095P Paddle Panic Hardware is an alternative to the cross bar or push pad style panic hardware.  The device is the same as the Jackson 1095, but with a paddle instead of the cross bar.   This device is for use on aluminum or steel doors only.   The device is mounted on surface studs that are tapped into the door.  On a wood door they will pull out.

The Full Mortise Spring Hinge is found in many hotels and motels across the United States.  They are an inexpensive way to meet Fire Codes.   An internal adjustable spring in the hinge closes the door when they are opened.  So instead of using a door closer, you can use these spring hinges.  One draw back is you can not slow the door down and they will slam shut.  We do not recommend these self closing hinges if your door swings more than 110 degrees, chances are the spring will break.  They are constructed of 10 gauge (.134”) steel that is then plated or paint primed.   We ship them in boxes of 3 hinges, and they ship with machine and wood screws.

The Cal-Royal 9800 Rim Device is a grade 1 Heavy Duty Exit Device.   The 9800 has the same template as the 8800 and 9800 with escutcheon lever trim. The 36 inch device will be 32 inches wide and can be cut down an additional 2" to fit doors as narrow as 30 inches.  The 48 inch will be 44 inches wide and can be cut down to fit doors 36 inches wide. The device is non handed, meaning it will work on a left hand reverse or right hand reverse door. Strike and mounting screws are included.

The Jackson Panic Device 1085, 1285, and 2086 Bottom Bolt Guide Assembly is the piece that fits in the bottom of the door.  It is there to take up slack in rod, so the door can not be shaken open.  Jackson part number 30-320.

The Full Mortise Heavy Duty Hinges are standard butt hinge.  They are designed for heavy weight doors with a high frequency of usage.  These are ideal for exterior doors in schools, hospitals and other commercial venues.  The hinge offers four bearings, one between each leaf of the knuckle.  They are constructed of 7 gauge (.180”) steel that is then plated or paint primed.  We sell them in boxes of 3 hinges, and they ship with machine and wood screws.

The Lock Guard with Security Pin is ideal to cover the latchbolt area of the door, lock and frame, with the added protection of a security pin to prevent separation of the door and door frame.  The plate is through bolted with carriage bolts and nuts, which are included with the guard.  The plate is constructed of 13 gauge stainless steel.  The plate measures 3" wide and 11-1/2" high, with a center to center on the mounting bolts of 10-1/2".
